双显色剂高灵敏协同显色反应的研究——钴(Ⅲ)-亚硝基R盐-结晶紫体系

在水溶液中钴(Ⅱ)与亚硝基R盐所形成的配合阴离子可以与有机碱阳离子(结晶紫)缔合形成中性缔合分子。在聚乙烯醇存在下,配合物可稳定存在于水溶液中。钴(Ⅲ)-亚硝基R盐-结晶紫配合物在510nm处有一最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数ε_(510)=1.47×l0~5L·mol~(-1)·cm(-1)。配合物中各组分的摩尔比为:Co:R:CV=1:3:6。反应具有较高的选择性,采用双峰双波长法测定钴可使灵敏度得到进一步提高,相应的摩尔吸光系数ε_(510-640)=4.09×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。方法用于合成试样中钴的测定,结果满意。     

Ar+激光激励Pb2的色散荧光谱

The dispersed fluorescence spectra of Pb_2 dimer were recorded from the excitation of Ar~+ laser in HPOR. By the detailed spectroscopic analysis for this well-resolved fluorescence spectra, the ground state of pb_2 molecule and one of its electronically excited state were assigned preliminarily to be X~1∑_g~+ and F′Ⅱ_u state respectively.The spectral constants of the X and F are ω_e″=108.5 cm~(-1),ω_e″X_e″ = 0.209 cm~(-1), ω_e′=152.4 cm~(-1), ω_e′X_e′=0.636 cm~(-1) and T_e=19818,1 cm~(-1)., respectively     

Effect of Pluronic F127 on the pore structure of macrocellular biodegradable polylactide foams

Thermally induced phase separation technique was utilized to fabricate biodegradable poly(l ‐lactic acid) (PLLA) macrocellular foams which were capable of being applied in tissue engineering. The block copolymer Pluronic F127 composed of (polyethyleneoxide)‐(polypropyleneoxide)‐(polyethyleneoxide) [(PEO)‐(PPO)‐(PEO)] was used as a porogen. Water/dioxane mixtures with different volume ratios were used as solvents. The addition of Pluronic F127 could induce an appearance of large pores (50–200 μm) besides small pores (10–20 μm) or a change from a solid–liquid phase separation to a liquid–liquid phase separation. The role of Pluronic F127 depends on the water/dioxane ratios in the PLLA/dioxane/water system. The X‐ray diffraction patterns and porosity measurement results showed that Pluronic F127 was crystallized and existed on the pore wall. The effect of Pluronic F127 on changing pore structure is attributed to the occurrence of the interaction of the lipophilic PPO blocks in Pluronic F127 with PLLA clews, consequently, this results in PLLA aggregation and early phase separation on cooling. 高效液相色谱指纹图谱应用于地黄的研究

利用高效液相色谱建立了地黄的色谱指纹图谱。采用反相C1 8柱 (5 μm ,1 5 0mm× 4.6mm) ,流动相甲醇∶水 (V V =5∶95 ) ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,流速 1 .0mL min进行实验。根据相对保留值和相对面积值对色谱指纹图谱进行分析对比研究 ,建立了控制地黄药材质量的新方法。该法为中药样品的鉴定提供了较全面的信息 ,并为HPLC在复杂组分的样品分析领域开拓了新的应用途径。     

Synthesis and modeling study of (2S,5R,6R)- and (2S,5R,6S)-6-hydroxy- 8-(1-decynyl)-benzolactam-V8 as protein kinase C modulators

[structures: see text] Both (2S,5R,6R)- and (2S,5R,6S)-6-hydroxy-8-(1-decynyl)benzolactam-V8 were designed and synthesized as PKC modulators. Biological assays reveal the (6R)-ligand to be 20-fold more potent than its (6S)-counterpart in binding to PKC alpha.     

聚电解质──壳聚糖浓溶液流变学性质研究：浓度、温度、溶剂pH值和外加盐对粘度及流动性的影响

本工作用日本岩本ＲＰＸ－７０５多功能流变仪测定了在不同浓度、温度、溶剂ｐＨ值和外加盐浓度对壳聚糖在甲酸水溶液中其浓溶液粘度η随剪切速率γ的变化关系．讨论了浓度、温度等对溶液粘度、流动活化能Ｅ_γ和流动指数ｎ的影响．发现溶剂ｐＨ值减小或溶液中外加盐浓度增加，溶液粘度变小，ｎ增大，表明非牛顿流动性减弱，并且进一步讨论了零剪切粘度η_０和外加盐浓度Ｃ_ｓ的依赖关系．     

以硫醚为主链的螯合树脂研究Ⅰ.4-氨基安替吡啉树脂和乙基原磺酸基树脂的合成及吸附性能

聚环硫氯丙烷或环硫氯丙烷与环氧氯丙烷共聚物，在少量二乙烯三胺存在下制得交联预聚物，将交联预聚物与4－氨基安替吡啉（4AAP）或乙基原磺酸钾（PEA）反应，制得四种侧链带氨基安替吡啉，乙基原碘酸基的新型螯合树脂。它们对贵金属具有优良的吸附性能和高的吸附选择性。并通过X－射线光电子能谱初步探讨了树脂对金属离子的螯合作用。     

Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence Based on Tris(2,2′-bipyridyl) Ruthenium(II) with Hydroxyl Carboxylic Acid

Upon the electrochemical oxidation of tris(2,2′-bipyridyl) ruthenium(II) [Ru(bpy)²⁺₃] and hydroxyl carboxylic acids, for instance, citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, and -gluconic acid, bright electrochemiluminescences (ECLs) were observed. Different luminescent reactions were presented depending on the applied potential. The light emission was mainly caused by the reaction between alkoxide radical ion and Ru(bpy)³⁺₃below the potential +1.80 V (vs Ag/AgCl). The luminescence intensity obviously increased because of the more complex reaction process. The luminescence wavelength of 608 nm, which could be found either at higher potential than +1.80 V or in the potential range from +1.30 to +1.80 V, confirmed that ECL was caused by Ru(bpy)²⁺₃*. The factors which affect the determination and HPLC separation of the four acids were also investigated.     

混合配体、希土三元配合物的研究 Ⅳ.3,5—二硝基水扬酸(H_2DNSA)、邻菲咯啉(phen)、希土(RE)三元固体配合物的合成及性质

本文报道了十种希土元素与3,5-二硝基水扬酸、邻菲咯啉三元配合物的制备方法。通过元素和化学分析测定了化合物的化学组成,并用红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热分析、磁化率、X射线粉天衍射等对所合成的化合物进行了结构和性质的研究。
