In this paper the laws of motion of classical particles have been investigated in a non-commutative phase space. The corresponding non-commutative relations contain not only spatial non-commutativity but also momentum non-commutativity. First, new Poisson brackets have been defined in non-commutative phase space. They contain corrections due to the non-commutativity of coordinates and momenta. On the basis of this new Poisson brackets, a new modified second law of Newton has been obtained. For two cases, the free particle and the harmonic oscillator, the equations of motion are derived on basis of the modified second law of Newton and the linear transformation (Phys. Rev. D, 2005, 72: 025010). The consistency between both methods is demonstrated. It is shown that a free particle in commutative space is not a free particle with zero-acceleration in the non-commutative phase space, but it remains a free particle with zero-acceleration in non-commutative space if only the coordinates are non-commutative. 相似文献

We build a compact high-conversion-efficiency and broadband tunable noncollinear optical parametric amplifier (OPA) in the infra-red (IR) pumped by a femtosecond Ti:sapphire CPA laser. The OPA consists of an internal seed of white-light continuum generator (WLG) and two noncollinear optical parametric amplifiers. The tunable wavelength range is from 1.2μm to 2.4μm for both signal and idle pulses. The total OPA efficiency in the last OPA stage reaches about 40% in a wider tunable spectral range (from 1.3μm to 1.7μm for signal pulse, from 1.5μm to 2.0 μm for idle pulse respectively). 相似文献

The effects of annealing on the chemical states of N dopant, electrical, and optical properties of N-doped ZnO film grown by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) are investigated. Both the as-grown ZnO:N film and the film annealed in N2 are of n-type conductivity, whereas the conductivity converts into p-type conductivity for the film annealed in O2. We suggest that the transformation of conductivity is ascribed to the change in ratio of the N molecular number on O site (N2)O to the N atom number on O site (NO) in ZnO:N films under the various annealed atmosphere. For the ZnO:N film annealed in N2, the percentage content of (N2)O is larger than that of NO, i.e.the ratio >1, resulting in the n-type conductivity. However, in the case of the ZnO:N film annealed in O2, the percentage content of (N2)O is fewer than that of NO, i.e., the ratio <1, giving rise to the p-type conductivity. There is an obvious difference between low-temperature (80K) PL spectra of ZnO:N film annealed in N2 and that of ZnO:N film annealed in O2. An emission band located at 3.358eV is observed in the spectra of the ZnO:N film after annealed in N2, this emission band is due to donor-bound exciton (D0X). After annealed in O2, the PL of the donor-bound exciton disappeared, an emission band located at 3.348eV is observed, this emission band is assigned to acceptor-bound exciton (A0X). 相似文献

A Simple Route of Morphology Control and Structural and Optical Properties of ZnO Grown by Metal-Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition

Employing the metal-organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD) technique, we prepare ZnO samples with different morphologies from the film to nanorods through conveniently changing the bubbled diethylzinc flux (BDF) and the carrier gas flux of oxygen (OCGF). The scanning electron microscope images indicate that small BDF and OCGF induce two-dimensional growth while the large ones avail quasi-one-dimensional growth. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman scattering analyses show that all of the morphology-dependent ZnO samples are of high crystal quality with a c-axis orientation. From the precise shifts of the 20 locations of ZnQ (002) face in the XRD patterns and the E2 (high) locations in the Raman spectra, we deduce that the compressive stress forms in the ZnO samples and is strengthened with the increasing BDF and OCGF. Photoluminescence spectroscopy results show all the samples have a sharp ultraviolet luminescent band without any defects-related emission. The laser properties of the Nd:YGG crystal are investigated. The absorption spectrum from 500 to 90Onto and emission spectrum from 850 to 1400nm of Nd:YGG are measured. As much as 1.35 W output power of fundamental laser operating at 935 and 938nm with a slope efficiency of 15.7% and 105mW output power of frequency doubled blue laser are successfully obtained. 相似文献

声各向同性的金属材料在应力作用下表现出声各向异性,这是用声弹性法分析材料内部应力的基础。本文用偏振方向平行或垂直于应力方向的超声纯横波对LY11型铝合金进行测试。实验结果表明:材料在拉、压单轴应力作用下,偏振方向平行和垂直于应力方向的超声纯横波的声速都发生了变化。实验在分析材料声各向异性的基础上计算材料声弹性双折射系数,得到测试LY11型铝合金内部应力的理论公式,并对其内部的残余应力进行评估。实验中利用双换能器回振法测量声速,时间测试精确度可达10-11s,可精确测量声速的微小变化量。 相似文献
