Probabilistic and Average Linear Widths of Sobolev Space with Gaussian Measure in L \infty-Norm

Blind Channel Identification Based on Noisy Observation by Stochastic Approximation Method

A stochastic approximation algorithm for estimating multichannel coefficients is proposed, and the estimate is proved to converge to the true parameters a.s. up-to a constant scaling factor. The estimate is updated after receiving each new observation, so the output data need not be collected in advance. The input signal is allowed to be dependent and the observation is allowed to be corrupted by noise, but no noise statistics are used in the estimation algorithm.     

Self-Assembled Multistable Scattering Mode for Versatile Energy-Saving Smart Windows

Smart windows are crucial to dynamic control over light transmission to fulfill various demands in energy saving, privacy, and information display; however, most present technologies still perform a single function (often tint or haze adjustment) and require continuous electricity for operation. In this study, novel self-assembled ionic liquid crystals (ILCs) doped with negative cholesteric liquid crystals (CLCs) to offer electrically switchable and stable scattering-mode light modulators are presented. The novel smectic A phase based on the ILCs exhibits high solubility in the adopted nematics, enhancing the LC device's performance in several ways, including improved homogeneity, stable alignment quality, prolonged stability, and simplified fabrication. The LC device can potentially offer a dynamically rapid switching function between stable transparent (imperfect fingerprint textures) states and stable scattering (focal conic textures with small domains) states by using external stimuli and highly maintained multistable states for prolonged periods, even when the external stimuli are removed. The LC device also offers polarization-independent scattering and transparent-mode LC light modulators, low operating voltage, excellent contrast, and broad viewing angles. Its versatility and outstanding field-off stability make it ideal for various applications such as smart lighting, building climate control, energy-saving displays, and augmented reality (AR) glasses.     

基于偏序关系的Rough集模型及其应用

在标准Rough集理论的指导下,利用偏序关系性质构造了不同分类,并以此为基础探讨了上、下近似集,从而构建了基于偏序关系的Rough集模型。新模型将Rough集理论的应用范围由等价关系扩展到偏序关系。为了更好地增强模型的实用性和灵括性,一方面从程度、精度、概率等角度出发分别对其进行了扩展,另一方面引入依赖度使其适用于研究各种非严格的偏序关系。给出了实例分析,并结合现实生活中的现象阐述了模型的应用价值。

The skew elliptical distributions and their quadratic forms

In this paper, a family of the skew elliptical distributions is defined and investigated. Some basic properties, such as stochastic representation, marginal and conditional distributions, distribution under linear transformations, moments and moment generating function are derived. The joint distribution of several quadratic forms is obtained. An example is given to show that the distributions of some statistics as the functions of the quadratic forms can be derived for various applications.     

YBa2Cu1-xCox(Cu1-yZny)2Oz体系的Co,Zn共同掺杂效应

弯曲模式声波在充液井孔中的传播

本文由波动方程讨论了充液井孔中,弯曲模式声波在弹性和非弹性、无限大井壁介质以及有限大井壁介质情况下沿井轴方向的传播。数值计算了它们的相速度频散曲线和井孔的频率响应特性,计算了衰减正弦信号在井孔中激励的波形。利用PZT压电晶片的弯曲振动模式,制作了偶极子测井换能器,在混凝土浇注的人工模拟井中进行了测试,试验结果与理论计算结果作了对比。

在这篇文章里，我们证明了，当环Ｓ是Ｒ的ｅｘｃｅｌｌｅｎｔ扩张，Ｍ是Ｓ－模时，Ｍ做为Ｓ－模的弱维数与Ｍ做为Ｒ－模的弱维数相等。
