本文以TritcnⅩ-100为例,用红外光谱法、紫外可见光度法、表面张力法、浊点法等手段,研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)与非离子表面活性剂(NSF)的相互作用。证明在β-CD和NSF的混合液中,当NSF的浓度小于或近于其CMC时,两者形式1:1包合物,大于CMC时,形成两者的混合胶束。经初步探讨,认为由于β-D对NSF的包合作用,使B-CD的内腔的极性降低,增强了与显色络合物的疏水相互作用;以及混合胶束中显色剂的分配系数增大,可能是β-CD-NSF对显色反应产生协同增敏作用的重要原因。  相似文献

Semiparametric linear transformation models have received much attention due to their high flexibility in modeling survival data. A useful estimating equation procedure was recently proposed by Chen et al. (2002) [21] for linear transformation models to jointly estimate parametric and nonparametric terms. They showed that this procedure can yield a consistent and robust estimator. However, the problem of variable selection for linear transformation models has been less studied, partially because a convenient loss function is not readily available under this context. In this paper, we propose a simple yet powerful approach to achieve both sparse and consistent estimation for linear transformation models. The main idea is to derive a profiled score from the estimating equation of Chen et al. [21], construct a loss function based on the profile scored and its variance, and then minimize the loss subject to some shrinkage penalty. Under regularity conditions, we have shown that the resulting estimator is consistent for both model estimation and variable selection. Furthermore, the estimated parametric terms are asymptotically normal and can achieve a higher efficiency than that yielded from the estimation equations. For computation, we suggest a one-step approximation algorithm which can take advantage of the LARS and build the entire solution path efficiently. Performance of the new procedure is illustrated through numerous simulations and real examples including one microarray data.  相似文献

We consider a superconvergence analysis for quadratic finite element approximations of the Stokes–Darcy system. The superclose property of an extra half order is proven for uniform triangular meshes. Based on the result of the superclose property, global superconvergence is derived by applying a postprocessing technique.  In formation theory, one of the interesting problems is the existence of a saturated formation which is a product of non-$p$-saturated formations. In this paper, we shall give an interesting example of saturated formation ${\cal F}$ which is expressible by ${\cal F}={\cal M}{\cal H},$ where ${\cal M}$ and ${\cal H}$ are both non-$p$-saturated formations for all $p\in \pi ({\cal F}).$ We then prove that if the product formation ${\cal F}={\cal M}{\cal H}$ of two formations ${\cal M}$ and ${\cal H}$ is a one-generated $w$-saturated formation with ${\cal F}\not ={\cal H}$, then ${\cal M}$ is also a $w$-saturated formation. This study of a state‐funded, 3‐year implementation of an integrated STEM professional development (PD) program for teachers from two middle schools in the midwestern U.S. examined if participants in the PD were enabled to transform their practice and perceptions of STEM. An integrated STEM approach includes a focus on the STEM disciplines, along with leveraging social studies/history and English/language arts as important context and tools for solving society’s biggest challenges. Findings in this study indicated that teachers implemented more effective STEM teaching strategies and had more positive perceptions regarding STEM overall. Further, participants became more aware of their personal needs for resources and support to teach through integrated STEM. Implications for research and practice are discussed.  相似文献

本文根据题中给出的已知数据,对城区五个功能区的8种重金属元素(As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb、Zn)的浓度及分布范围,利用matlab软件中插值计算法和绘图功能,绘出了重金属元素在该城区的空间分布图.再运用变异系数值法初步估算出了每个功能区8种元素的变异系数值分析功能区重金属浓度超标情况,进而选用地累积指数法作优化模型,定量分析该城区内不同区域重金属的污染程度.根据采样的现有数据,分析了重金属在土壤中的传播特性,分析了重金属污染物在进入土壤环境系统后的迁移规律,阐述了土壤中重金属传播规律.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group possessing a Carter subgroup K. Denote by \(\mathbf {h}(G)\) the Fitting height of G, by \(\mathbf {h}^*(G)\) the generalized Fitting height of G, and by \(\ell (K)\) the number of composition factors of K, that is, the number of prime divisors of the order of K with multiplicities. In 1969, E. C. Dade proved that if G is solvable, then \(\mathbf {h}(G)\) is bounded in terms of \(\ell (K)\). In this paper, we show that \(\mathbf {h}^*(G)\) is bounded in terms of \(\ell (K)\) as well.  相似文献
