A larger quantity of a β-keto ester that is 1.5–1.7 equiv more than the base (t-BuOK, NaH) was found to be essential in securing sufficient yields of the products in the palladium-catalyzed allylic substitution of the monoacetate of 4-cyclopentene-1,3-diol with β-keto esters. This requirement also works well for substitutions with the TBS ether of the monoacetate and the monoacetate of 2-cyclohexene-1,4-diol. We report a cyclic sample pooling technique devised in two‐dimensional liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC‐ESI‐MS) shotgun proteomics that renders deeper proteome coverage; we combined low pH reversed‐phase (RP) LC in trifluoroacetic acid in the first dimension, followed by cyclic sample pooling of the eluate and low‐pH RP‐LC in formic acid in the second dimension. Conditions for the synthesis of aluminum organophosphonate (AOP) and aluminophosphate (AlPO) spheres containing periodic mesopores were optimized and demonstrated to be general morphological controls for the surfactant‐assisted synthesis of mesoporous materials. High‐quality AOP and AlPO spheres with uniform mesopores were obtained at low and high temperatures, respectively. The aerosol‐assisted synthesis of materials with uniform mesopores was categorized by using the difference in relative density of soluble AOP and AlPO oligomers that interact with ethylene oxide (EO) units in EOnPOmEOn triblock copolymer (PO=propylene oxide). Then, ordered mesoporous structures are constructed with the adequate amount of species in resultant frameworks, and the number of interactive points in soluble species determines the resultant density of the frameworks after self‐assembly. Consequently, temperature‐dependent synthesis, which allows controlled infiltration of soluble species to match the density of resultant frameworks, is required for the formation of ordered mesoporous structures under morphological control. 相似文献

A new catalytic method for separating enantiomers of racemic compounds is proposed. Catalytic asymmetric addition of racemic trans-2-substituted cyclohexanols to imines provided diastereomeric mixtures of aminals, and the subsequent separation of the enantiomers by silica-gel column chromatography and the hydrolysis of the aminals produced the alcohols in an optically active form. 相似文献

Anthracene readily forms photoadducts, anthracene dimers, and this photodimerization reaction has been well characterized. In general, however, the reaction requires close proximity and certain spatial alignment of both reaction partners. DNA could provide an ideal scaffold for accelerating the photocyclic addition. We synthesized a number of anthracene-DNA conjugates. The sequences of the conjugates, 5'AntODNn and 3'AntODNn (the length of methylene linkers: n = 3 or 6), were designed to bind adjacent sequences of the template with the anthracene units directed such that they stacked with each other. The conjugates were only dimerized in the presence of the template by light irradiation. The efficiency was affected by one-base displacement in the template sequence. 相似文献

Previously, O-selective phosphorylation on polymer supports in the N-unprotected phosphoramidite method could not be carried out because the amino groups of dA and dC have high reactivity toward tervalent phosphorus(III)-type phosphitylating reagents. In this paper, we developed a new coupling strategy named the "activated phosphite method" in which the phosphitylation is mediated by phosphite triester intermediates 1. Application of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole as the promoter to the solid-phase synthesis resulted in excellent O-selectivity of more than 99.7%. This O-selectivity was explained by the frontier molecular orbital interactions between the reactive intermediates and the nucleophiles such as the amino or hydroxyl groups of nucleosides. Furthermore, longer oligonucleotides were synthesized not only by a manual operation but also by a DNA synthesizer. The utility of our new method was demonstrated by the successful synthesis of a base-labile modified oligodeoxyribonucleotide having 4-N-acetyldeoxycytidine residues. Finally, DNA 20-mers containing dA or dC could be synthesized in good yields by use of a combined reagent of 6-trifluoromethyl-1-hydroxybenzotriazole and benzimidazolium triflate. 相似文献

Two novel palladium(0)-catalyzed cyclizations of allenenes are described. Treatment of allenenes such as N-(1-alkyl-2,3-butadienyl)-N-allylsulfonamide with an aryl halide and K(2)CO(3) in the presence of a catalytic amount of Pd(PPh(3))(4) in dioxane affords 2,3-cis-pyrrolidines in a stereoselective manner. In sharp contrast, cyclization of the same allenenes using catalytic Pd(2)(dba)(3) x CHCl(3) in the presence of allyl methyl carbonate in CH(3)CN leads to stereoselective formation of a 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane framework in moderate yields. 相似文献
