用研磨抛光的方法制备了Φ0.1mm的Pt微盘电极(研磨微电极)。用这种研磨微电极研究强碱性溶液中Bi2O3的循环伏安行为时,通过SEM形貌分析和Bi元素X射线能谱分析,认为这种电极具有较高的稳定性。使用这种微电极对常粒Bi2O3、纳米Bi2O3进行了循环伏安研究。结果表明纳米Bi2O3比常粒Bi2O3具有更高的电化学活性。说明研磨微电极可以较好地应用于某些粉末材料的电化学研究中。 相似文献

Bispecific chimeras bridging cell membrane proteins with lysosome-trafficking receptors (LTRs) provide an effective therapeutic approach through lysosomal degradation of disease-relevant targets. Here, we report a novel dendronized DNA chimera (DENTAC) strategy that uses a dendritic DNA to engage cell surface scavenger receptors (SRs) as LTR. Using bioorthogonal strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition to conjugate the dendritic DNA with protein binder, the resulting DENTAC is able to traffic the protein target into the lysosome for elimination. We demonstrated the utility of DENTAC by degrading oncogenic membrane nucleolin (NCL) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). The anti-cancer application of NCL-targeting DENTAC was validated in a mouse xenograft model of lung cancer. This work thus presents a new avenue for rapid development of potent degraders against membrane proteins, with also broad research and therapeutic prospects. 相似文献

Liquid metal free surface flows (films, jets and droplets) are considered as diverter/ limiter system and first wall in fusion reactor, but the knowledge Of liquid metal free surface under a non-uniform magnetic field is very limited. In this article, the stability of a jet flow under a gradient magnetic field is investigated, and its MHD effects are the top concern. Taking the poly(styrene-co-acrylamide) (P(St-AM)) as a model material, a novel two-step photochemical method was introduced to construct nanoporous polymer microspheres at room temperature. Under ultraviolet light irradiation, suspensions composed of Cu/Cu2O nanoparticles were first prepared in an alcohol solution of acetylacetonate and benzophenone. Subsequently, the monomers were photopolymerized around the nanoparticles in the suspension-added precursor solution to form polymer–nanoparticle composite microspheres. Nanoporous polymer microspheres could then be obtained by removing the particles with acid. The products had been investigated by XRD, SEM, TEM, IR, DSC, and BET. Results showed the typical microspheres had diameters of 200~300?nm, and the specific areas and pore volume regularly varied with the quantity of the suspensions. By the optimum control, porous P(St-AM) microspheres with average pore size of 5.7?nm, pore volume of 0.18?cm3/g, and specific surface area of 123.54?m2/g could be obtained. The method represents a new, easily manipulated, cost-effective, and safe route for preparation of porous polymer microspheres using inorganic porogens. 相似文献

为了能够在不停输油气工况下获得在役管道材料的弹塑性力学性能, 提出了一种人工智能BP (back-propagation)神经网络、小冲杆试验与有限元模拟相结合,通过确定材料真应力-应变曲线从而获得材料弹塑性力学性能的方法. 首先,通过系统改变Hollomon公式中的参数$K$, $n$值,获得457组具有不同弹塑性力学性能的假想材料本构关系, 其次,将得到的本构关系代入经试验验证的含有Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman(GTN)损伤参数的小冲杆试验二维轴对称有限元模型,通过有限元计算得到了与真应力-应变曲线一一对应的457条不同假想材料的载荷-位移曲线,最终将两组数据作为数据库输入BP神经网络进行训练,建立了同种材料小冲杆试验载荷-位移曲线与真应力-应变曲线之间的关联关系.通过此关联关系,可利用试验得到的小冲杆载荷-位移曲线获取在役管道钢的真应力-应变曲线,从而确定其弹塑性力学性能.通过对比BP神经网络得到的X80管道钢真应力-应变曲线与单轴拉伸试验的结果以及引用现有文献中不同材料的试验数据对此关系进行验证,证明了该方法的准确性与广泛适用性. 相似文献
