A New Cytotoxic Acetogenin from the Seeds of Annona squamosa

A New Annonaceous acetogenin,squamostolide(1),was isolated from the seeds of Annona squamosa.Its structure was elucidated based on spectroscopic methods and comparison with known compounds.It is the first example of Annonaceous acetogenin with each of the two ends of the aliphatic chain bearing a γ-lactone.Thenew compound exhibited cytotoxic activity in vitro against bel-7402 and CNE2 human tumor cell lines.

探讨了体效应振荡器特性观测与使用实验中，编写实验原理要应用能带结构解释负阻特性并通过对偶极畴生长和运动过程的描述说明振荡原理，提出了实验教学方案，从教学效果上分析了开设此实验的意义及合理性。     

Writing Fiber Grating of Different Wavelength Using the Same Phase Mask

Chirped fiber grating was used in dispersion compensator. We tried to use the same phase mask to write fiber grating of different wavelength with two methods to reduce the price of the fiber grating.     

Controlling the gain shape of Er^3＋—doped fluorozirconate fibre amplifier by a coherent field

We proposed a four-level system to explore the quantum interference effects on optical amplification.We found that the gain of the probe.including positions and values of gain peaks,can be adjusted by changing the coherent field and the incoherent pumping.At the same time,we can also modify the absorption profile of electromagnetically induced transparency by the incoherent pump.The results provide a method to flatten the gain of Erbium-doped fibre amplifiers.     

苯并18-冠-6配合物[K(B18-C-6)]SCN的合成与结构分析

苯并 18 -冠 - 6 (B18- C- 6 )与 K2 [Cd(SCN) 4 ]反应 ,得到了 [K(B18- C- 6 ) ]SCN配合物。通过元素分析、红外光谱、单晶 X射线衍射进行了结构分析。该配合物为单斜晶系 ,空间群 P2 (1) / c,晶体学数据 :a=0 .996 0(3) nm,b=2 .5 0 97(7) nm,c=0 .8374 (2 ) nm,β=10 6 .5 19(5 )°,V=2 .0 0 6 7(10 ) nm3 ,Z=4 ,F(0 0 0 ) =86 4,R1=0 .0 4 2 9,w R2 =0 .0 5 75。结构分析表明 ,该配合物由一个 [K(B18- C- 6 ) ]配阳离子和一个 SCN阴离子组成 ,配合物的两个分子通过 K+ - π相互作用形成一维链状结构     

磁性钴纳米晶的二维自组装

在两种表面活性剂存在下，采用高温醇还原，合成出单分散、平均颗粒尺寸为14±19nm，直径标准偏差小(～18%)的磁性金属Co纳米晶.利用x射线衍射、紫外吸收光谱、x射线光电子能谱及透射电子显微镜对其结构和表面价态进行了分析.并将磁性金属Co纳米晶自组织形成有序的二维(2D)六方紧密堆积结构. 关键词： Co纳米晶 单分散 自组装     

光照下meso-四(4-磺基苯基)卟啉(H_2TPPS)形成锌配合物的光-极谱研究

在氨性溶液中,光照射对ZnTPPS的形成影响很大。光-极谱试验表明:光电流(i_p)与浓度(c)间有以下的关系:对Zn(NH_3)_4~(2+),i_p∝C_((Zn)(NH_3)_4)~(2+)_~(1/2),对H_2TPPS,i_p∝C_(H_2TPPS),ZnTPPS络合物还原波的i_p不明显。本文对其差异性和光电流产生的原因做了初步探讨。     

光参量啁啾脉冲放大增益特性研究

 通过对非线性三波耦合方程组进行数值求解，研究了光参量放大的增益特性及饱和放大特性。给出了泵浦光、信号光参数对参量增益的影响及其与晶体饱和长度的关系。且OPA具有传统CPA系统所不具有的优点，将有可能取代传统的CPA系统而作为超短超强激光系统的新型前端。     

心理素质诊断模型的建立与应用

综合运用国内外多种测量量表对大学生的心理素质进行诊断与测试 ,并应用多元统计分析方法对其心理素质结构主因素进行定量分析 ,在此基础上建立了心理素质诊断模型 ,并运用该模型对实际问题进行了分析 .     

Fundamental reactions in TiO2 nanocrystallite aqueous solutions studied by pulse radiolysis

Reactions of the hydrated electron, H atoms, 2-propanol, and methanol radicals with the TiO₂ nano-particles have been studied either directly or by competition kinetics. The radicals were produced by radiolysis of 2-propanol, t-butanol, or methanol aqueous solutions in acid pH's. The reactions involve electron injection to the conduction band. As expected, the t-butanol radical is inert towards TiO₂ under our conditions, while the other reducing radicals react with TiO₂. The reactivity decreases in the order: e_aq⁻>H>CH₃COHCH₃>CH₂OH. Two TiO₂ nanocrystallite sizes, with average diameters of 1.0 and 4.7 nm were compared. For equal concentrations (in terms of TiO₂ molecules), the rate of electron injection shows relatively little dependency on particle size. The rates of interfacial electron transfer and transfer coefficient are also reported.
