建立了同时测定玉米及玉米植株中胺唑草酮及其两个代谢物残留量的液相色谱串联质谱分析方法.样品采用乙腈提取,石墨化炭黑(GCB)和C18分散固相萃取净化,以甲醇-5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,液相色谱串联质谱分析测定.在1 ~ 1000 μg/L的浓度范围内,3种目标化合物的响应值与浓度呈良好的线性关系,在3个添加水平下,玉米籽粒及植株中胺唑草酮及其代谢物的平均添加回收率为85%~111%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%~11.0%.方法定量限(LOQ)为5μg/kg.采用本方法监测15例市售玉米样品,样品中目标物均低于方法检出限.本方法简单,快速,灵敏度高,可完全满足国外胺唑草酮相关现行法规的限量要求. 相似文献

An oil-soluble antioxidant, alkylated diphenylamine (ADPA), was prepared by alkylation of diphenylamine. The influence of ADPA on the thermal-oxidative stability of poly-α-olefin (PAO8) was evaluated by thermogravimetry (TG). For comparison, the thermal-oxidative stability of PAO8 with zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP) was also investigated. Activation energy (Ea)of the corresponding thermal-oxidative degradation process was evaluated by the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO) and Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose (KAS) methods. To demonstrate the reliability of the kinetic study, the antioxidant performance of ADPA and ZDDP in PAO8 was also studied by the pressure drop (PDT) and accelerated oxidation (AOT) tests. The results indicate that ADPA has better antioxidant ability than ZDDP in increasing the Ea value and enhancing the oxidative stability of PAO8. The adsorption behavior of butyl xanthate on the surface of lead oxide was investigated using continuous online in situ attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy technique and two dimensional(2D) correlation analysis.The adsorbed layer studied was prepared by coating α-PbO particles onto the surfaces of the ZnSe crystal.The appearance of spectral peaks at 1203 cm-1,1033 cm-1 and their red shift indicated the formation and aggregation of xanthate at the surface of α-PbO.According to 1R intensity changes after rinsing with deionized water and a NaOH solution,the adsorption was proved to be a chemisorption type.The competition between xanthate and OH for the surfaces leads to desorption of xanthate at higher pH.The technique of 2D correlation ATR-FTIR spectroscopy was used to evaluate the changing order of spectral intensities in the adsorption process,and the results indicated that xanthate micelles were formed at the surfaces.The adsorption kinetics of butyl xanthate was found to be a pseudo-second-order reaction model and the adsorption capacity of butyl xanthate at α-PbO was as high as 281 mg g-1 after 150 min. 相似文献

A series of unsymmetric salen ligands derived from 1,2-diaminocyclohexane bearing an appended Lewis base on the three-position of one aromatic ring were synthesized by the reaction of various functional salicyaldehydes with the condensation product of 1,2-diaminocyclohexane mono(hydrogen chloride) and 3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde. These ligands in conjunction with Ti(O(i)Pr)(4) exhibited excellent activity in catalyzing the cyanosilylation of aldehydes with trimethylsilyl cyanide (TMSCN) at mild conditions. The highest activity was observed in the catalyst system with regard to the salen ligand bearing a diethylamino group, which proved to be active even at a high [aldehyde]/[catalyst] ratio up to 50000. In a low catalyst loading of 0.05 mol%, the quantitative conversion of benzaldehyde to the corresponding cyanosilylation product was found within 10 min. at ambient temperature. An intramolecularly cooperative catalysis was proposed wherein the central metal Ti(IV) is suggested to play a role of Lewis acid to activate aldehydes while the appended Lewis base to activate TMSCN. 相似文献

Selective transformations of carbon dioxide and epoxides into biodegradable polycarbonates by the alternating copolymerization of the two monomers represent some of the most well-studied and innovative technologies for potential large-scale utilization of carbon dioxide in chemical synthesis. For the most part, previous studies of these processes have focused on the use of aliphatic terminal epoxides or cyclohexene oxide derivatives, with only rare reports concerning the synthesis of CO(2) copolymers from epoxides containing electron-withdrawing groups such as styrene oxide. Herein we report the production of the CO(2) copolymer with more than 99% carbonate linkages from the coupling of CO(2) with epichlorohydrin, employing binary and bifunctional (salen)cobalt(III)-based catalyst systems. Comparative kinetic studies were performed via in situ infrared measurements as a function of temperature to assess the activation barriers for the production of cyclic carbonate versus copolymer involving two electronically different epoxides: epichlorohydrin and propylene oxide. The relative small activation energy difference between copolymer versus cyclic carbonate formation for the epichlorohydrin/CO(2) process (45.4 kJ/mol) accounts in part for the selective synthesis of copolymer to be more difficult in comparison with the propylene oxide/CO(2) case (53.5 kJ/mol). Direct observation of the propagating polymer-chain species from the binary (salen)CoX/MTBD (X = 2,4-dinitrophenoxide and MTBD = 7-methyl-1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene) catalyst system by means of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry confirmed the perfectly alternating nature of the copolymerization process. This observation in combination with control experiments suggests possible intermediates involving MTBD in the CO(2)/epichlorohydrin copolymerization process. 相似文献

提出了一种基于复数域微分的资料同化新方法. 针对变分资料同化中目标泛函梯度计算复杂和精度不高的问题, 首先利用复变量求导法把梯度分析过程转化为复变泛函的数值计算, 进而高效和高精度地获得梯度值; 然后结合经典的最优化方法, 给出了非线性物理系统资料同化问题的新求解算法; 最后对典型混沌系统和包含“开关”现象的单格点比湿发展方程进行了资料同化数值实验, 结果表明新方法能非常有效地估计出非线性动力预报模式的初始条件.
