A new ultrasonic actuator based on a bending-type Langevin piezoelectric transducer has been developed. An actuator consists of a half-wavelength Langevin transducer and an aluminum plate that is mounted in the middle of the transducer. The driving tip is located at the bottom of the aluminum plate. Piezoceramic rings with opposite polarity within each half of the ring are divided into two groups. Two harmonic signals with shifted phases by π/2 are used to excite the first bending mode of the Langevin transducer and aluminum plate. Elliptical trajectory of the contact point motion is obtained by combining these two bending modes. Numerical modelling was carried out to analyze harmonic response of the actuator and to investigate the trajectories of the contact point motion. Optimization of the aluminum plate design was performed to maximize the parameters of elliptical motion of the driving tip. A prototype actuator was fabricated, and output characteristics were measured. The results of numerical and experimental study are discussed.  相似文献

The effect of the temperature (of the substrate and the solution) during film deposition on spin coating process of sol-gel films is discussed. The increase of substrate temperature as well as coating solution liquid temperature leads to formation of thicker films with higher porosity. The temperature dependence of films thickness is mainly determined by the change of solvent vapour pressure with consideration for the change of liquid viscosity.  相似文献

The corrected cross section of the e + e → π+π process measured in the spherical neutral detector experiment at the VEPP-2M e + e collider is presented. It is shown that anomalous temperature dependences of intensities of spin-forbidden d-d transitions, observed in octahedral magnetically-ordering complexes in a paramagnetic phase and in particular in hexagonal RbMnCl3, investigated by the authors, can be accounted for by a pair-vibrational mechanism, which represents two simultaneous events: breaking of selection rules for spin during pair absorption by exchange coupled ions and breaking of those for parity during an ordinary electronic transition in one of the ions of the pair due to excitation of odd-parity vibrations.  相似文献

The process e(+)e(-)-->mu(+)mu(-) has been studied by the SND detector at the VEPP-2M e(+)e(-) collider in the phi(1020)-resonance energy region. The measured effective phi meson leptonic branching ratio B(phi-->l(+)l(-)) identical with square root of B(phi-->e(+)e(-))B(phi-->mu(+)mu(-))] = (2.89 +/- 0.10 +/- 0.06) x 10(-4) agrees well with the Particle Data Group value B(phi-->e(+)e(-)) = (2.91 +/- 0.07) x 10(-4), confirming mu-e universality. Without additional assumption of mu-e universality the branching ratio B(phi-->mu(+)mu(-)) = (2.87 +/- 0.20 +/- 0.14) x 10(-4) was obtained.  相似文献

The effect of swelling on the shear modulus was studied for hydrogels prepared by radical polymerization of methacrylate-terminated poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) bis-macromonomers of different molecular weight. Gels made of long chains (M = 12000 or 6000) display classical softening upon swelling, whereas gels made of shorter chains (M = 4000 or 2000) remain rigid or even stiffen. The abnormal behaviour is explained by a specific character of network junctions presented by polymethacrylate chains in which each unit is linked with a PEO network chain. It is assumed that the interactions among densely grafted PEO chains result in their stretching on polymerization and non-affine deformation on swelling, which stiffen the gel. This is verified by the data on copolymer (macromonomers - 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) gels that have lesser densities of PEO chains attached to the junctions and show weaker stiffening on swelling. The osmotic pressure of gels was estimated from the swelling pressure and shear modulus. Similar to the mixing pressure of equivalent PEO solutions, it varies as the 9/4 power of polymer concentration. At the same time, it is lower than the mixing pressure. This indicates that the junctions make only quantitative changes in the osmotic properties of macromonomer chains.  相似文献
