A novel glycopeptide-containing block copolymer, poly[O-(tetra-O-acetyl-β-D -glucopyranosyl)-L -serine]-block-poly(2-methyl-2-oxazoline) ( 5 ), was synthesized by mutual termination of living polymerizations of a sugar-substituted α-amino acid N-carboxyanhydride (NCA) ( 1 ) and 2-methyl-2-oxazoline ( 3 ). 5 was deacetylated to provide the glycopeptide-polyoxazoline block copolymer, poly[O-(β-D -glucopyranosyl)-L -serine]-block-poly(2-methyl-2-oxazoline) ( 6 ).  相似文献

Two novel angular-type furanocoumarin glycosides, peucedanoside A (1) and peucedanoside B (2), along with a known compound apterin (3), were isolated from the roots of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn. Their chemical structures were determined by MS, NMR spectroscopy and chemical analysis. Complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic data were achieved by 1D and 2D NMR experiments including DEPT, HSQC, HMBC and ROESY.  相似文献

A one‐pot synthetic procedure for 2,2′‐disubstituted biaryls was developed via a Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction of aryl triflates in a biphasic solvent system. New muq-opioid receptor (MOR) agonists containing 4-hydroxypiperidine, piperidine and piperazine moieties were synthesized and evaluated to find a peripheral opioid analgesic. Among the synthesized compounds, 12-[1-[3-(N,N-dimethylcarbamoyl)-3,3-diphenylpropyl]-4-hydroxypiperidin-4-yl]phenoxy]acetic acid (8: SS620) having phenoxyacetic acid and 4-hydroxypiperidine moieties showed the highest agonist potency on the MOR in an isolated guinea-pig ileum preparation, and it also had selectivity to the human MOR expressed in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO)-K1 cells compared with the same types of delta- and kappa-opioid receptors (DOR and KOR). In addition, compound 8 showed a 10 times more potent MOR agonist activity than loperamide. Furthermore, compound 8 showed a peripheral analgesic activity in vivo screening on rat.  相似文献

The effect of crystallite size on the thermal phase change and porous properties of boehmite was investigated using boehmites with crystallite sizes of 2.9 to 24.4 nm and boehmite gels prepared by precipitation and hydrothermal methods. The dehydroxylation temperature of boehmite increases, its phase transition temperature from gamma- to theta-Al(2)O(3) decreases and the theta- to alpha-Al(2)O(3) transition temperature increases as the crystallite size of the boehmite increases. Boehmite with a crystallite size of approximately 5 nm shows the highest specific surface area and greatest thermal stability. This boehmite contains pores of about 2-3 nm radius, suggested to be responsible for the superior porous properties and thermal stability.  相似文献

The effects of adsorbed H on the Mo1−xRex(110), x=0, 0.05, 0.15, and 0.25, surfaces have been investigated using low-energy electron diffraction (LEED) and high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (HREELS). For the x=0.15 alloy only, a c(2×2) LEED pattern is observed at a coverage Θ0.25 ML. A (2×2) pattern is observed for H coverages around Θ0.5 ML from surfaces with x=0, 0.05, and 0.15. Both c(2×2) and (2×2) patterns are attributed to reconstruction of the substrate. At higher coverages, a (1×1) pattern is observed. For the alloy surface with x=0.25, only a (1×1) pattern is obtained for all H coverages. Two H vibrations are observed in HREELS spectra for all Re concentrations, which shift to higher energies at intermediate coverages. Both peaks exhibit an isotopic shift, confirming their assignment to hydrogen. For Re concentrations of x=0.15 and higher, a third HREELS peak appears at 50 meV as H (D) coverage approaches saturation. This peak does not shift in energy with isotopic substitution, yet cannot be explained by contamination. The intrinsic width of the loss peaks depends on the Re concentration in the surface region and becomes broader with increasing x. This broadening can be attributed to surface inhomogeneity, but may also reflect increased delocalization of the adsorbed hydrogen atom.  相似文献
