老年人彩度对比敏感度函数研究及滤波应用

为研究老年人彩色视觉频率响应特性，获取彩度对比敏感度与空间频率之间的函数关系，本文在LCH均匀颜色空间基础上，固定明度和色调角值，以彩度作为变量，设计人眼彩度对比敏感度实验，进行人眼视觉观察实验。获得彩度对比敏感度与空间频率的关系，并构建指数型对比敏感度函数模型。经分析表明老年人眼彩度对比敏感度随着空间频率的增加，产生先升高再缓慢降低的变化，各色调角下彩度对比度存在差异。经分析人眼对比敏感度差异与人眼视觉辨色特性有很大的相关性。并且，将构建的对比敏感度函数模型用于实现基于人眼视觉系统的滤波处理。     

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF POLYSTYRENE SULFONIC ACID MACROMOLECULES ON THE POLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLAMIDE

The effect of polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSSA) macromolecules on the polymerization of acrylamide (AM) has been studied. It was found that the rates of polymerization of AM were greatly increased in the presence of PSSA in the polymerization system.The maximum value of the rate of polymerization of AM was obtained when the ratio of [—SO_3H]: [AM] reached 3:1. When the insoluble crosslinked PSSA was used instead of the soluble one, this effect decreased considerably. The interaction between molecules of PSSA and AM was determined by infrared spectroscopy, elementary analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The combination form, —SO_3-NH_3~ CO—, formed between sulfonic group and amide group was found to be existed since the infrared absorption band of —NH_2 shifted from 3400cm~(-1) to 3150 cm~(-1), the binding energy of electron N_(18) changed from 399.7 eV to 401.3 eV, and the atomic ratio of N to S of the products was similar to the ratio of reagents. Based on these experimental results, the mechanism of AM polymerization in the presence of PSSA is proposed. The initial step is the combination of AM with sulfonic group to form —CONH_3~ , then followed by polymerization on the PSSA macromolecule. The role of PSSA on the polymerization of AM is discussed.     

聚醚氨酯的红外酰胺Ⅰ.谱带分析

通过对聚醚氨酯红外光谱酰胺-Ⅰ谱带的二级微商及傅里埃自解卷积处理,发现了位于1715cm~(-1)的新组分并可归属于无序的相间界面。应用差减光谱及曲线拟合对热处理试样的光谱谱带进行分析表明聚醚氨酯的加热/冷却过程是与可逆的无序/有序化过程及微相混合/分离过程有关的。新发现的1715cm(-1)组分强度的变化与无序/有序化过程是一致的。     

M_nP_m~+原子簇结构的ab initio从头算(M=Cr,Mn,n=1～3,m=2～12)

应用ahinitio计算程序，我们对飞行时间质谱产生的谱图进行了理论分析。稳定的MnnPm+和CrnPm+的结构基本上是多面体，仅有少数结构为环状和平面的。在计算中，我们尚未发现有链状的簇合物，这与风簇绝大多数是多面体是相一致的。因此，单枚金属簇合物的形成机制很大可能是金属进入磷形成的笼簇中。一般地说，除了磷的个别笼状团簇外，金属和磷相互成键是普遍存在的；在二核、多核金属磷簇合物中，金属间相互作用不常见，绝大多数是通过桥磷相连的。     

Studies on Antivirus Effects of Polysaccharides from Sargassum fusiforme in vitro

To assay antiviral effects of the polysaccharide and its separated products from Sargassumfusiforme on HSV-1 and CVB3 and their antiviral mechanism, the antiviral effects of all samples on HSV-1 and CVB3 and their cytotoxicity on vero cells were studied by CPE and MTT method. Antiviral mechanism of two samples was briefly studied by four different ways. The cytotoxicity of samples on vero cells was not detected (CC＞5000 μg/mL). All samples except PSJ had obviously HSV-1 inhibitory effect. Antiviral activities of them were increasingly strengthened with raising their purities.Antiviral activities of F1, F2 and F4 were better than that of ACV, and antiviral activities of all samples on CVB3 were better than ribavirin injection. Fi, F2 and F4 had remarkable anti-CVB3 activity. The experiment showed that polysaccharide was able to not only kill the above viruses directly but also restrain them by getting into cell or absorbing on cells.

