Four new triterpene glycosides were isolated from the dried aerial parts of Thalictrum squarrosum (Ranunculaceae). They were designated as squarroside I, being a cycloartane-type glycoside, and squarrosides II, III and IV, being oleanene-type glycosides. Their structures were established by using two dimensional (2D) NMR techniques. 相似文献
A capillary electrophoresis (CE) method was developed for the separation of heparin oligosaccharides compatible to study the interactions between the oligosaccharides and granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF). Unfractionated heparin was eliminitively degraded to heparin oligosaccharides by an endolytic heparinase. The degraded smaller oligosaccharides (M(r) < 1000) were baseline-separated by CE under a 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 9.0) in 10 min. Standard heparin disaccharides and larger oligosaccharides (1000 < M(r) < 8000) were all separated under optimized separation conditions. Compared with standard heparin disaccharides, smaller oligosaccharides contained one nonsulfated, two monosulfated, and two disulfated disaccharides, but trisulfated disaccharides were not found. The smaller oligosaccharides were also identified and molecular mass was deduced by electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). Furthermore, interactions between G-CSF and the oligosaccharides were studied by using capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) under the above separation conditions. It was found that larger oligosaccharides could interact with G-CSF while smaller oligosaccharides were not observed to bind to G-CSF under the experimental conditions. In conclusion, the purified heparinase could selectively degrade heparin into oligosaccharides and the interaction between G-CSF and heparin was correlated with the chain length of heparin. 相似文献
Baker's yeast mediated reduction of acenaphthenequinone within 4-10 h afforded mono-hydroxyacenaphthenone mainly with low enantioselectivity, the substrate and mono-hydroxyacenaphthenone product almost converted to dihydroxyacenaphthene after 48 h. By control of the reaction time and in the presence of DMF as co-solvent, the reduction of 6-substituted acenaphthenequinones under vigorous agitation afforded the corresponding 2-hydroxyacenaphthenones in 24-84% yields with 10-93% ee. 相似文献
Phenyl-substituted ethenes react with iodine and xenon difluoride to provide difluorinated products. Iodofluoro intermediates react with xenon difluoride to produce transient iodine difluoride species that lose IF and F(-) and produce carbocations. 相似文献
Novel heterogenized asymmetric catalysts were synthesized by immobilizing preformed Ru catalysts on magnetite nanoparticles via the phosphonate functionality and were characterized by a variety of techniques, including TEM, magnetization, and XRD. These nanoparticle-supported chiral catalysts were used for enantioselective heterogeneous asymmetric hydrogenation of aromatic ketones with very high enantiomeric excess values of up to 98.0%. The immobilized catalysts were easily recycled by magnetic decantation and reused for up to 14 times without loss of activity and enantioselectivity. Orthogonal nature of the present catalyst immobilization approach should allow the design of other superparamagnetic nanoparticle-supported asymmetric catalysts for a wide range of organic transformations. 相似文献
The reaction of alkynylzinc bromides with benzyl bromides or chlorides in the presence of a catalytic amount of Pd(DPEphos)Cl2 in THF at 23 °C cleanly produces the corresponding benzylated alkynes in 73-97% yields. With 10−3 mol % of Pd(DPEphos)Cl2, the maximum turnover number of 7.1 × 104 has been observed for the formation of PhCCCH2Ph. 相似文献
The cover picture shows a typical building within the Campus of Xiamen University displaying Chen Jiageng (Tan Kah Kee)'s style. Just like many beautiful buildings designed and constructed by human, Nature “designs and constructs” a huge number of useful molecules with fascinating structures called natural products. Many natural products possess a fused six or seven‐membered carbocyclic unity. On page 315–322, the Huang's group disclosed a three‐step “[2+n]” annulation method for the construction of fused six and seven‐membered carbocyclic enimines and enones. The method starts from simple cyclic ketones and terminal olefinic amides, and relies on both the Suzuki coupling reaction and the olefin‐amide based Friedel‐Crafts type acylating reaction, a method developed by Huang and coworkers.
