Sheet metal forming processes often involve complex loading sequences. To improve the prediction of some undesirable phenomena, such as springback, physical behavior models should be considered. This paper investigates springback behavior predicted by advanced elastoplastic hardening models which combine isotropic and kinematic hardening and take strain-path changes into account. A dislocation-based microstructural hardening model formulated from physical observations and the more classical cyclic model of Chaboche have been considered in this work. Numerical implementation was carried out in the ABAQUS software using a return mapping algorithm with a combined backward Euler and semi-analytical integration scheme of the constitutive equations. The capability of each model to reproduce transient hardening phenomena at abrupt strain-path changes has been shown via simulations of sequential rheological tests. A springback analysis of strip drawing tests was performed in order to emphasize the impact of several influential parameters, namely: process, numerical and behavior parameters. The effect of the two hardening models with respect to the process parameters has been specifically highlighted.  相似文献

We prove the convergence in quadratic mean, uniformly on compact time intervals, of the ordinary double integral process obtained by linear interpolation of the odd and even fractional Brownian motions, to the double Stratonovich integral. We investigate higher-order geometric k-splines for template matching on Lie groups. This is motivated by the need to apply diffeomorphic template matching to a series of images, e.g., in longitudinal studies of Computational Anatomy. Our approach formulates Euler-Poincaré theory in higher-order tangent spaces on Lie groups. In particular, we develop the Euler-Poincaré formalism for higher-order variational problems that are invariant under Lie group transformations. The theory is then applied to higher-order template matching and the corresponding curves on the Lie group of transformations are shown to satisfy higher-order Euler-Poincaré equations. The example of SO(3) for template matching on the sphere is presented explicitly. Various cotangent bundle momentum maps emerge naturally that help organize the formulas. We also present Hamiltonian and Hamilton-Ostrogradsky Lie-Poisson formulations of the higher-order Euler-Poincaré theory for applications on the Hamiltonian side.  相似文献

We analyze the transient nonclassical behaviour of a single-mode field whose interaction with an environment is governed by the quantum optical master equation. Our analytic method makes use of the generalized characteristic function of the field state. First, we find a time at which all squeezing effects disappear by decoherence regardless of the initial state of the mode. In the case of an input even coherent state, an unusual modification of higher-order squeezing at low values of thermal mean occupancy transferred to the field is found and discussed. For the same initial state, we also perform a comprehensive analysis of the mixing process during the interaction with the reservoir. We prove that a maximum in the evolution of the 2-entropy of the attenuated mode exists on condition that its initial mean photon number exceeds the mean occupancy of the reservoir. This transient mixing enhancement can be considered as a quantum effect of the initial state on the mode damping. Received 22 April 1999 and Received in final form 2 November 1999  相似文献

The homogeneous-inhomogeneous transitions of a two-dimensional electron gas in a strong perpendicular magnetic field are studied in the particular case when half of the states in a spin splitted Landau level are occupied. To this end the dielectric susceptibility in the homogeneous states as well as the free energy in the modulated states are calculated. Unless theg factor dos not exceed a certain value the charge-density waves are stable in an interval of finite temperatures.  相似文献

In this label-free surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) study of genomic DNA, we demonstrate that the cancer-specific DNA methylation pattern translates into specific spectral differences. Thus, DNA extracted from an acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell line presented a decreased intensity of the 1005 cm−1 band of 5-methylcytosine compared to normal DNA, in line with the well-described hypomethylation of cancer DNA. The unique methylation pattern of cancer DNA also influences the DNA adsorption geometry, resulting in higher adenine SERS intensities for cancer DNA. The possibility of detecting cancer DNA based on its SERS spectrum was validated on peripheral blood genomic DNA samples from n = 17 AML patients and n = 17 control samples, yielding an overall classification of 82% based on the 1005 cm−1 band of 5-methylcytosine. By demonstrating the potential of SERS in assessing the methylation status in the case of real-life DNA samples, the study paves the way for novel methods of diagnosing cancer.

Saponins are an important group of secondary metabolites naturally occurring in plants with important properties like: antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal. Moreover, they are widely used in the cosmetic industry and household chemistry. The sapogenins are saponin hydrolyses products, frequently used to facilitate saponin detection. In the present study, an improved methodology for isolation and separation of five sapogenins extracted from nettle (Urtica dioica L.), white dead-nettle (Lamium album L.), common soapwort (Saponaria officinalis L.) and washnut (Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn.) was developed using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography with an evaporative light-scattering detector (UHPLC-ELSD). Based on quantitative analysis, the highest content of hederagenin (999.1 ± 6.3 µg/g) and oleanolic acid (386.5 ± 27.7 µg/g) was found in washnut extracts. Good recoveries (71% ± 6 up to 99% ± 8) were achieved for four investigated targets, while just 22.2% ± 0.5 was obtained for the fifth one. Moreover, hederagenin and oleanolic acid of whose highest amount was detected in washnut (999.1 ± 6.3 µg/g and 386.5 ± 27.7 µg/g, respectively) were subject to another approach. Consequently, liquid chromatography coupled mass spectrometry (LC/MS) with multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) was used as an additional technique for fast and simultaneous identification of the mentioned targets.  相似文献
