We use the ab initio multiple spawning method with potential energy surfaces and nonadiabatic coupling vectors computed from multistate multireference perturbation theory (MSPT2) to follow the dynamics of ethylene after photoexcitation. We introduce an analytic formulation for the nonadiabatic coupling vector in the context of MSPT2 calculations. We explicitly include the low-lying 3s Rydberg state which has been neglected in previous ab initio molecular dynamics studies of this process. We find that although the 3s Rydberg state lies below the optically bright ππ* state, little population gets trapped on this state. Instead, the 3s Rydberg state is largely a spectator in the photodynamics, with little effect on the quenching mechanism or excited state lifetime. We predict the time-resolved photoelectron spectrum for ethylene and point out the signature of Rydberg state involvement that should be easily observed. 相似文献

An enantioselective intramolecular [2+2+2] cycloaddition of 2-aminophenol-tethered triynes and diyne-nitriles proceeded using the chiral Rh catalysts, and tripodal cyclophanes and pyridinophanes with a long ansa chain (up to [16]pyridinophane) were obtained in acceptable yield with high to almost perfect ee. In the reaction of triynes, we elucidated that the oxygen atom at the alkyne terminus is essential for the excellent enantioselectivity. For the construction of cage-type molecule, the choice of rigid tether, which connects 1,6-diyne moiety with a side carbon chain having alkyne or cyano group on its terminus, was important, and 8-amino-2-naphthol moiety was also a preferable tether. 相似文献

Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry was applied to the analysis of regiospecifically disubstituted beta-cyclodextrins. Each disubstituted regioisomer showed unique fragmentation, distinguishing each of them unambiguously. The MeOH extract of the fruits of Bupleurum rotundifolium showed inhibitory activity against human gastric adenocarcinoma (MK-1) cell growth. Bioactivity-guided fractionation of the MeOH extract led to the isolation of four new triglycosides of 13beta,28-epoxy oleanane-type triterpenes, named rotundiosides O, Q, S and T; 12 new glycosides of oleanane-type triterpenes, named rotundiosides J-N, P, R, U-Y, and others; echinocystic acid 3-O-sulfate; and three known oleanane-type triterpene glycosides, rotundiosides A, F and G. The structures of the new isolates were determined based on chemical and spectroscopic evidence. The GI(50) of isolates against MK-1, HeLa and B16F10 cell lines are reported. 相似文献

Highly complex protein mixtures can be analyzed after proteolysis using liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS). In an LC/MS run, intense peptide ions originating from high-abundance proteins are preferentially analyzed using tandem mass spectrometry (MS(2)), so obtaining the MS(2) spectra of peptide ions from low-abundance proteins is difficult even if such ions are detected. Furthermore, the MS(2) spectra may produce insufficient information to identify the peptides or proteins. To solve these problems, we have developed a real-time optimization technique for MS(2), called the Information-Based-Acquisition (IBA) system. In a preliminary LC/MS run, a few of the most intense ions detected in every MS spectrum are selected as precursors for MS(2) and their masses, charge states and retention times are automatically registered in an internal database. In the next run, a sample similar to that used in the first run is analyzed using database searching. Then, the ions registered in the database are excluded from the precursor ion selection to avoid duplicate MS(2) analyses. Furthermore, real-time de novo sequencing is performed just after obtaining the MS(2) spectrum, and an MS(3) spectrum is obtained for accurate peptide identification when the number of interpreted amino acids in the MS(2) spectrum is less than five. We applied the IBA system to a yeast cell lysate which is a typical crude sample, using a nanoLC/ion-trap time-of flight (IT/TOF) mass spectrometer, repeating the same LC/MS run five times. The obtained MS(2) and MS(3) spectra were analyzed by applying the Mascot (Matrix Science, Boston, MA, USA) search engine to identify proteins from the sequence database. The total number of identified proteins in five LC/MS runs was three times higher than that in the first run and the ion scores for peptide identification also significantly increased, by about 70%, when the MS(3) spectra were used, combined with the MS(2) spectra, before being subjected to Mascot analysis. 相似文献

1-Chlorocyclopropyl p-tolyl sulfoxides bearing an alkoxymethyl group at the 2-position were easily prepared from α,β-unsaturated esters with dichloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide and alkylhalides in three steps in good overall yields. Treatment of the 1-chlorocyclopropyl p-tolyl sulfoxides with i-PrMgCl resulted in the formation of 3-oxabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes in up to 89% yield as a single diastereomer via the 1,5-CH insertion reaction of the generated cyclopropylmagnesium carbenoid intermediates. This procedure provides a good way for the synthesis of 3-oxabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes from α,β-unsaturated esters in only four steps. 3-Aza- and 3-thiabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes were also obtained from the corresponding precursors via the 1,5-CH insertion reaction of the cyclopropylmagnesium carbenoid intermediates, though the yields were low to moderate. 相似文献

The thermally induced cationic polymerizations of 1,6-anhydro-β-D -glucopyranose ( 1a ), 1,6-anhydro-β-D -mannopyranose ( 1b ) and 1,6-anhydro-β-D -galactopyranose ( 1c ) as a latent cyclic AB4-type monomer were carried out using (S-2-butenyl)tetramethylenesulfonium hexafluoroantimonate ( 2 ) as an initiator. The solution polymerization in propylene carbonate proceeded without gelation to produce the water-soluble hyperbranched polysaccharides ( 3a-c ) with controlled molecular weights and narrow polydispersities. The degree of branching (DB), estimated by the methylation analysis of 3a-c , was in the range of 0.38 – 0.49. The thermally induced cationic polymerization of 1a-c using 2 is a facile method leading to a hyperbranched polysaccharide with a high DB value. 相似文献
