Ribavirin, the only small molecule available so far for treating hepatitis‐C‐virus infection, was recently used in an emergency context to treat patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in the early stages of the disease. To study the mechanisms responsible for the antiviral effects of ribavirin by using a photolabeling approach, we designed, synthesized, and characterized the azidotriazole nucleosides 1 and 2 as photolabeling probes of ribavirin. These probes were synthesized either by performing nucleophilic substitution of the corresponding bromotriazole nucleoside with NaN3 (Scheme 2) or by directly coupling the azidotriazole with the protected ribose sugar (Scheme 4). The azidotriazole nucleosides 1 and 2 showed a fast, clear‐cut photochemical reaction, which suggests that they are promising candidates for use in photolabeling studies. 相似文献

It remains highly desired but a great challenge to achieve atomically dispersed metals in high loadings for efficient catalysis. Now porphyrinic metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have been synthesized based on a novel mixed‐ligand strategy to afford high‐content (1.76 wt %) single‐atom (SA) iron‐implanted N‐doped porous carbon (FeSA‐N‐C) via pyrolysis. Thanks to the single‐atom Fe sites, hierarchical pores, oriented mesochannels and high conductivity, the optimized FeSA‐N‐C exhibits excellent oxygen reduction activity and stability, surpassing almost all non‐noble‐metal catalysts and state‐of‐the‐art Pt/C, in both alkaline and more challenging acidic media. More far‐reaching, this MOF‐based mixed‐ligand strategy opens a novel avenue to the precise fabrication of efficient single‐atom catalysts. 相似文献

The studies with proteins are necessary to understand the biological effects of atmospheric pressure plasma (APP). Among proteins, those with transient metal ions play key roles in many biological events and they are very sensitive to environmental redox states. Iron-containing hemoglobin (Hb) is investigated in this study, after APP treatments under two environmental gas conditions of pure N2 and N2?+?O2 mixture. Monitoring the intensity change for absorption spectra could lead to a quantitative assessment of the effect of discharge plasma on Hb. Redox states of Hb are classified into five states including O2-bound Hb (oxy-Hb), deoxy-Hb, met-Hb, NO-bound Hb (NO-Hb), and hemichrome. Chemically generated reactive species and some scavengers are applied to understand the chemical reactions. Our experimental results confirm the complex chemical reactions of APP and suggest the possible use of Hb as a model protein for the visualization of APP biological effects. 相似文献

结合采样误差分布分析(SEPA)框架和最小角回归(LAR)算法,提出了一种SEPA-LAR变量逐步筛选方法用于波长选择,并建立了稳健的近红外光谱分析模型。利用蒙特卡洛采样(MCS)获得多个数据集划分建立多个模型,对光谱各变量(波长)在所有模型的LAR系数进行统计分析,按其回归系数绝对值总和由大到小排序,选择排序靠前的波长建立偏最小二乘(PLS)模型,以未参与SEPA-LAR和建模的独立验证集对该模型进行评价。将玉米湿度、柴油密度以及奶酪脂肪的近红外光谱数据用于SEPA-LAR的性能检验,独立验证集的预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.001 44%(湿度指标)、0.001 58 g/mL(密度指标)以及1.13 g/100 g(脂肪含量指标)。结果表明,相较于竞争自适应重加权采样法(CARS),该方法具有更优异的稳定性;相较于移动窗口偏最小二乘(MWPLS)以及蒙特卡洛无信息变量消除(MCUVE)方法,该方法选择的变量更少,预测误差更低,预测性、可解释性和稳定性更优异。 相似文献

A model complex optical potential (composed of static, exchange, polarization and absorption terms) is employed to calculate the total (elastic and inelastic) electron-atom scattering cross sections from the corresponding atomic wave function at the Hartree-Fock level. The total cross sections (TCS) for electron scattering by their corresponding molecules (C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, C3H6, C3H8 and C4H8) are firstly obtained by the use of the additivity rule over an incident energy range of 10–1000 eV. A high-power microsecond pulsed microwave system operating in the X-band region was used for the catalytic conversion of methane. Microwave microsecond pulses at repetition rates of 50 and 80 Hz were used to initiate chemical reactions. The Microwave-Induced Acoustic technique was employed in combination with gas chromatography for on-line detection of chemical products. Methane was converted to C2 and C3 hydrocarbons. The selectivity of ethane in hydrocarbon products can be >90 %. The contribution of hydrogen evolution and carbon deposition has been shown to be important. A comparison between previous experiments performed with millisecond pulse durations is given. 相似文献
