In this paper two natural twistor spaces over the loop space of a Riemannian manifold are constructed and their equivalence is shown in the Kählerian case. This relies on a detailed study of frame bundles of loop spaces on the one hand and, on the other hand, on an explicit local trivialization of the Atiyah operator family [defined in Atiyah (SMF 131:43–59, 1985)] associated to a loop space. We relate these constructions to the Dixmier-Douady obstruction class against the existence of a string structure, as well as to pseudo - line bundle gerbes in the sense of Brylinski (Loop spaces, characteristic classes and geometric quantization. (1) Background: Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) has been extensively studied in the last decade. It became a promising biological target in the diagnosis and therapy of PSMA-expressing cancer diseases. Although there are several radiolabeled PSMA inhibitors available, the search for new compounds with improved pharmacokinetic properties and simplified synthesis is still ongoing. In this study, we developed PSMA ligands with two different hybrid chelators and a modified linker. Both compounds have displayed a promising pharmacokinetic profile. (2) Methods: DATA5m.SA.KuE and AAZTA5.SA.KuE were synthesized. DATA5m.SA.KuE was labeled with gallium-68 and radiochemical yields of various amounts of precursor at different temperatures were determined. Complex stability in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and human serum (HS) was examined at 37 °C. Binding affinity and internalization ratio were determined in in vitro assays using PSMA-positive LNCaP cells. Tumor accumulation and biodistribution were evaluated in vivo and ex vivo using an LNCaP Balb/c nude mouse model. All experiments were conducted with PSMA-11 as reference. (3) Results: DATA5m.SA.KuE was synthesized successfully. AAZTA5.SA.KuE was synthesized and labeled according to the literature. Radiolabeling of DATA5m.SA.KuE with gallium-68 was performed in ammonium acetate buffer (1 M, pH 5.5). High radiochemical yields (>98%) were obtained with 5 nmol at 70 °C, 15 nmol at 50 °C, and 60 nmol (50 µg) at room temperature. [68Ga]Ga-DATA5m.SA.KuE was stable in human serum as well as in PBS after 120 min. PSMA binding affinities of AAZTA5.SA.KuE and DATA5m.SA.KuE were in the nanomolar range. PSMA-specific internalization ratio was comparable to PSMA-11. In vivo and ex vivo studies of [177Lu]Lu-AAZTA5.SA.KuE, [44Sc]Sc-AAZTA5.SA.KuE and [68Ga]Ga-DATA5m.SA.KuE displayed specific accumulation in the tumor along with fast clearance and reduced off-target uptake. (4) Conclusions: Both KuE-conjugates showed promising properties especially in vivo allowing for translational theranostic use.  相似文献

Scoring rules serve to quantify predictive performance. A scoring rule is proper if truth telling is an optimal strategy in expectation. Subject to customary regularity conditions, every scoring rule can be made proper, by applying a special case of the Bayes act construction studied by Grünwald and Dawid (Ann Stat 32:1367–1433, 2004) and Dawid (Ann Inst Stat Math 59:77–93, 2007), to which we refer as properization. We discuss examples from the recent literature and apply the construction to create new types, and reinterpret existing forms, of proper scoring rules and consistent scoring functions. In an abstract setting, we formulate sufficient conditions under which Bayes acts exist and scoring rules can be made proper.

Combining conventional and inverse magnetocaloric materials promises to enhance solid state refrigeration. As a first step here we present epitaxial Ni–Mn–Ga/Ni–Mn–Sn bilayer films. We examine the dependence of the lateral and normal lattice constants on the deposition sequence by combining experimental and ab initio techniques. Structural properties are determined with X‐ray diffraction as well as highresolution transmission electron microscopy, while ab initio calculations explain the interplay of strain, local relaxations and the interdiffusion of atoms. The latter is confirmed by Auger electron spectroscopy and is expected to have a noticeable impact on the functional properties of the Heusler materials. (© 2015 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH &Co. Hydrogen interstitials in austenitic Fe‐Mn alloys were studied using density‐functional theory to gain insights into the mechanisms of hydrogen embrittlement in high‐strength Mn steels. The investigations reveal that H atoms at octahedral interstitial sites prefer a local environment containing Mn atoms rather than Fe atoms. This phenomenon is closely examined combining total energy calculations and crystal orbital Hamilton population analysis. Contributions from various electronic phenomena such as elastic, chemical, and magnetic effects are characterized. The primary reason for the environmental preference is a volumetric effect, which causes a linear dependence on the number of nearest‐neighbour Mn atoms. A secondary electronic/magnetic effect explains the deviations from this linearity. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Studies of the time dependencies of the number density of N 2 + , Ne+ and Ne 2 + ions have been made during the decay period of plasmas produced in neon containing various concentrations of nitrogen molecules. Reaction rate constants were obtained for N 2 + +N2+Ne→N 4 + +Ne((1.2±0.2)×10?29 cm6 sec?1) and Ne++N2→N 2 + + Ne ((2.9±0.3) × 10?12 cm3 sec?1). The ambipolar diffusion coefficient of N 2 + in neon was found to beD a p o =350±20 cm2 sec?1 Torr.  相似文献

We apply, for first time, the recently developed proton transfer reaction time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (PTR‐TOF‐MS) apparatus as a rapid method for the monitoring of lactic acid fermentation (LAF) of milk. PTR‐TOF‐MS has been proposed as a very fast, highly sensitive and versatile technique but there have been no reports of its application to dynamic biochemical processes with relevance to the food industry. LAF is a biochemical‐physicochemical dynamic process particularly relevant for the dairy industry as it is an important step in the production of many dairy products. Further, LAF is important in the utilization of the by‐products of the cheese industry, such as whey wastewaters. We show that PTR‐TOF‐MS is a powerful method for the monitoring of major volatile organic chemicals (VOCs) formed or depleted during LAF, including acetaldehyde, diacetyl, acetoin and 2‐propanone, and it also provides information about the evolution of minor VOCs such as acetic acid, 2,3‐pentanedione, ethanol, and off‐flavor related VOCs such as dimethyl sulfide and furfural. This can be very important considering that the conventional measurement of pH decrease during LAF is often ineffective due to the reduced response of pH electrodes resulting from the formation of protein sediments. Solid‐phase microextraction gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (SPME‐GC/MS) data on the inoculated milk base and final fermented product are also presented to supporting peak identification. We demonstrate that PTR‐TOF‐MS can be used as a rapid, efficient and non‐invasive method for the monitoring of LAF from headspace, supplying important data about the quality of the final product and that it may be used to monitor the efficacy of manufacturing practices.
