A green and highly efficient method for the synthesis of polyfunctionalized indoline‐spiro fused pyran derivatives has been established. This reaction was conducted by reacting readily available and inexpensive starting materials, such as isatins, cyclic‐1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds, and malononitrile in aqueous media without any catalysts under microwave irradiation. The present green synthesis shows fascinating properties such as the use of water as the reaction solution, concise one‐pot conditions, short reaction periods (8–14 min), and easy purifications. The synthesis could also set a good example to GAP (Group‐Assistant‐Purification) chemistry in which purification via chromatography can be avoided and the pure products can be easily acquired only by washing the crude products with 95% EtOH.  相似文献

A new and efficient access to (Z)‐N‐(2‐argio‐1‐(1H‐perimidin‐2‐yl)vinyl)benzamide derivatives from readily available substrates in HOAc is described with aid of microwave irradiation. The results of our study provide a simple, straightforward synthetic route to these interesting classes of 2‐substituted perimidines analogs in excellent yields.  相似文献

A facile one-pot synthesis of 5-(trifluoromethyl)-4,7-dihydrotetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives is described via a three-component reaction of aldehydes with 5-aminotetrazole and ethyl 4,4,4-trifluoro-3-oxobutanoate or 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-phenylbutane-1,3-dione in ionic liquid. This method has the advantages of short synthetic route, operational simplicities, good yields, ecofriendliness, and recyclability of the solvent.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and general method has been developed for the synthesis of coumarin derivatives through a one‐pot reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione and 5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione, in the presence of TEBA under solvent‐free conditions using grinding methods. The mild reaction conditions, simple protocol, high yields, and cleaner reaction make this protocol practical and economically attractive.  相似文献

An efficient and facile synthesis of 4,6-diarylpyrimidin-2(1H)-one via a Biginelli-like reaction of aromatic aldehydes, aromatic ketones, and urea in the presence of NaOH under solvent-free conditions using a heating method has been developed. ABSTRACT

In this work, a simple, sensitive and rapid method for the determination of trace amounts of catechol (CT) in aqueous media has been suggested. For this purpose, poly(1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol) film was electrochemically deposited successfully at the gold electrode (Au/T3T). The electrochemical behaviour of CT was studied on the Au/T3T electrode by the cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry techniques. The anodic peak current value and the concentration of CT showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.015–2.8 µM. The limit of detection was found as 1.88 nM (S/N = 3). Besides, the reproducibility, repeatability, stability and interference measurements were also assayed. This sensor was applied successfully for the detection of CT in synthetic and real samples.  相似文献

A chelating matrix prepared by immobilising folic acid on silica gel-bound amine phase was used as a new solid-phase extractant. This sorbent has been developed only for preconcentration of trace Pb(II) prior to determination by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Experimental conditions were investigated by batch and column procedures. The optimum pH value for the separation of Pb(II) on the new sorbent was 4.0. The adsorbed Pb(II) was quantitatively eluted by 2.0?cm3 of 0.5?mol?dm?3 of HCl. Common coexisting ions did not interfere with the separation and determination of Pb(II). The maximum static adsorption capacity of the sorbent under optimum conditions was found to be 69.23?mg?g?1 for Pb(II). The detection limit of the method defined by International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry was 0.28?ng?cm?3. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was lower than 2.0% (n?=?8). The developed method has been validated by analysing certified reference materials and successfully applied to the determination of Pb(II) in water samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)方法研究了系列含绿色荧光蛋白发色团双自由基分子光学异构体的几何结构、极化率(αs)和第一超极化率(βtot).结果表明,引入电子给受体取代基使分子的极化率增大,而对第一超极化率有不同影响.对于光照前的反式结构,引入电子受体βtot值增加,且βtot值随取代基吸电子能力的增强而增大;引入电子给体βtot值降低,且βtot值随取代基给电子能力的增强而减小.当分子变成相应的顺式结构时,其βtot值变化趋势与反式结构的结果正好相反.光异构化前后分子的βtot值变化不同,引入电子受体使顺式结构的βtot值比反式结构的小,其中―NO2使顺式结构的βtot值减小为反式结构的1/6;引入电子给体使反式结构的βtot值比顺式结构的小,其中―NH2使反式结构的βtot值减小为顺式结构的1/6.从而,光异构化起到调节非线性光学(NLO)响应的作用.  相似文献

Concise and efficient base-promoted domino formal (3+3) cycloaddition has been established for the formation of tetracyclic indolo[2,3-b]quinoline derivatives under microwave heating. The present methodology shows attractive properties, such as the maximum efficiency of a process, short reaction periods, and operational simplicity, and it can avoid time-consuming and costly syntheses, tedious work-up and isolation of intermediate. This chemistry provides a facile and promising synthetic strategy to construction of tetracyclic indolo[2,3-b]quinoline skeleton.  相似文献

Polyrhachis dives is consumed as an insect food in some regions of China. In this study, new dopamine derivatives, (+)-polyrhadopamine A (1a) and (−)-polyrhadopamine A (1b), (+)-polyrhadopamine B (2a) and (−)-polyrhadopamine B (2b), and polyrhadopamines C–E (35), were isolated from this species. The structures and stereochemistry of these substances were assigned by using spectroscopic and computational methods. Compounds 1a, 1b, 2a, and 2b are dimeric N-acetyldopamine derivatives, 3 is a dopamine analog containing an unusual sulfone group, and 4 and 5 possess a rare benzo[d]thiazole moiety. The functions of these substances as ROCK1/2 inhibitors, neural stem cell (NSCs) proliferation stimulators, immunosuppressive, and anti-inflammatory agents were determined.  相似文献
