The dose-dependent lipid accumulation caused by fenitrothion administration is associated with alteration of the ratio of various components of phospholipids and neutral lipids in various organs of rats up to 48 h. The concentration of triacylglycerol, phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl ethanolamine and phosphatidyl glycerol increased in liver, kidney and brain in treated rats whereas phosphatidyl serine was greatly reduced. High-performance liquid chromatography and gas-liquid chromatography were used for quantiative analysis of phospholipids and triacylglycerol. The changes in relative composition of various lipids by fenitrothion administration may lead to malfunctioning and alteration of biological properties.  相似文献

The dimeric complex of dibromo(ethylenediamine)palladium(II) observed in water was investigated using electrospray mass spectrometry. One microM aqueous solutions of Pd(en)Br2 yielded a variety of previously unreported species. The most abundant ion observed was attributable to the Pd(en)Br2.Pd(en)Br+ dimeric complex at m/z 568.7 (most abundant stable isotopes). The characteristics of the oligomeric complexes were examined using collision-induced dissociation (CID) up to MS6. The most common loss mechanism observed was loss of HBr leaving an unsaturated Pd(II) center. Fragmentation of the ethylenediamine ligand was also observed during CID experiments. Loss of Pd was only observed as the final step in the CID process when other loss mechanisms had been exhausted. A number of calculations were carried out at the B3-LYP/SBKJC[d] level of theory in an attempt to elucidate the structure of the [2M-Br]+ dimer.  相似文献

The Laves phase structures (MgCu2 MgZn2 and MgNi2 types) are adopted by a large number of binary intermetallic compounds of composition AB2. These phases belong to the class of tetrahedrally closepacked alloys. Two of the structural features of the Laves phases which have aroused interest are, firstly the dependence of the structure adopted (especially the choice between the cubic MgCu2 and hexagonal MgZn2 types) on the number of valence electrons of the constituent metal atoms and, secondly the structural distortions observed in a number of the hexagonal MgZn2 type phases. By performing extended Hückel band calculations on model AB2 compounds with both the cubic and hexagonal structures and on the B sub-nets alone, structure electron-count and deformation-electron count correlations are derived. These correlations depend on the highly peaked nature of the density of states of the Laves phases, primarily due to the B network.  相似文献

Summary Paramagnetic [OsIIIDQ2]+ and diamagnetic [OsIIAQ2] (Q = deprotonated 8-quinolinols, D = diimines and A = azoimines) complexes were prepared and characterised by physicochemical, magnetic and spectroscopic methods. The complexes exhibit several spin-allowed and spinforbidden charge-transfer transitions in the visible region. In MeCN solution the OsN4O2 unit displays nearly reversible OsIV-OsIII and OsIII-OsII couples in the ca. -0.4 to +1.1 V range versus SCE. An anodic shift of these responses is seen in going from diimines to azoimines. The stability of metal oxidation levels is correlated on the basis of -acceptor properties of these ligands.  相似文献

ALICE,A Large Ion Collider Experiment,is dedicated to study the QCD matter at extreme high temperature and density to understand the Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP) and phase transition.High-transversemomentum photons and neutral mesons from the initial hard scattering of partons can be measured with ALICE calorimeters,PHOS (PHOton Spectrometer) and EMCAL (ElectroMagnetic CALorimeter).Combing the additional central tracking detectors,the γ-jet and π 0-jet measurements thus can be accessed.These measurements offer us a sensitive tomography probe of the hot-dense medium generated in the heavy ion collisions.In this paper,high p T and photon physics is discussed and the ALICE calorimeters capabilities of high-transverse-momentum neutral mesons and γ-jet measurements are presented.  相似文献
