变频压缩机空调系统的理论分析及实验研究

变频空调器是由变频压缩机驱动的空调系统,压缩机通过变频调节其转速使压缩机单位时间内的排气量变化,从而达到调节制冷量的目的。本文提出了变频空调器制冷系统的原理和设计方法,具体给出了制冷量和压缩机频率的关系方程,并从理论和实验两方面对变频空调器制冷系统进行了分析,得到了频率曲线图,为变频空调器制冷系统的设计提供了依据。     

GPS/SINS组合导航系统在运载火箭中的应用

针对运载火箭特点,着重研究在发射惯性坐标系下,位置、速度组合模式的GPS/SINS组合导航算法,推导了该坐标系下的惯导一阶误差传播方程,建立了该坐标系下GPS/SINS组合导航系统的状态方程和观测方程,并进行了相关数学仿真验证。仿真结果表明,在该坐标系中,GPS/SINS组合导航算法能较准确地给出运载火箭的位置、速度和姿态信息,提高运载火箭制导精度。

证明了TUHF代数丁上的Lie导子L形如D l．其中D是T上的结合导子，l是从T到它的中心Z上的线性映射且零化T中的括积．

热力膨胀阀在空气源热泵热水器系统中稳定特性的实验研究

本文对热力膨胀阀在空气源热泵热水器的稳定特性进行了实验研究.通过不同热力膨胀阀开度下的实验数据,分析了热力膨胀阀在系统中的稳定特性.分析了热力膨胀阀在空气源热泵热水器全年运行工况中存在的局限性.提出保证系统稳定运行的方法与建议;指出制冷剂充注量是系统稳定运行的另一个重要因素,只有同时很好地把握住热力膨胀阀开度和制冷剂充注量,才可能使系统运行在最佳工况.     

直线加速器驻波腔中的瞬态束流负载效应

在高能加速器中, 随着单个束团和束团串中电荷量的提高, 当粒子束穿过加速腔的时候, 感应出的瞬态束流负载电压也越来越高. 但是, 在通常分析束流负载的时候, 往往对稳态束流负载研究的比较多, 而对瞬态束流负载的研究要相对少一些. 本文首先对束流负载的瞬态特性和束团穿过加速腔时高频源所看到谐振腔谐振频率的变化方式进行了分析, 然后又对两种情况下谐振腔的最优失谐条件进行了讨论, 并给出了相应的解析公式. 在第1种情况下, 当粒子束穿过加速腔的时候, 谐振腔的自然谐振频率能够及时地得到调节, 从而使高频源的电流与谐振腔的腔压同相, 以提高高频源的效率; 在第2种情况下, 当粒子束穿过加速腔的时候, 谐振腔的自然谐振频率保持不变, 不能被调节. 最后, 还对BEPCⅡ现有预注入器的预聚束腔、BEPCⅡ未来预注入器的两个次谐波聚束腔中的瞬态束流负载效应进行了分析.

By using Fluent software with the Eulerian multiphase model and Non-equilibrium boiling model, the subcooled flow boiling heat transfers was numerically simulated in the plain upward vertical tubes under the condition of one-side heating. The influences of the different mass flux, inlet temperatures and heat flux on the heat transfer coefficient, the void fraction and heat transfer deterioration were investigated.     

Measurement of small-signal and large-signal responses of packaged laser modules at high temperature

In this paper, the pulsed injection method is extended to measure the chip temperature of various packaged laser modules, such as the DFB laser modules, the FP laser modules, and the EML laser modules. An optimal injection condition is obtained by investigating the dependence of the lasing wavelength on the width and period of the injection pulse in a relatively wide temperature range. The small-signal frequency responses and large-signal performances of packaged laser modules at different chip temperature are measured. The adiabatic small-signal modulation characteristics of packaged LD are first extracted. In the large-signal measurement, the effects of chip temperature, bias current and driving signal on the performances of the laser modules are discussed. It has been found that the large-signal performances of the EML modules depend on the different red-shift speeds of the DFB and EAM sections as chip temperature varying, and the optimal characteristics may be achieved at higher temperature.     

Prisoner＇s Dilemma Game with Heterogeneous Influential Effect on Regular Small-World Networks

The effect of heterogeneous influence of different individuals on the maintenance of co-operative behaviour is studied in an evolutionary Prisoner＇s Dilemma game with players located on the sites of regular small-world networks. The players interacting with their neighbours can either co-operate or defect and update their states by choosing one of the neighbours and adopting its strategy with a probability depending on the pay off difference. The selection of the neighbour obeys a preferential rule： the more influential a neighbour, the larger the probability it is picked. It is found that this simple preferential selection rule can promote continuously the co-operation of the whole population with the strengthening of the disorder of the underlying network.     

Design and Fabrication of 1.06 μm Resonant-Cavity Enhanced Reflective Modulator with GaInAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

A resonant-cavity enhanced reflective optical modulator is designed and fabricated, with three groups of three highly strained InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells in the cavity, for low voltage and high contrast ratio operation. The quantum wells are positioned in antinodes of the optical standing wave. The modulator is grown in a single growth step in an molecular beam epitaxy system, using GaAs/AlAs distributed Bragg reflectors as both the top and bottom mirrors. Results show that the reflection device has a modulation extinction of 3 dB at -4.5 V bias.
