This paper completes the enumeration of quasi-symmetric 2-(64,24,46) designs supported by the dual code C of the binary linear code C spanned by the lines of AG(3,4), initiated in Rodrigues and Tonchev (2015). It is shown that C supports exactly 30,264 nonisomorphic quasi-symmetric 2-(64,24,46) designs. The automorphism groups of the related strongly regular graphs are computed.  相似文献

A study is made of the motion of a viscous incompressible liquid in a gap between a cylinder of finite length and a jacket that contains it. The motion is due to small torsional vibrations of the jacket, whereas the complete system rotates uniformly around the common symmetry axis. The equation is linearized under the assumption that the Rossby number is small. Three problems are considered: the one-dimensional problem of vibrational motion in the cylindrical gap, the self-similar problem for the flow in the end interdisk gaps, and the two-dimensional problem that describes the flow in the corner region. It is established that the superposition of the general rotation makes the damping properties of the liquid layers between the jacket and the ends of the cylinder much less good. The axially symmetric motion of a gas in a volume confined between an external immobile surface of rotation and a coaxial surface of a rotating sphere is considered. A solution is obtained by the moment method based on the Boltzmann equation with a collision integral of Maxwellian molecules. The gas-velocity distribution and an expression for the friction torque exerted on the sphere are obtained for arbitrary Knudsen numbers and for an arbitrary shape of the outer surface. The proportionality of the gas slip velocity over the surface of the sphere to the friction strain is shown. The friction torque is investigated for specific shapes of the outer surface. The motion of a gas filling the space between concentric spheres, each of which rotates about an arbitrary axis, is treated. The stability of the steady self-similar flow in the boundary layer on a rotating disk of infinite radius with corotation of the surrounding fluid is analyzed by the normal mode method. The spectral problem for infinitesimal three-dimensional disturbances is solved by a collocation method with expansion of the amplitude functions in Chebyshev polynomials. It is established that for all values of the parameter 0, equal to the ratio of the angular velocities of the fluid and the disk, the lower critical Reynolds number is determined byA-type, waves, whose development is governed by the parallel instability mechanism typical of an Ekman layer. TheB-type instability, associated with the presence of an inflection point on the velocity profile, disappears when 4. The neutral surfaces are calculated for Karman flow (=0) and Bödewadt flow (). It is found that in Karman flowA-type waves may grow at values of the Reynolds number several times smaller than the critical Reynolds number for spiral vortices. This communication considers the steady converging/diverging flow of a non-Newtonian viscous power-law fluid in a round cone. The motion is driven by a sink/source of mass at the origin. It is shown that the problem permits exact similarity solution for a particular value (n=4/3) of the fluid index. In this case a complete set of governing equations can be reduced to an ordinary differential equation, which is solved numerically for different values of the main non-dimensional parameters (the cone angle and the dimensionless sink/source intensity).  相似文献

The electric current formation in aircraft jet engine ducts and the electric current flowing into the gas dynamic wake behind a heated blade have been simulated experimentally. Two models were used in the experiments: a cylindrical metal channel through which a high-temperature gas flows and a metal blade (from a blade engine) in a high-temperature jet. The working medium was created in a gas-burning apparatus in which a propane jet was diffusively burned in a wake air flow. The dependence of the electric engine current on the air flow rate in the wake is given. The results obtained are qualitatively explained.  相似文献

The sloshing problem is considered in a half-space covered by a rigid dock with apertures. The dependence of the fundamental sloshing frequency on the shape of the free surface region is studied. It is proved that the inequality holds between the fundamental eigenvalues corresponding to two different regions if some conditions are fulfilled. These conditions are verified for particular classes of regions of a fixed area in order to demonstrate that the disk yields the maximum of the fundamental eigenvalue for each of these classes. On the other hand, examples of regions are constructed for which the fundamental eigenfrequency is larger than that for the circular aperture of the same area and even as large as one wishes. A mechanism of energy transfer from highly excited triplet aromatic molecules has been developed, which involves a stage of formation of an exciplex between a highly excited energy-donor molecule and an unexcited energy-acceptor molecule. Interpretation of the experimental data on the shape and the intensity of triplet-triplet absorption bands and the energy transfer probability is presented. In this interpretation, the results of quantum-chemical calculations of the energies of highly excited triplet states of toluene and benzene molecules are used.  相似文献
