高密度燃料HDF-1与橡胶的相容性研究

报道了在室温和70 ℃下橡胶材料G402氟硅胶、丁腈胶5171、丁腈胶4170、贮囊橡胶用合成的高密度燃料HDF-1浸泡后性能如伸长率、邵尔硬度、重量、面积体积的变化，并与采用3号喷气燃料（RP-3）实验结果进行对照。用红外光谱测定了燃料浸泡前后橡胶组成的变化。实验结果表明，G402氟硅胶和贮囊对于HDF-1和RP-3有相近的相容性，丁腈胶5171对HDF-1的相容性比对RP-3的相容性稍差，丁腈胶4170对HDF-1的相容性比对RP-3的相容性更差的结果。因此，丁腈胶5171和丁腈胶4170不能用于HDF-1储存和输送，原使用RP-3系统的橡胶密封件不能直接使用HDF-1。     

硫酸喹啉荧光猝灭法测定脱氧核糖核酸

基于DNA在pH2～4的范围内对硫酸喹啉的荧光具有较强的猝灭作用，建立了一种测定DNA的新方法。当DNA的浓度为10～700μg／L时，荧光猝灭程度与DNA浓度呈线性关系，其线性回归方程为：△IF=1．52118 0．11038G(μg／L)；相关系数r=0．9985；检出限为5．9μg／L。本方法用于大肠杆菌提取的质粒DNA的测定，获得满意结果。     

植物油的质谱分析：1.蓖麻油

运用一种植物油的系统分析方法测定蓖麻油的精细组分，这包括皂化，ＢＦ３－ＭｅＯＨ甲基化，ＧＣ－ＣＩＭＳ法测定脂肪酸碳链长度和不饱和度，ＡＭＰ衍生化，ＧＣ－ＥＩＭＳ测定不饱和脂肪酸的双链位置，分析了蓖麻油的十一种脂肪酸组分，有五个为未知组分，并测定了其中三个组分的双链位置。     

手性双氨基醇-Et2Zn催化的不对称直接羟醛缩合反应

以1,3-二溴丙酮和(2'S)-(二苯基羟甲基)-四氢吡咯为原料,合成了两种新型手性氨基醇1,3-双[(2'S)-(二苯基羟甲基)-1-四氢吡咯基]丙酮(3)和1,3-双[(2'S)-(二苯基羟甲基)-1-四氢吡咯基]-2-丙醇(4),总产率分别为39%和35%.手性双氨基醇3-/4-Et2Zn可催化未修饰醛、酮的不对称直接羟醛缩合反应,对映体过量最高9%.     

Influence of Pretreatment Conditions on Methane Aromatization Performance of Mo／HZSM—5 and Mo—Cu／HZSM—5 Catalysts

Mo/HZSM-5 is a good catalyst for methane aromatization, and the reaction performance of Mo/HZSM-5 and Cu modified Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts under various pretreatment conditions has been studied. The results indicate that the catalyst presented a distinguished catalytic activity, benzene selectivity and a high stability when the bed temperature was raised in N2 atmosphere.     

基于小波变换的循环伏安弱信号特征信息提取

本研究采用连续小波变换(continuous wavelet transform，CWT)技术处理循环伏安弱信号，通过研究苯酚、对苯二酚和对硝基苯酚的共存体系循环伏安弱信号，表明CWT可以成功地识别出极弱信号中的指纹特征信息，并且经处理得到的对应的小波系数峰比原始信号更窄，更高，由此可以成功地确定弱峰的数目和位置。由循环伏安信号所得的结果，有力地证实CWT是循环伏安弱信号识别的有力工具，对于理解弱响应体系电化学机理具有重要作用。     

Synthesis and cofluorescence of Eu(Y) complexes with salicylic acid and o-phenanthroline

A series of dinuclear complexes of salicylic acid (HSal) and o-phenanthroline (Phen) with different molar ratios of Eu3+ to Y3+ have been synthesized. Their compositions are Eu(x)Y(1-x) (Sal)3(Phen) (x = 0 to approximately 1). Their UV spectra, IR spectra, and fluorescence spectra were studied. The UV spectra of the complexes reflect essentially absorption of the ligands for the fact that no obvious change of wavelength and band shape is found between the spectra of the complexes and that of the ligands except slight red shift. The IR absorption spectra indicate that salicylic acid is coordinated to the rare earth ions and chemical bonds are formed between rare earth ions and nitrogen atoms of o-phenanthroline. The fluorescence spectra of the complexes indicate that the fluorescence emission intensity of europium ion was enhanced by the addition of Y3+, which is referred to as cofluorescence. These facts show that not only the ligands but also the yttrium complex can transfer the absorbed energy to Eu3+ ion in the complexes. Formation of polynuclear complexes appears to be responsible for cofluorescence.     

Selective determination of uric acid in the presence of ascorbic acid using a penicillamine self-assembled gold electrode

The electrochemical behaviors of uric acid (UA) at the penicillamine (Pen) self-assembled monolayers modified gold electrode (Pen/Au) have been studied. The Pen/Au electrode is demonstrated to promote the electrochemical response of UA by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The diffusion coefficient D of UA is 6.97 × 10⁻⁶ cm² s⁻¹. In differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) measurements, the Pen/Au electrode can separate the UA and ascorbic acid (AA) oxidation potentials by about 120 mV and can be used for the selective determination of UA in the presence of AA. The detection limit was 1 × 10⁻⁶ mol L⁻¹. The modified electrode shows excellent sensitivity, good selectivity and antifouling properties.     

Novel dual inhibitors against FP-2 and PfDHFR as potential antimalarial agents: Design,synthesis and biological evaluation

A series of novel 2,4-diaminopyrimidine-modified compounds was designed and synthesized. Compound 14 showed micromolar dual inhibitory effect on both FP-2 and PfDHFR, and potential inhibition to the proliferation of P. falciparum 3D7 strain and chloroquine-resistant P. falciparum Dd2 strain.     

Soft vesicles formed by diblock codendrimers of poly(benzyl ether) and poly(methallyl dichloride)

The synthesis of a block codendrimer (g3-PBE-b-g3-PMDC), composed of a third-generation poly(benzyl ether) (PBE) monodendron and an aliphatic polyether (PMDC) monodendron is reported. In THF/diiospropyl ether (1:1) the PMDC block functions as a "hydrophilic" block, while the PBE acts as a "hydrophobic" block. The codendrimer can form interdigitated layers leading to vesicle formation. Tapping mode atomic force microscopy (AFM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the vesicles. The effect of molecular architecture on the formation of the interdigitated layers and vesicles was studied.
