Grown for the first time are KH2PO4 (KDP) crystals with incorporated aluminium oxyhydroxide Al2O3·nH2O nanoparticles (n=3.5–3.6). The influence of the nanoparticles on the structure perfection and the growth kinetics of the crystal faces are studied. The presence of the nanoparticles in the crystal matrix is confirmed by the results of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The most essential inhibiting effect of the nanoparticles is observed for the {100} faces. The mechanism of influence of the nanoparticles on the {100} faces growth is explained on the base of the Cabrera–Vermilyea (C–V) model using Langmuir adsorption isotherm.  相似文献

The physical and technical conditions for reproducible production of nanodispersed yttrium aluminum garnet (Y3Al5O12, YAG) and yttrium oxide (Y2O3) powders by chemical coprecipitation have been investigated. It is established that the obtained YAG nanopowders have enhanced reactivity, which significantly decreases the temperature range of interaction in the Y2O3-Al2O3 system in comparison with ceramic synthesis. It is shown that vacuum heat treatment may lead to reversible transformation of the YAG crystal structure from cubic to tetragonal.  相似文献

The dynamic deformation of glued beams with a thin adhesive interlayer under harmonic loading is studied. The virtual-work principle is used. The system of ordinary differential equations for the amplitudes in the approximations in coordinate functions is derived and solved. The proposed approach allows determining the stresses and strains at an arbitrary point of the beam, especially in the adhesive interlayer. Numerical results are presented  相似文献

A theoretical model of temperature-anomalous diffusion has been developed on the basis of computer calculation results. It has been shown that the behavior of diffusion in underdamped spatially periodic systems is anomalous in a certain force range: the diffusivity increases unlimitedly with a decrease in the temperature. Analytical expressions have been found for the width and position of this range depending on the friction coefficient and other parameters of the system. Scaling dependences of the diffusivity and mobility of particles on the friction coefficient have been obtained.  相似文献

Slow motion of a pipeline modeled by a bent rod in a viscous medium is studied. It is assumed that the displacements of the axial line of the rod are finite and its strains are small. The mutual influence of the tensile axial force and transverse deflections is taken into account. Equations of motion are derived and some numerical examples are considered. An approximate estimate of stresses in the pipeline wall is given.  相似文献

The active damping of the resonant vibrations of a flexible cylindrical panel with rectangular planform and clamped edges is considered. The damping is done with distributed piezoelectric sensors and actuators. It is shown that the amplitude of the resonant vibrations can be substantially decreased by choosing the appropriate feedback factors. The combined effect of geometrical nonlinearity and dissipative properties of the material on the effectiveness of damping is analyzed  相似文献
