Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) containing wastewater from dressing plant may pose a detrimental threaten to mineral beneficiation and environment. The adsorption of CTAB in aqueous solutions by graphene oxide (GO) has been studied in this work. X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer, and atomic force spectroscopy were used to characterize GO. The results indicated that the adsorption followed the Freundlich model could be well described by pseudo-second order kinetic model. The adsorption capacity was much bigger than activated carbon and many natural clay minerals. The adsorption process was endothermic, and the adsorption mechanism of CTAB onto GO was proven to be controlled by surface complexation, hydrogen bonding, and electrostatic attraction. 相似文献

5-(2-Oxopropylideneamino)-6-d -ribitylaminouracil (5-OP-RU) is a natural product formed during bacterial synthesis of vitamin B2. It potently activates mucosal associated invariant T (MAIT) cells and has immunomodulatory, inflammatory, and anticancer properties. This highly polar and unstable compound forms a remarkably stable Schiff base with a lysine residue in major histocompatibility complex class I–related protein (MR1) expressed in antigen-presenting cells. Inspired by the importance of the ribityl moiety of 5-OP-RU for binding to both MR1 and the T cell receptor (TCR) on MAIT cells, each OH was removed in silico. DFT calculations and MD simulations revealed a very stable hydrogen bond between the C3′−OH and uracil N1H, which profoundly restricts flexibility and positioning of each ribityl-OH, potentially impacting their interactions with MR1 and TCR. By using deoxygenation strategies and kinetically controlled imine formation, four monodeoxyribityl and four monohydroxyalkyl analogues of 5-OP-RU were synthesised as new tools for probing T cell activation mechanisms. 相似文献

The interfacial grafting copolymerization and the compatibility between poly(lactic acid) (PLA) and ethylene-vinyl acetate-glycidyl methacrylate elastomer (EVM-GMA) are adjusted by varying the blending temperatures. High temperature is favored to the grafting reaction between epoxy groups of the EVM-GMA and terminal groups of the PLA, resulting in better compatibility between the two components. Taking PLA/EVM-GMA (80/20) blend as an example, an increase in blending temperature from 175 to 230 °C led to a 42.8% reduction in EVM-GMA particle size, and consequently 137.8% and 52.6% increases in elongation at break (Eb) and notched impact strength (NIS), respectively. In comparison, the Eb and NIS of PLA/EVM blends without any interfacial reaction deteriorated dramatically due to thermal degradation of the PLA at high(er) temperatures. Furthermore, the PLA/EVM-GMA blend prepared at 230 °C possesses both excellent toughness (Eb > 60%, NIS > 60 kJ m−2) and high heat deflection temperature (>90 °C) after annealing at 100 °C. Photoionization mass spectrometry as a powerful analytical method has been widely utilized and provided valuable insight in the field of gas-phase reactions. Here, a highly sensitive vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) photoionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer combined with a microwave discharge generator and a fast flow tube reactor has been developed to study radical reactions of atmospheric and combustion interests. Two kinds of continuous light sources, the tunable VUV synchrotron radiation at Hefei, China for isomer-specific product detection and a commercial krypton discharge lamp for time-consuming kinetic measurements, are employed as photoionization sources in the apparatus. A multiplexed detection with high sensitivity (the limit of detection ∼0.8 ppb) and high mass resolution (M/ΔM ∼ 2100) has been approached. As representative examples, the self-reaction of the methyl radical, CH3, and the reaction of the methyl radical with molecular oxygen are studied and multiple species including reactive radicals and isomeric/isobaric products are detected and identified. Inorganic-organic halide perovskites pose a once-in-a-generation opportunity to revolutionize photovoltaic technology as they are excellent semiconductor candidates with a combination of many desirable attributes. Specifically, halide perovskite solar cells with extremely high device efficiency are easily fabricated and present great promise for commercialization in the near future. However, their non-ideal environmental stability under real operating conditions can limit their further development. Both the academic and industrial research communities have been devoting considerable effort to overcome this critical deficiency through material and device engineering. Significant progress has been reported in this direction, and in this perspective, we review the recent strategies that promise to improve solar cell stability focusing on two interwoven topics. The first one is the development of environmentally stable semiconductor materials, while the second one is dedicated to the reported progress in improving solar cell device stability. Although, the currently adopted methods have not resolved the above problems, yet they build a foundation of principles for future advances to overcome them. In this regard, we believe commercial perovskite-related photovoltaics might indeed be on the horizon, not only replacing the currently commercially available ones, but also improving them. 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate equilibrium selection in a heterogeneous population composed of both optimizing and programmed agents using an evolutionary game-theoretic framework. Under the Smith dynamic, we are able to identify a class of games in which any programmed behavior will become extinct ultimately starting from any initial state, as well as a class of games in which all programmed agents can get wiped out eventually, as long as there are not enough initially. 采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术,建立了口腔卫生产品(牙膏及漱口水)中5类共13种抗生素的同时检测方法。分析物包括5种四环素类、3种大环内酯类、2种喹诺酮类、1种β-内酰胺类和2种林可胺类抗生素。样品经0.1%(体积分数,下同)甲酸溶液-乙腈(95:5, v/v)提取,高速离心并过滤,稀释后采用C18色谱柱(150 mm×2.1 mm, 5 μm)分离,以0.1%甲酸溶液-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源串联质谱,在正离子扫描方式下以多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。13种抗生素类药物在5.0~50.0 μg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(相关系数大于0.99),定量限为10.0 mg/kg。两种基质(牙膏及漱口水)样品在10、20和100 mg/kg 3个加标水平下的平均回收率为80.1%~115%,相对标准偏差为0.94%~8.69%。该方法准确可靠、方便快捷,适用于口腔卫生产品中抗生素类药物的定性定量分析。 相似文献
