介绍了最近几年新的四氢键有机二聚体研究的进展及其在分子自组装和分子聚 集体化学研究中的应用。     

4-苄基氨甲酰苯基苯胺三氟甲磺酸盐(BCPPAT)：一种新型高效Friedel-Crafts苄基化和环己基化反应的催化剂

首次报道了一种新型高效、可循环使用的Friedel-Crafts反应催化剂——4-苄 基氨甲酰苯基苯胺三氟甲磺酸盐(BCPPAT)，它能够有效地催化芳烃的苄基化和环己 基化反应。     

超声辐射下一步法合成2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7，7-二甲基-5-氧代-5，6，7，8-四氢-4H-苯并[b]吡喃

芳醛、丙二腈和5，5-二甲基-1，3-环己二酮在乙二醇中不加任何催化剂经超 声辐射5-7min得2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7，7-二甲基-5-氧代-4H-5，6，7，8-四氢 苯并[b]吡喃，产率88％—96％．     

金属络合物的相转移催化分析与分离

以可简单分离回收、可反复使用为目标，详细介绍了相转移催化的变化发展过 程．通过对溶剂的选择，使得催化剂选择性地溶解在某一液相中，而使产物溶解在 另一液相中，如水-有机两相催化体系；通过温度的变化，简单地实现了在较高温 度下反应为均相体系以提高催化剂的活性，而在较低温度下实现了催化剂与产物不 相溶使得催化剂得以简单分离，如温控型水-有机两相催化体系、氟-有机两相催化 体系、温控型含氟催化剂、温控型有机金属催化剂等．     

1-烷（苯）氧基-3-（3，4-亚甲基二氧）苯基-2-丙醇的合成与生物活性研究

黄樟素氧化物与烷氧基钠和苯氧基钠反应，区域选择性地开环加成，生成1-烷 （苯）氧基-3-（3，4-亚甲基二氧）苯基-2-丙醇。该系列化合物具有诱导细胞凋 亡与分化的生物活性。     

固态有机合成反应进展

以绿色合成为主题，综述了近期固相有机合成研究方面的一些新进展和典型反 应类型。由于固相反应的特征，多数固相有机反应表现出较溶液中更高的反应效率 和更好的选择性，并讨论了固态反应中的分子运动及其固态反应的因素。     

Unusual Reaction of β-Hydroxy α-Diazo Carbonyl Compounds with Trichloroacetonitrile (CI3CCN) and Sodium Hydride

In the process of preparing α-diazo carbonyl compound 2 by imidation of 1, we unexpectedly observed a direct conversion of the hydroxyl group into trichloroacetylamino group. In this presentation, we report this unprecedented reaction, as well as the Rh2(OAc)4-catalyzed reaction of the resulting β-(trichloroacetyl)amino β-diazo carbonylcompounds 3. [ 1]     

Spontaneous Polymerization of An Amino Acid Based Amphiphile at Air/water Interface Investigated by ESI-MS and Transmission IR Spectrometry

Self-assemblies of amphiphilic molecules are proposed to play a ubiquitous role at the early stages of evolution in the formation of primitive biopolymers. [1] As regard to the significance of N-phosphoryl amino acids as a model for the co-evolution of protein and nucleic acids at the prebiotic stage, [2] amphiphilic N-phosphoryl amino acids with two hydrophobic tails were synthesized. [3]     

A Mild and Efficient Deprotection of Geminal Diacetates Catalyzed by FeCl3 ·6H2O in Ionic Liquid

The selective deprotection of geminal diacetates promoted by FeCl3·6H2O in the ionic liquid [bmim] [BF4] canbe efficiently achieved in good yields. The ionic liquid and the catalyst can be recycled easily and the process is car ried out under mild conditions.
