To use solar irradiation or interior lighting efficiently, we sought a photocatalyst with high reactivity under visible light. Nitrogen and carbon doping TiO2−xyNxCy films were obtained by heating the TiO2 gel in an ionized N2 gas and then were calcined at 500 °C. The TiO2−xyNxCy films have revealed an improvement over the TiO2 films under visible light (wavelength, 500 nm) in optical absorption and photocatalytic activity such as photodegradation of methyl orange. X-ray photoemission spectroscopy, infrared spectrum and UV-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy were used to find the difference of two kinds of films. Nitrogen and carbon doped into substitutional sites of TiO2 has been proven to be indispensable for band-gap narrowing and photocatalytic activity.  相似文献

Nanoparticles coated with single stranded DNA have been shown to efficiently hybridize to targets of complementary DNA. This property might be used to implement programmable (or algorithmic) self-assembly to build nanoparticle structures. However, we argue that a DNA coated nanoparticle by itself cannot be used as a programmable self-assembly building block since it does not have directed bonds. A general scheme for assembling and purifying nanoparticle eight-mers with eight geometrically well-directed bonds is presented together with some preliminary experimental work.  相似文献

We report a fibre amplifier array that not only achieves coherent beam combination by compensation of phase noises of fibre amplifier, but also accomplishes correction of atmosphere aberration. It is of master-oscillatormultiple-amplifier (MOPA) configuration, which can be phase-locked by the multidither principle or heterodyne detection principle. First laboratory experiments of atmosphere aberration compensation of a three-element fibre amplifier array are reported. The atmosphere aberration is created by a phase screen in the experiment. The phase changes of the beam, which are introduced by the fibre amplifier and the phase screen, are both detected by the heterodyne detection method. Phase modulators are controlled to compensate for the phase in the three paths. No matter whether there is a phase screen producing atmosphere aberration or not, the dim dynamic interference fringes in the far field turn to a clear and stable pattern, and the peak intensity is maximized. It is indicated that the fibre amplifier array is phase-locked, and coherent combination of the three beams is achieved. It can be used not only to obtain high power fibre laser array but also in laser space communication.  相似文献

The modified quantum nonlinear Schrodinger equation of ultra-short pulse propagating in fiber is derived using dispersion relation and the Hamiltonian of the transmission system. The derived equation is solved with linearization approximation, and modulation instability is analyzed. The equation is also solved with Hartree approximation. The results indicate that pulse power, loss and self-steeping effect change the critical frequency, the maximum gain and the gain spectrum range, but the third order dispersion has no effect on modulation instability. The expectation value of optical field is average of a set of modified classical solitons, and higher order terms change the amplitude, pulse position and phase of soliton.  相似文献

根据氯离子型层状复合氢氧化物(LDH-Cl)制备过程中溶液浓度变化的监测结果和不同反应进程时产物的EDS、IR、XRD、TEM、TG-DTA表征结果,研究了合成LDH-Cl的共沉淀反应动力学特征及机理.实验结果表明, LDH-Cl的生成符合多核层表面反应动力学模型;反应过程中LDH的晶胞参数c从2.421 nm变为2.399 nm,通道高度h由0.3321 nm减小为0.3228 nm,粒子直径Da由6.40 nm增大为15.16 nm, Dc由7.43 nm增大到10.93 nm,纵横比由0.86增大为1.39; IR和TG-DTA特征变化表明了层板对阴离子作用的强度和层板的结构稳定性随反应进程而提高.  相似文献

A series of nickel selenides (NiSe2 microcrystals, Ni(1-x)Se and Ni3Se2 microspheres) has been successfully synthesized through a convenient, low-temperature hydrothermal method. A good nucleation and growth environment has been created by forming a uniform and transparent solution reaction system. The compositions (including the x value of Ni(1-x)Se), phase structures, as well as the morphologies of nickel selenides, can be controlled by adjusting the Ni/Se ratio of the raw materials, the pH, the reaction temperatures and times, and so forth. The newly produced Se microspheres in the system have been used as both reactant and in situ template to the Ni(1-x)Se microspheres. It is found that Ni(1-x)Se microspheres act as the intermediate precursor during the formation of Ni3Se2 microspheres. Under certain conditions, hexagonal NiSe microspheres can be converted into rhombohedral NiSe nanowires in solution. The formation mechanisms of a series of nickel selenides has been investigated in detail by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses. This work has provided a general, simple, and effective method to control the composition, phase structure, and morphology of metal selenides in aqueous solution, which will be important for inorganic synthesis methodology and further applications of selenides.  相似文献