针对当前学生实习面临的困难，以Authorware为开发工具，编制了塑料成型工艺实习CAI课件，整个软件图文并茂，图像，动画，解说，音乐相结合，形象地介绍了塑料各种成型工艺的主要原理，生产设备，工艺流程和相关产品，应用本软件学生可以进行模拟实习，该软件激发了学生学习的兴趣，提高了实习质量。     

STUDY ON THE NANOSECOND TRANSIENT ABSORPTION SPECTRA OF HYPOCRELLIN A

In this paper, the nanosecond transient absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectraof Hypocrellin A(HA) are examined in solvents of varying polarity. There are three absorp-tion bands in dilute HA solutions: Ⅰa, Ⅱa are defined as the triplet-triplet absorption ofHA, the band Ⅲa is supposed to be the absorption of the solvent--sepatated ion pair (SSIP).In more concentrated solutions, only the absorption of SSIP was observed. The effects ofsolvent polarity on transient absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of HA and the effectof oxygen on the intensities of the fluorescence of HA are discussed. Then a reasonablemechanism for the photolysis of HA is proposed.     

双核铁原子簇体系的CI计算

用ＩＮＤＯ／ＣＩ方法研究了含有Ｆｅ－Ｆｅ键的原子簇体系［Ｆｅ２Ｓ２Ｘ４］＾２－（Ｘ＝Ｃｌ，Ｂｒ，Ｉ）的电子光谱及电子结构，对于这些多谱带体系，谱带波数计算值与实验值符合，在谱带的指认分析中，发现了πｄ＾１→πｄ等新的跃迁方式，对跃迁方式作了解释和分类，并讨论了谱带的电荷转移性质，此外，还对体系的化学键等性质进行了分析。     

有机质谱学法研究气相S_N2离子－分子反应进展

总结了近年来应用质谱方法研究气相SN2离子－分子反应的进展，主要包括气 相SN2离子－分子反应的机理，动力学和热力学的各种因素。与凝固相中反应对比 ，阐明了影响反应机理、方向与程度的决定性因素，及溶剂化效应对凝聚相中反应 的影响方式。还介绍了一些气相中特有的SN2离子－分子反应和研究气相反应特殊 的质谱学研究方法与技术。     

双（取代环戊二烯基）二氯化锆的晶体结构分析

用Ｘ－射线晶体结构衍射法测定了双［１－苄基－１－乙基丙基环戊二烯基］二氯化锆［η５－Ｃ５Ｈ４Ｃ（Ｃ２Ｈ５）２ＣＨ２Ｃ６Ｈ５］２ＺｒＣｌ２（Ｉ）及（１，２－二异丁基－１，２－甲基－乙基桥联）双环戊二烯基二氯化锆［η５－Ｃ５Ｈ４Ｃ（ＣＨ３）（Ｃ４Ｈ９－ｉ）Ｃ（ＣＨ３）（Ｃ４Ｈ９－ｉ）Ｃ５Ｈ４－η５］ＺｒＣｌ２（Ⅱ）的结构。二者皆为单斜晶系，（Ｉ）的空间群为Ｐ２／ｎ，ａ＝１２．５８２（３），ｂ＝７．９９２（２），ｃ＝１４．９７９（３）Ａ，β＝１０１．６８（１）°，Ｖ＝１４７４．９（９）Ａ３，Ｍｒ＝６１２．８４，Ｚ＝２，Ｄｘ＝１．３８ｇ／ｃｍ３，μ＝５．６９ｃｍ（－１），Ｆ（０００）＝６４０，Ｒ＝０．０３３，Ｒω＝０．０３６。（Ⅱ）的空间群为Ｃｃ，ａ＝１３．３０９（３），ｂ＝９．５９１（１），ｃ＝１６．４４９（８）Ａ。β＝４．８３（３）°，Ｖ＝２０９．２（２）Ａ３，Ｍｒ＝４５８．６３，Ｚ＝４，Ｄｘ＝１．４５６ｇ／ｃｍ３，μ＝７．７７ｃｍ（－１），Ｆ（０００）＝９５２，Ｒ＝０．０５１，Ｒω＝０．０６１。化合物（Ｉ）以重叠式存在，两个苄基处于反式。晶体（Ⅱ）以交叉式存在，甲基、异丁基以反式构象存在。
