Planar phase shifters fabricated based on ferrite-ferroelectric layered structures are studied experimentally. The structures
served as waveguides for spin-electromagnetic waves, whose phase shift was controlled by both electric and magnetic fields.
The measurements were performed in the magnetic field range from 900 to 2100 Oe, which corresponds to operating frequencies
from 4.0 to 8.5 GHz, with 5- to 20-μm-thick yttrium-iron garnet ferrite films and 200- to 500-μm-thick barium-strontium titanate
ferroelectric plates. It is shown that the phase shift may exceed 180° and is a function of the magnetic and electric fields
and also of the thickness of the ferrite and ferroelectric layers. 相似文献

The synthesis of a phosphoramidite reagent for 5′-modification of oligonucleotides by introducing an arylacetylene residue
has been described. Using the reaction with 3-(perylen-3-yl)propyl azide as an example, it was shown that the acetylene derivatives
of oligonucleotides synthesized using this reagent undergo CuI-catalyzed [3+2] dipolar cycloaddition. Fluorescent conjugates were obtained in high yields and characterized by mass spectra.

The dependence of the microporous structure of activated carbon fibers on the carbonization temperature of hydrate-cellulose fibers was studied by BET, TVFMP, and Horvath and Kawazoe techniques and methods of the nonlocal density functional theory. The surface energy distribution function was obtained, together with the micropore size distribution curves. It was shown that the effective micropore sizes calculated by the TVFMP method are close to the maximum of the distribution function found in terms of the theory of the density functional. 相似文献

Microsized spherical core-shell particles consisting of hydrocarbon cores encapsulated into fluoropolymer shells are obtained
in supercritical carbon dioxide. Paraffins serve as a core material, while the polymer shell is formed from ultradispersed
polytetrafluoroethylene. The morphology and molecular structure in the bulk and on the surface of the particles and the influence
of conditions of particle formation on the shell thickness and the thermal properties of the materials are studied. The materials
are composites comprised of paraffin cores coated with shells of loosened globular fluoropolymer particles with sizes of 0.2–1.7
μm. The shells is built of low- and high-molecular-mass fractions consisting of CF3(CF2)nCF3 molecular chains with different lengths. The shell thickness is governed by preparation conditions, exposure time, and the

We study the interaction between longitudinal-transverse acoustic pulses and a system of paramagnetic impurities with the
effective spin S = 1 in a statically deformed crystal. We show that the dynamics of a pulse propagating at an arbitrary angle
to the static-deformation direction and of the effective spins satisfy the modified reduced Maxwell-Bloch equations and, if
the spectrum of the acoustic pulse overlaps the quantum transitions between spin sublevels, the modified sine-Gordon equation.
These equations generalize the well-known models in the theory of the inverse scattering method and in the theory of self-induced
transparency and also belong to the class of integrable equations. Analyzing soliton solutions shows that the pulse-medium
interaction reveals some qualitatively new features in these models compared with the cases of purely transverse or purely
longitudinal acoustic fields.

Resonant luminescence studies of InAs quantum dots (QDs) embedded in a GaAs matrix grown by molecular beam epitaxy are presented, showing marked differences for modulation-doped and undoped QDs and indicating that the doping leads to different exciton formation and carrier relaxation mechanisms. The pulsating regime produced by the presence of a cylindrical cavity in a stationary inhomogeneous supersonic flow is simulated mathematically. The system of equations for an inviscid thermally nonconducting gas is solved by a numerical method based on a two-step difference scheme of second order of approximation. This method makes it possible to calculate in each time step the complete flow field at once, which makes it possible to follow the development of the nonstationary flow, which in the present case is a pulsating flow. The flow pattern in the pulsating regime is studied in detail. The pressure pulsations in the cavity are due to the alternating passage through it of shock waves and rarefaction waves, and the pulsations are nonlinear. The linear stability of a boundary layer flow with a spanwise-periodic nonuniformity in the velocity profile is investigated.
This flow can be considered as a model of a streaky structure occurring in the boundary layer at a high freestream turbulence
level. It is shown that for a small nonuniformity amplitude symmetric modes similar to Tollmien-Schlichting waves are the
most unstable. At higher nonuniformity amplitudes, antisymmetric modes, qualitatively different from Tollmien-Schlichting
waves and having a larger phase velocity, are the most amplified.

The effect of the nature of the supporting electrolyte in the composition of electrolytic suspensions containing dispersed particles of Fe(III) and Co(II) hydroxides, and of anodic and bipolar anodic-cathodic polarization on features of the formation, composition, and magnetic characteristics of oxide coatings is studied. In all cases, iron and cobalt are incorporated into the coatings and are concentrated predominantly in pores. The pores of the coatings include particles consisting of the reduced metals, presumably surrounded by oxide or hydroxide shells. The electrolyte composition affects the concentration and ratio of the metals in the particles. A correlation is observed between the ferro- or ferrimagnetism of the coatings and the content and ratio of cobalt and iron in the pores. 相似文献
