The reactions of phosphinohydrazines ArNH-N(Ar)-PPh2 {Ar = Ph (2a), p-But-C6H4- (2b)} with metal silylamides M[N(SiMe3)2]n, {M = Fe(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(I), Cu(I)} or the reactions of lithium salts ArN(Li)-N(Ar)-PPh2 with metal halides (GeCl2, ZnCl2, FeBr2, CoCl2, NiBr2, CrCl3, MnCl2) are strongly dependent on nature of a metal and its ligand environment.Early transition metals or non-transition metals form stable phosphinohydrazides M[N(Ar)N(Ar)PPh2]n {M = Li, Zn, Ge(II), Mn(II), Cr(III), Fe(II)}.Starting ligand 2a and germylene Ge(NPhNPhPPh2)2 (7) were characterized by X-ray analysis.Germanium is coordinated additionally with a phosphorus atom of one of the diphenylphosphine groups.The distance Ge?P was found to be 2.563(1) Å.This coordination leads to an appreciable increase in a pyramidal geometry of nitrogen atoms relatively to a non-coordinated fragment.Late transition metals (Co, Ni, Cu) and metals with enhanced oxidation state (Fe3+) cause transformation of a phosphinohydrazide ligand.For Co(II), Ni(II), Fe(III) this leads quantitatively to aminoiminophosphoranates M(NAr-PPh2NAr)n.Complex Co[N(C6H4But)-PPh2N-C6H4But]2 (11) was characterized by X-ray analysis.Nickel(I) silylamide, (Ph3P)2NiN(SiMe3)2, being reacted with 2a yields azobenzene complex, (Ph3P)2Ni(PhNNPh), while copper(I) silylamide originally forms (PhNH-NPh-PPh2)2CuN(SiMe3)2 (18).Heating of the latter in toluene solution yields insoluble copper(I) diphenylphosphide, azobenzene, 2a and hexamethyldisilazane.The reaction of hydrazobenzene with Ph2PCl (1:1) in methylene chloride for three days gives aminoiminophosphorane dihydrochloride[PhNH-PPh2NPh] · 2HCl (3) in quantitative yield.  相似文献

When acted upon by HF/SbF5 at 95 °C, carbonyl groups of perfluorinated acetophenone (10), 3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one (8), 2,3-dihydronaphthalene-1,4-dione (9), benzocyclobutenone (6), benzocyclobutenedione (7) and indan-1-one (1) are converted into difluoromethylene groups to give the corresponding perfluoroaromatic products. Perfluoroindan-2-one (5), under the same conditions, is transformed to bis(perfluoroindan-2-yl) ether (21). On heating with HF/SbF5, perfluoroindan-1,3-dione (2) isomerizes into perfluoro-3-methylenephthalide (4) at 95 °C, and gives 4,5,6,7-tetrafluoro-3-trifluoromethyl-phthalide (14) at 130 °C. Compound 4 in the absence of a solvent dimerizes giving perfluorodispiro[phthalide-3,1′-cyclobutane-2′,3″-phthalide] (18), and when heated with SbF5 at 130 °C, it is converted into perfluoro-3-methylphthalide (3). When acted upon by HF/SbF5 at 95 °C, perfluorinated benzoic acid (12) and phthalic anhydride (13) give the corresponding products with trifluoromethyl groups.  相似文献

The synthesis of new Pt(II) diimine complexes bearing perfluorinated thiolate ligands, Pt(II)(NN)(4-X-C(6)F(4)-S)(2), where NN = 2,2'-bipyridine or 1,10-phenanthroline and X = F or CN, is reported, together with an investigation of the nature and dynamics of their lowest excited states. A combined UV-vis, (spectro)electrochemical, resonance Raman, and time-resolved infrared (TRIR) study has suggested that the HOMO is mainly composed of thiolate(pi)/S(p)/Pt(d) orbitals and that the LUMO is largely localized on the pi*(diimine) orbital, thus revealing the [charge-transfer-to-diimine] nature of the lowest excited state. An enhancement of the thiolate ring vibrations, C-F vibrations, and the vibration of the CN-substituent on the thiolate moiety was observed in the resonance Raman spectra, whereas no such enhancement was seen for the nonfluorinated analogues. Thus, the introduction of fluorine substituents on the thiolate moiety probably leads to a more pronounced contribution of the intrathiolate modes to the HOMO compared to the analogous complexes with nonfluorinated thiolates. Furthermore, the introduction of the p-CN group into the thiolate moiety has allowed the dynamics of the lowest excited state of Pt(bpy)(4-CN-C(6)F(4)-S)(2) to be monitored by picosecond TRIR spectroscopy. The dynamics of the lowest [charge-transfer-to-diimine] excited state are governed by ca. 2-ps vibrational cooling and 35-ps back electron transfer.  相似文献

