以2,2′-二氨基-4,4′-联噻唑(DABT)和苯酚为原料合成了新型的偶氮化合物2,2′-对苯酚偶氮基-4,4′-联噻唑(BTDP),将其与聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDDA)在聚乙烯(PE)膜上进行层层自组装,并与过渡金属离子进行了配位.UV-Vis和FT-IR表征发现这种膜可以均匀的进行组装,且能较好的与金属离子配位.多功能材料物理特性测量系统(physical property measurement system,PPMS)测定配合物的磁性能,测试结果表明,与两者溶液直接混合后沉淀配合物的磁性相比,在PE膜上形成的自组装膜配合物的磁性能有较大幅度的提高. 相似文献

Polyester fabric was treated by corona discharge irradiation at different voltages. The treated fabric showed increased wicking and hydrophilic properties and the properties can be preserved for a long time. Dyeing of the treated fabric showed that dyeing speed and the dye-uptake were improved. Surface affinity between the treated fabric surface with modified starch sizing was also confirmed to be increased. This is generally useful for the sizing of polyester staple yarn and the polyester fabric dyeing. Evaluation of immunoaffinity columns (IACs) for dioxin serum sample clean-up requires a determination of the recovery of various dioxin congeners. We compared the IAC performance of different monoclonal and polyclonal anti-dioxin antibodies, measuring the recovery of congeners of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs). In addition, we measured the recovery of congeners of the structurally related polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs).The polyclonal antibody based IACs evaluated had lower recovery for highly chlorinated dioxin congeners, but were more specific toward 2,3,7,8-TCDD. The resemblance of the hapten to 2,3,7,8-TCDD appeared to play a clear role, but chlorines in the 2-, 3- and 7-positions of the hapten were essential. Recovery of 2,3,7,8-TCDD from the IAC showed some relation to the affinity for the antibody measured by either the Ka from accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) or with 50% inhibition of color activity (IC50) determined from an ELISA analysis.The IACs prepared from four monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) derived from a common hapten showed differences in their retention patterns of PCDDs/PCDFs. Comparison of IC50 from ELISA with recovery from the IACs indicated that a minimum IC50 of 100 ppb was required for satisfactory recovery from the IAC, but the correlation was poor, indicating other factors were involved. Mab DD3 showed the broadest spectrum of the Mabs and showed satisfactory recoveries of all of the dioxin congeners, except OCDD. In addition, DD3 showed good recovery toward 2,3,4,8-TCDF, 2,3,4,7,8-PeCDF and 2,3,4,6,7,8-HxCDF but has poor recovery when PCDFs have a chlorine substitution in the 1-position. 相似文献

This paper presents a simple and reliable method for separating the anodic peaks of dopamine (DA) and ascorbic acid (AA). Good electrochemical responses of DA and AA can be obtained at an electrochemically pretreated glassy carbon electrode (PGCE). The electrode reaction of DA is a quasi-reversible process, but the oxidation of AA is entirely irreversible. Consequently, the PGCE can be used to separate the anodic peaks of DA and AA. The separation can be higher than 290mV, and the detection limit (S/N=3) of DA is 6.0×10–8M. This PGCE is very stable and can be used for as long as four weeks. 相似文献

Polymers of intrinsic microporosity (PIMs) are promising materials for membrane separation because their special rigid and contorted structures contribute to high permeability. However, their chain rearrangement to fill excessive free volume makes the permeability stability a tough challenge. In this work, we report on a new use of rutile nano-TiO2 to mitigate the physical aging of PIM-1 (a typical PIM) nanofilms for stable permeability by mixing matrix. It was shown that the PIM-1 membrane incorporated with nano-TiO2 displayed remarkably higher aging resistance with a lower swelling degree in long-term ethanol soaking, having more stable ethanol permeance with only a 5% decrease after 35 days, lower than 25% of the pure one. The mechanism of anti-aging was revealed by molecular simulation, thermal, tensile mechanical, and dynamic mechanical analysis. It was found that nano-TiO2 had good compatibility with PIM-1 due to strong coordination interaction, making its uniform dispersion in polymer. Additional solvent permeation channels were also created to increase solvent permeance without compromising solute rejection. Due to the reliable interaction of nano-TiO2, which makes particles serve as physical crosslinking points, the movement of PIM-1 chains was limited partially to mitigate aging, enabling PIM-1-based membranes to have robust solvent permeation. 相似文献

Taking into account the linear loss of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) waveguide, modulation instability (MI) induced by combined effects of self-phase modulation and waveguide dispersions is investigated. The impacts of various parameters to gain spectra of MI are analyzed theoretically, and direct numerical simulation of nonlinear Schroedinger equation is performed as well. Results show that strong MI takes place even in the existence of low light power. The linear loss of waveguide obviously impacts gain spectra of MI, even within ultra-short propagation distance. The peak gain frequency and bandwidth of gain spectra decrease to 41.683% and 41.6879% of their maximum at propagation distance z = 5 mm, respectively. 相似文献
