One-dimensional nanostructured manganese dioxide/polypyrrole (MnO2/PPy) composite was prepared by in situ chemical oxidation polymerization of pyrrole in the host of inorganic matrix of MnO2, using complex of methyl orange (MO)/FeCl3 as a reactive self-degraded soft-template. The morphology and structure of the composite were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the MnO2/PPy composite consists of α-MnO2 and PPy with nanotube-like structure. Electrochemical properties of the composite demonstrated the material showed good electrochemical reversibility after 500 charge-discharge cycles in the potential range of −0.4 to 0.6 V, the tube-like nanocomposite has the potential application in electrochemical capacitor. 相似文献

In this paper, we are concerned with the asymptotic behavior of solutions to the system of Euler equations with time-depending damping, in particular, include the constant coefficient damping. We rigorously prove that the solutions time-asymptotically converge to the diffusion wave whose profile is self-similar solution to the corresponding parabolic equation, which justifies Darcy's law. Compared with previous results about Euler equations with constant coefficient damping obtained by Hsiao and Liu (1992) [2], and Nishihara (1996) [9], we obtain a general result when the initial perturbation belongs to the same space, i.e. . On the Abelian cover \(({\mathbb {R}}^{2},g)\) of a class A Lorentzian 2-torus \(({\mathbb {T}}^{2},g)\), we showed the existence of global viscosity solutions to the eikonal equation associated to those homologies in the interior of the stable time cone. Some other related dynamical properties are also considered. As an application of the main results, we study the differentiability of the unit sphere of the stable time separation associated to the class A Lorentzian 2-torus.

A fully implicit finite difference (FIFD) scheme with second-order space–time accuracy is studied for a nonlinear diffusion equation with general capacity term. A new reasoning procedure is introduced to overcome difficulties caused by the nonlinearity of the capacity term and the diffusion operator in the theoretical analysis. The existence of the FIFD solution is investigated at first which plays an important role in the analysis. It is established by choosing a new test function to bound the solution and its temporal and spatial difference quotients in suitable norms in the fixed point arguments, which is different from the traditional way. Based on these bounds, other fundamental properties of the scheme are rigorously analyzed consequently. It shows that the scheme is uniquely solvable, unconditionally stable, and convergent with second-order space–time accuracy in L∞(L2) and L∞(H1) norms. The theoretical analysis adapts to both one- and multidimensional problems, and can be extended to schemes with first-order time accuracy. Numerical tests are provided to verify the theoretical results and highlight the high accuracy of the second-order space–time accurate scheme. In this paper, according to a certain criterion, we divide the exponential distribution class into some subclasses. One of them is closely related to the regular-variation-tailed distribution class, and is called the semi-regular-variation-tailed distribution class. The new class possesses several nice properties, although distributions in it are not convolution equivalent. We give the precise tail asymptotic expression of convolutions of these distributions, and prove that the class is closed under convolution. In addition, we do not need to require the corresponding random variables to be identically distributed. We propose a new and simple estimating equation for the parameters in median regression models with designed censoring variables, and then apply the empirical log likelihood ratio statistic to construct confidence region for the parameters. The empirical log likelihood ratio statistic is shown to have a standard chi-square distribution, which makes this method easy to implement. At the same time, another empirical log likelihood ratio statistic is proposed based on an existing estimating equation and the limiting distribution of the empirical likelihood ratio statistic is shown to be a sum of weighted chi-square distributions. Two new push-pull type second-order nonlinear optical (NLO) active isophorone-based alkoxysilane dyes with the same acceptor were synthesized and characterized. One silane (ICTES-HEMA) bears a chromophore with a hydroxyethyl methylamino donor and the other silane (ICTES-HMPP) is a bulkier analogue with a hydroxymethyl diphenylamino donor. Transparent, homogeneous films were prepared via the copolymerization of tetraalkoxysilane (TEOS) and different NLO silanes with the ratio of 5:1. The d(33) values obtained for the HEMA and HMPP films are 46.3 and 20.6 pm/V, respectively. Normalized UV-vis spectra reveal that the introduction of a diaryl group would help to prevent unfavorable organization of the chromophores. The reorientation dynamic stabilities of the samples were studied by second-harmonic generation (SHG) measurements, demonstrating that bulkier chromophores incorporated in sol-gel materials would not necessarily lead to higher stabilities over time. 相似文献

The decay J/psi-->NNpi provides an effective isospin 1/2 filter for the piN system due to isospin conservation. Using 58x10(6) J/psi decays collected with the Beijing Electromagnetic Spectrometer at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider, more than 100 thousand J/psi-->ppi-n+c.c. events are obtained. Besides the two well-known N* peaks at around 1500 MeV/c2 and 1670 MeV/c2, there are two new, clear N* peaks in the ppi invariant mass spectrum around 1360 MeV/c2 and 2030 MeV/c2 with statistical significance of 11sigma and 13sigma, respectively. We identify these as the first direct observation of the N*(1440) peak and a long-sought missing N* peak above 2 GeV/c2 in the piN invariant mass spectrum. 相似文献
