Maximum entropy methods are used for reconstructing the distribution of energy in wave vector space from frequency spectra observed on board satellites. The reconstruction scheme is based on a modified entropy function, and dual principles are used to solve the resulting optimization problem. Our scheme is not limited to reconstructions of wave distribution functions, but it should be useful also for solving other types of underdetermined inverse problems. 相似文献

The responses of the resistance and reactance of Au/(20 nm)La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 film heterostructures to temperature variation and magnetic field (f = 100 kHz) are investigated. At T = 300 K, the capacitance per unit area of the interface between a gold contact and the Au/(20 nm)La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 epitaxial film is found to be about 1 μF/cm2. The maximum value of the negative magnetoreactance (≈60% at μ0 H = 0.4 T) of the heterostructures is almost twice as high as the extremal value of the active magnetoresistance at T ≈ 235 K. The effective depth of magnetic field penetration into the manganite film on the side of the gold contact deposited on its surface is about 3 nm at room temperature. 相似文献

It is shown that the pair breaking parameter of the Maki-Thompson contributions to the fluctuation conductivity above the superconducting transition temperature has the same thickness dependence as the transition temperature depression in very thin amorphous Be-Al films. We report on measurements of the current-voltage characteristics of ultrasmall Josephson junctions. The junctions were made of either Al or Pb alloy, and the leads connecting the junctions to the outside world were high resistance thin film microstrips fabricated on the chip very close to the junction. The high frequency impedance of these leads was sufficiently large to enable the observation in a single Josephson junction of the Coulomb blockade of Cooper pair tunneling, as well as evidence for the time correlation of Cooper pair tunneling (Bloch Oscillations). 相似文献

to the streamlines of the current, periodically switch into the normal state as the superconducting phase difference Δϕ between
the NS boundaries approaches the values Δϕ =(2n+1)π, n=0,1,2,..., irrespective of temperature and applied voltage. For Δϕ =2nπ and low applied voltages the conductance passes through a maximum and approaches the normal value as temperature decreases
(reentrance). As the voltage subsequently increases, the conductance increases and passes through a maximum. As the phase

The structure and dielectric parameters of the intermediate ferroelectric layer in the (001)SrRuO3 ∥ (100)Ba0.75Sr0.25TiO3 ∥ (001)SrRO3 heterostructure grown by laser ablation on (001)La0.294Sr0.706Al0.647Ta0.353O3 were studied. Tensile mechanical stresses accounted for the polar axis in the ferroelectric, being oriented predominantly parallel to the substrate plane. The remanent polarization in the Ba0.75Sr0.25TiO3 layer increased approximately linearly with decreasing temperature in the interval 320–200 K. The real part of the dielectric permittivity of the intermediate ferroelectric layer reached a maximum ?′/?0=4400 at T M≈285 K (f=100 kHz). The narrow peak in the temperature dependence of the dielectric loss tangent for the Ba0.75Sr0.25TiO3 ferroelectric layer, observed for T<T M, shifted toward lower temperatures with decreasing frequency and increasing bias voltage applied to the electrodes. 相似文献