The thermodynamic influence of a pre-organized N-donor group on the coordination of trivalent actinides and lanthanides by an aqueous aminopolycarboxylate complexant has been investigated. The synthesized reagent, N-2-methylpicolinate-ethylenediamine-N,N′,N′-triacetic acid (EDTA-Mpic), resembles ethylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid (EDTA) with a single acetate pendant arm replaced by a 6-carboxypyridin-2-ylmethyl group. The rigid N-donor picolinate functionality has a profound impact on ligand protonation and trivalent f element complexation equilibria, as demonstrated by potentiometric, spectroscopic, and liquid/liquid metal-partitioning studies as well as by molecular dynamics calculations. Relative to diethylenetriamine-N,N,N′,N′′,N′′-pentaacetic acid (DTPA), the ability to preferentially bind trivalent actinides over trivalent lanthanides was moderately lowered due to the presence of the N-(6-carboxypyridin-2-ylmethyl) substituent. The structural modification substantially amplifies the total ligand acidity of EDTA-Mpic. As a result the complexant sustains the metal complexation and efficient An3+/Ln3+ differentiation in aqueous mixtures of unprecedented acidity for this class of reagents.  相似文献

Selective crystallization of sulfate with a simple bis‐guanidinium ligand, self‐assembled in situ from terephthalaldehyde and aminoguanidinium chloride, was employed as an effective way to separate the highly hydrophilic sulfate anion from aqueous solutions. The resulting bis‐iminoguanidinium sulfate salt has exceptionally low aqueous solubility (Ksp=2.4×10?10), comparable to that of BaSO4. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis showed the sulfate anions are sequestered as [(SO4)2(H2O)4]4? clusters within the crystals. Variable‐temperature solubility measurements indicated the sulfate crystallization is slightly endothermic (ΔHcryst=3.7 kJ mol?1), thus entropy driven. The real‐world utility of this crystallization‐based approach for sulfate separation was demonstrated by removing up to 99 % of sulfate from seawater in a single step.  相似文献

α,α′,α″,α′″-meso-Tetrahexyltetramethyl-calix[4]pyrrole is easily obtained as a single diastereomer in a one-pot reaction. It exhibits enhanced solubility in organic solvents, including aliphatic solvents, relative to its parent meso-octamethylcalix[4]pyrrole (1). Somewhat surprisingly, the tetrahexyl derivative 2 complexes with tributylmethylammonium chloride in chloroform more strongly than does 1 as shown by NMR titrations. However, 1 and 2 exhibit comparable complexation strength in extraction experiments, the difference between the NMR and extraction results being attributed to the effect of organic-phase water in the extraction systems. Mass-action analysis indicates the formation of the predominant complex TBMA+(1 or 2)Cl? in both NMR and extraction systems, and equilibrium constants are reported. x-Ray crystal structures were obtained for the free ligand 2 and its complex with tetramethylammonium chloride. The free ligand crystallises in the 1,3-alt conformation with equatorial hexyl arms. In the chloride complex with 2 in its cone conformation, the hexyl arms adopt an axial orientation, enveloping the anion. DFT calculations show this binding conformation to be the most stable, mostly owing to destabilising steric interactions involving the pyrrole C–H and alkyl C–H groups positioned equatorially.  相似文献

A series of 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues in which 1,2,3-triazol-4-yl-β-d-ribofuranosyl fragments are attached via polymethylene linkers to both nitrogen atoms of the heterocycle moiety (uracil, 6-methyluracil, thymine, quinazoline-2,4-dione, alloxazine) or to the C-5 and N-3 atoms of the 6-methyluracil moiety was synthesized. All compounds synthesized were evaluated for antiviral activity against influenza virus A/PR/8/34/(H1N1) and coxsackievirus B3. Antiviral assays revealed three compounds, 2i, 5i, 11c, which showed moderate activity against influenza virus A H1N1 with IC50 values of 57.5 µM, 24.3 µM, and 29.2 µM, respectively. In the first two nucleoside analogues, 1,2,3-triazol-4-yl-β-d-ribofuranosyl fragments are attached via butylene linkers to N-1 and N-3 atoms of the heterocycle moiety (6-methyluracil and alloxazine, respectively). In nucleoside analogue 11c, two 1,2,3-triazol-4-yl-2′,3′,5′-tri-O-acetyl-β-d-ribofuranose fragments are attached via propylene linkers to the C-5 and N-3 atoms of the 6-methyluracil moiety. Almost all synthesized 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues showed no antiviral activity against the coxsackie B3 virus. Two exceptions are 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogs 2f and 5f, in which 1,2,3-triazol-4-yl-2′,3′,5′-tri-O-acetyl-β-d-ribofuranose fragments are attached to the C-5 and N-3 atoms of the heterocycle moiety (6-methyluracil and alloxazine respectively). These compounds exhibited high antiviral potency against the coxsackie B3 virus with IC50 values of 12.4 and 11.3 µM, respectively, although both were inactive against influenza virus A H1N1. According to theoretical calculations, the antiviral activity of the 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues 2i, 5i, and 11c against the H1N1 (A/PR/8/34) influenza virus can be explained by their influence on the functioning of the polymerase acidic protein (PA) of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp). As to the antiviral activity of nucleoside analogs 2f and 5f against coxsackievirus B3, it can be explained by their interaction with the coat proteins VP1 and VP2.  相似文献
