Cell refractive index tomography by digital holographic microscopy   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
For what we believe to be the first time, digital holographic microscopy is applied to perform optical diffraction tomography of a pollen grain. Transmission phase images with nanometric axial accuracy are numerically reconstructed from holograms acquired for different orientations of the rotating sample; then the three-dimensional refractive index spatial distribution is computed by inverse radon transform. A precision of 0.01 for the refractive index estimation and a spatial resolution in the micrometer range are demonstrated.  相似文献

Iron–nickel spinel oxide NiFe2O4 nanoparticles have been prepared by the combination of chemical precipitation and subsequent mechanical milling. For comparison, their analogue obtained by thermal synthesis is also studied. Phase composition and structural properties of iron–nickel oxides are investigated by X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy. Their catalytic behavior in methanol decomposition to CO and methane is tested. An influence of the preparation method on the reduction and catalytic properties of iron–nickel samples is established.  相似文献

Non polar ZnO and (Zn, Co)O layers were successfully grown on (11̄02) sapphire (R-plane sapphire). The growth process was shown to directly influence the surface morphology as well as the strain state in (112̄0) ZnO (A-plane ZnO). The dominant defect lines seen in photoluminescence were due to basal stacking faults as demonstrated by means of selective photoluminescence and transmission electron microscopy. We present a novel method for growing high quality A-plane ZnO by inserting a (Zn, Co)O thin buffer layer, which strongly reduced the surface roughness. Finally (Zn, Mg)O/ZnO quantum well structures were grown on such a buffer layer. These quantum wells exhibited no intrinsic quantum confined Stark effect. We consider a billiard in the plane with periodic configuration of convex scatterers. This system is recurrent, in the sense that almost every orbit comes back arbitrarily close to the initial point. In this paper we study the time needed to get back in an ε-ball about the initial point, in the phase space and also for the position, in the limit when ε → 0. We establish the existence of an almost sure convergence rate, and prove a convergence in distribution for the rescaled return times.  相似文献

We describe the electronic conductivity, as a function of the Fermi energy, in the Bernal bilayer graphene (BLG) in presence of a random distribution of vacancies that simulate resonant adsorbates. We compare it to monolayer (MLG) with the same defect concentrations. These transport properties are related to the values of fundamental length scales such as the elastic mean free path L e , the localization length ξ and the inelastic mean free path L i . Usually the later, which reflect the effect of inelastic scattering by phonons, strongly depends on temperature T. In BLG an additional characteristic distance l 1 exists which is the typical traveling distance between two interlayer hopping events. We find that when the concentration of defects is smaller than 1%–2%, one has l 1L e ? ξ and the BLG has transport properties that differ from those of the MLG independently of L i (T). Whereas for larger concentration of defects L e <l 1 ? ξ, and depending on L i (T), the transport in the BLG can be equivalent (or not) to that of two decoupled MLG. We compare two tight-binding model Hamiltonians with and without hopping beyond the nearest neighbors.  相似文献
