The dynamic structure of styrene has been studied with the goal of obtaining detailed information on the internal rotation parameters. A potential energy surface has been constructed for the rotation of the vinyl group about the single bond in terms of the second-order Møller–Plesset perturbation theory with aug-cc-pvtz basis functions, and conformational dependences of n J HH have been calculated at the FPT DFT (B3LYP) level of theory with basis functions of the same type. The vibration-averaged coupling constants have been compared with the experimental values reliably determined in this work. A high efficiency of the proposed dynamic model for structural studies of organic molecules with ultrafast internal rotation dynamics has been demonstrated. 相似文献

The effect of microwave pre-treatment (MwP) on anaerobic digestion of sewage sludge was studied by means of thermal analysis and evolved gas analysis. The effect of the pre-treatment at low energy input (<1000 kJ L?1) on sludge solubilisation was studied with the aid of response surface methodology. The pre-treatment process was subsequently studied at energies of 488–2700 kJ L?1 to evaluate the improvement in biogas production under mesophilic conditions. Organic matter modifications were studied using a Setaram TGA92 analyser at atmospheric pressure coupled to an MSC200 quadrupole mass spectrometer from Balzers. Particle size analysis was carried out using a Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyser LS 13 320 Beckmann Coulter for evaluating the effect of MwP on sludge particles. Results showed an increase in organic matter solubilisation with the increase in the energy applied. Modifications in the specific surface area of the organic matter due to the MwP resulted in increments in methane yields. However, an accumulation of complex compounds was observed in thermal profiles at the maximum energy input (2700 kJ L?1). Semi-continuous digestion experiments were evaluated using as substrate pre-treated sludge at the optimum energy value (975 kJ L?1). Results showed a significant increase in methane yield (43 %) when evaluating the process at hydraulic retention times (HRTs) of 25–10 days. 相似文献

The glassy compositions of Ge 16 Se 52 Te 32?x Sb x system, obtained using rapid melt quenching technique, have been characterized by calorimetric study at different heating rates in this study. A systematic investigation of the crystallization kinetics is carried out for these compositions. Composition corresponding to atomic % 8 of Sb has good thermal stability. The material exhibits the unique thermal properties, which makes it suitable to use for electrical or memory switching devices. This paper considers the evaluation of the biosafety of cyanoacrylate adhesive in vitro on human multipotent mesenchymal stem cells. This adhesive is intended for medical use, in particular, for X-ray and endovascular interventions. A toxicity study was carried out in a culture of multipotent mesenchymal stem cells isolated from human subcutaneous fat. Russian and foreign standards for the techniques for the determination of the heat resistance of polymer materials are analyzed and the incorrectness of their use for polymer construction materials is shown. The determination of the heat resistance by the low-frequency dynamic mechanical method based on the temperature derivative extrema of the dynamic modulus of elasticity and the dynamic loss modulus under the transition of polymer matrices from the glassy to the highly elastic state is experimentally substantiated for multicomponent polymer compositions with dispersed or fibrous fillers. 相似文献
