We present intrinsic tunneling spectroscopy measurements on small Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x mesas. The tunnel conductance curves show both sharp peaks at the superconducting gap voltage and broad humps representing the c-axis pseudogap. The superconducting gap vanishes at Tc, while the pseudogap exists both above and below Tc. Our observation implies that the superconducting and pseudogaps represent different coexisting phenomena.  相似文献

(001)YBa2Cu3O7−δ epitaxial films were prepared by laser ablation on surface. A thin (001)CeO2 or (111)CeO2 buffer layer was deposited between the substrate and the superconductor film to reduce their chemical interaction. In the initial stages of CeO2 buffer formation, its orientation depended strongly on the intensity of cerium ion interaction with oxygen. Epitaxial growth of (001)YBa2Cu3O7−δ films was achieved both on and . The T c temperature of epitaxial (001)YBa2Cu3O7−δ films was within 88–90 K, and the current J c at 77 K was in excess of 106 A/cm−2. Fiz. Tverd. The cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky formalism is applied to the many-faceted spectrum of 16O. The deformation parameters ?, γ and ε4 are varied independently and many-particle-many-hole excitations are considered in the rotating system. Potential-energy surfaces are presented at different values of spin, parity and signature. Surprisingly good agreement is obtained when the different minima are compared with the measured states. Generally, it is observed that the more particles that are excited to higher shells, the larger becomes the intrinsic deformation. Rotational bands as well as pure p-h excitations, the latter sometimes constituting the termination of a rotational band, are identified. Additional high-spin states (I ? 12) are suggested. A microscopic analysis is performed of the rotational bands which emerge when 16O in its triaxial 4p-4h configuration rotates around each of its three principal axes.  相似文献

Cr has a well developed magnetic moment in a Cd host and the superconducting transition temperature, Tc, is strongly depressed. We estimate a spin, S = 1.5 leading to a depression rate - dTcdc = 140 K/at.%. The s-d interaction strength is estimated to 0.5–0.7 eV leading to a Kondo temperature in the milliKelvin range.  相似文献

The development of a fluorescent LCK inhibitor that exhibits favourable solvatochromic properties upon binding the kinase is described. Fluorescent properties were realised through the inclusion of a prodan‐derived fluorophore into the pharmacophore of an ATP‐competitive kinase inhibitor. Fluorescence titration experiments demonstrate the solvatochromic properties of the inhibitor, in which dramatic increase in emission intensity and hypsochromic shift in emission maxima are clearly observed upon binding LCK. Microscopy experiments in cellular contexts together with flow cytometry show that the fluorescence intensity of the inhibitor correlates with the LCK concentration. Furthermore, multiphoton microscopy experiments demonstrate both the rapid cellular uptake of the inhibitor and that the two‐photon cross section of the inhibitor is amenable for excitation at 700 nm.  相似文献

The structure, electrical resistivity, and magnetoresistance of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 heteroepitaxial films (120-nm thick) practically unstrained by lattice mismatch with the substrate were studied. A strong maximum of negative magnetoresistance of ≈27% (for μ0H = 4 T) was observed at T ≈360 K. While the magnetoresistance decreased monotonically in magnitude with decreasing temperature, it was still in excess of 2% at 150 K. For T < 250 K, the temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity ρ of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 films is fitted well by the relation ρ = ρ0 + ρ 1(H)T2.3, where ρ0 = 1.1×10?4 Ω cm, ρ1(H = 0) = 1.8×10?9 Ω cm/K2.3, and ρ10H = 4 T)/ρ1(H = 0) ≈0.96. The temperature dependence of a parameter γ characterizing the extent to which the electrical resistivity of the ferromagnetic phase of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 films is suppressed by a magnetic field (μ 0H = 5 T) was determined.  相似文献

We extend a recent result of A. Jonsson about mutual absolute continuity of twoD s -measures on ans-setFR n to the homogeneous spaces (X, d, μ) of Coifman, Weiss. Here we define Hausdorff measure, Hausdorff dimension,D s -set andd-set relative to the measureμ. Our main result holds for so called (s, d)-sets,ds, and is stronger than Jonssons result even inR n . As applications we interpret this Hausdorff dimension as a relative dimension for very regular sets and show that it in general depends strongly onμ. For this purpose we construct a strictly increasing functionf :RR, whose measure is doubling and concentrated on a set of arbitrary small Hausdorff dimension. The extension off to a quasiconformal map of the half plane onto itself sharpens a classical example of Ahlfors-Beurling.  相似文献

The properties of Be films, quench-condensed upon a3He cooled substrate, have been investigated by resistance and tunneling measurements. The superconducting transition temperature,T c , of Be films increased with thickness and a thick film limit of 9.95 K could be estimated. Alloying with Al or Pb decreasedT c. The ratios between energy gaps andT c 's indicated that Be is a weak coupling superconductor, and no phonon induced structure could be traced in tunneling curves neither in pure Be nor in the Be based alloys. Resistance change during annealing as well as superconducting data indicated that the vapour quenched Be films were amorphous as deposited.  相似文献
