The Antioxidant and Hypolipidemic Effects of Mesona Chinensis Benth Extracts

In this study, the antioxidant and hypolipidemic effects of Mesona Chinensis Benth (MCB) extracts were evaluated. Seven fractions (F0, F10, F20, F30, F40, F50 and MTF) were obtained from the MCB ethanol extracts. Compared to the commercial antioxidants (vitamin C), MTF and F30 exhibited higher antioxidant activities in the antiradical activity test and the FRAP assay. The half-inhibition concentration (IC50) for MTF and F30 were 5.323 µg/mL and 5.278 µg/mL, respectively. MTF at 200 µg/mL significantly decreased the accumulation of TG in oleic acid (OA)-induced HepG2 cells and reversed the inhibitory effect of Compound C on AMPK (MTF and F30 significantly increased the glucose utilization of insulin-induced HepG2 cells). In addition, the components of MTF were identified by HPLC-MS, which were caffeic acid, quercetin 3-O-galactoside, isoquercetin, astragalin, rosmarinic acid, aromadendrin-3-O-rutinoside, rosmarinic acid-3-O-glucoside and kaempferol-7-O-glucoside. Through statistical correlations by Simca P software, it was found that the main antioxidant and hypolipidemic components of MCB might be caffeic acid, kaempferol-7-O-glucoside, rosmarinic acid-3-O-glucoside and aromadendrin-3-O-rutinoside, which may play important roles in the AMPK pathway. MTF and F30 in MCB could be potential health products for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.     

Design,Synthesis, and In Vitro and In Vivo Antifungal Activity of Novel Triazoles Containing Phenylethynyl Pyrazole Side Chains

A series of triazole derivatives containing phenylethynyl pyrazole moiety as side chain were designed, synthesized, and most of them exhibited good in vitro antifungal activities. Especially, compounds 5k and 6c showed excellent in vitro activities against C. albicans (MIC = 0.125, 0.0625 μg/mL), C. neoformans (MIC = 0.125, 0.0625 μg/mL), and A. fumigatus (MIC = 8.0, 4.0 μg/mL). Compound 6c also exerted superior activity to compound 5k and fluconazole in inhibiting hyphae growth of C. albicans and inhibiting drug-resistant strains of C. albicans, and it could reduce fungal burdens in mice kidney at a dosage of 1.0 mg/kg. An in vivo efficacy evaluation indicated that 6c could effectively protect mice models from C. albicans infection at doses of 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mg/kg. These results suggested that compound 6c deserves further investigation.     

激光扫描技术在靶场测试中的应用研究

为了解决光电类仪器在武器射击准确度和射击密集度的测试中遇到天空背景亮度不够,或弹丸口径小,弹道偏高而无法测试的问题,利用旋转棱镜使激光束在空中扫描,照亮弹丸表面,从而大大降低对光电传感器灵敏度的要求,使得该项测试工作不受天空背景条件的影响,并提高测试精度.     

高压合成立方氮化硼用的新触媒材料的研究

 本文研究了合成立方氮化硼用新触媒材料Mg₃B₂N₄及Ca₃B₂N₄的制备方法，并对它们的稳定性及其催化作用进行了讨论。氮化硼原料的结晶状态及合成温度、合成时间、气流量等对新触媒的合成有着重要的影响。本文还在高温高压下利用新触媒进行了立方氮化硼的合成实验，结果表明，与碱土金属触媒相比新触媒具有合成压力低、转化率高、合成温度和压力范围宽、产物杂志含量低、破碎强度高等优点，是一种应用前景很大的触媒材料。     

A study on Al2O3 passivation in GaN MOS-HEMT by pulsed stress

This paper studies systematically the drain current collapse in AlGaN/GaN metal-oxide-semiconductor high electron mobility transistors （MOS-HEMTs） by applying pulsed stress to the device. Low-temperature layer of Al2O3 ultrathin film used as both gate dielectric and surface passivation layer was deposited by atomic layer deposition （ALD）. For HEMT, gate turn-on pulses induced large current collapse. However, for MOS-HEMT, no significant current collapse was found in the gate turn-on pulsing mode with different pulse widths, indicating the good passivation effect of ALD Al2O3. A small increase in Id in the drain pulsing mode is due to the relieving of self-heating effect. The comparison of synchronously dynamic pulsed Id - Vds characteristics of HEMT and MOS-HEMT further demonstrated the good passivation effect of ALD Al2O3.     

一种采用JPEG标准的实时视频图像压缩处理系统

本文重点探讨了在设计ＪＰＥＧ视频压缩应用系统时，应着重考虑的几个重要技术问题，并介绍了一种采用以ＰＣ为平台，以ＣＬ５５０视频压缩处理器和８２Ｃ９００１视频窗口控制器为基础的实时视频图像压缩处理系统。描述了该系统总体构成，深入讨论了图像数据缓冲存储和压缩速率控制等关键技术问题。     

近自然彩色图像融合算法及其实时处理系统的发展

在军事和生产领域,特别是在极其恶劣的可视条件下,图像融合技术越来越强调融合效果显示的"近自然"感觉,以及人类视觉感知的要求。从彩色图像融合算法的发展概况出发,着重介绍了两种具有代表性的基于视觉特性的近自然彩色图像融合方法,并特别阐述了课题组近期开展的相关算法研究成果。总结了国内外实时彩色图像融合系统的发展现状,概括了课题组已具备的硬件实验基础,综合分析了实时彩色图像融合技术的若干关键技术,如多源图像特征分析、实时图像配准、融合图像后处理等。针对实时图像融合技术的应用状况,提出图像融合系统未来的发展趋势。     

双偏振结构保偏光纤偏振器的研制

提出了保偏光纤偏振器的一种串联结构,即双偏振结构,报道了研制的结果。并通过对单偏振结构和双偏振结构器件测试结果的比较,得出双偏振结构的保偏光纤偏振器可使器件达到高消光比,并且有稳定的温度特性。     

Theoretical study on line source laser-induced surface acoustic waves in two-layer structure in ablative regime

The generation of ultrasound in film–substrate system by a laser line source is studied in the case of ablation mechanism, which can be realized by adding a liquid layer at the excitation point. The time domain displacement can be yielded by the numerical jointed inversed Laplace–Fourier transformation technique. The typical surface acoustic waves (SAW) of two layer structures, slow film on fast substrate and fast film on slow substrate, are obtained and the effect of the propagation distance and the thickness of the film on the SAW are given.     

TG-FTIR技术对水氯镁石结晶热解过程的研究

水氯镁石脱水是镁资源利用的关键.其中一种重要的方法是向水氯镁石中添加助剂形成复盐及络合物脱水.通过缓慢冷却水氯镁石及盐酸苯胺的过饱和水溶液制备了水氯镁石-盐酸苯胺结晶物.通过TGDTA-FTIR联用技术分析了盐酸苯胺、水氯镁石以及盐酸苯胺-水氯镁石结晶物的热解过程,定性检测每步分解的逸出气体以推测反应过程.结果显示:盐酸苯胺在400℃以前仅发生物理变化;水氯镁石的热解分阶段进行,205℃以前发生脱去四个结晶水,205℃以后在脱水反应的同时发生水解反应生成HCl;盐酸苯胺-水氯镁石结晶物分阶段脱水、脱盐酸苯胺,整个过程没有水解现象发生,能够得到高纯度无水氯化镁.
