This review describes the development of a new class of chiral phosphorus ligands: amino acid-derived P-chirogenic diaminophosphine oxides, DIAPHOXs, and their application to several transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric allylic substitution reactions. Pd-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation with cyclic beta-keto esters as prochiral nucleophiles was initially examined using P-chirogenic diaminophosphine oxide 1a, resulting in highly enantioselective construction of quaternary stereocenters. Mechanistic investigations revealed that 1a is activated by N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide-induced tautomerization to afford a trivalent diamidophosphite species 13, which functions as the actual ligand. Pd-catalyzed asymmetric allylic substitutions of both acyclic and cyclic substrates were also examined using various nucleophiles such as malonate derivatives, nitromethane, aliphatic amines, and aromatic amines, providing a variety of chiral compounds with good to excellent enantioselectivity. In addition, Ir-catalyzed asymmetric allylic amination and alkylation of terminal allylic carbonates were examined using structurally optimized P-chirogenic diaminophosphine oxides, and the corresponding branched products were obtained in a highly regio- and enantioselective manner. Furthermore, the developed catalytic asymmetric process was successfully applied to the catalytic enantioselective synthesis of biologically active compounds, (R)-preclamol, (R)-baclofen hydrochloride, and (-)-paroxetine.  相似文献

Metabolomics follows the changes in concentrations of endogenous metabolites, which may reflect various disease states as well as systemic responses to environmental, therapeutic, or genetic interventions. In this study, we applied metabolomic approaches to monitor dynamic changes in plasma and urine metabolites, and compared these metabolite profiles in Eisai hyperbilirubinemic rats (EHBR, an animal model of cholestasis) with those in the parent strain of EHBR - Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats - in order to characterize cholestasis pathophysiologically. Ultra-performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry-based analytical methods were used to assay metabolite levels. More than 250 metabolites were detected in both plasma and urine, and metabolite profiles of EHBR differed from those of SD rats. The levels of antioxidative and cytoprotective metabolites, taurine and hypotaurine, were markedly increased in urine of EHBR. The levels of many bile acids were also elevated in plasma and urine of EHBR, but the extent of elevation depended on the particular bile acid. The levels of cytoprotective ursodeoxycholic acid and its conjugates were markedly elevated, while that of cytotoxic chenodeoxycholic acid remained unchanged, suggesting the balance of bile acids had shifted resulting in decreased toxicity. In EHBR, reduced biliary excretion leads to increased systemic exposure to harmful compounds including some endogenous metabolites. Our metabolomic data suggest that mechanisms exist in EHBR that compensate for cholestasis-related damage.  相似文献

A comparative study on the oxidation and charge compensation in the AxCoO2−δ systems, A=Na (x=0.75, 0.47, 0.36, 0.12) and Li (x=1, 0.49, 0.05), using X-ray absorption spectroscopy at O 1s and Co 2p edges is reported. Both the O 1s and Co 2p XANES results show that upon removal of alkali metal from AxCoO2−δ the valence of cobalt increases more in LixCoO2−δ than in NaxCoO2−δ. In addition, the data of O 1s XANES indicate that charge compensation by oxygen is more pronounced in NaxCoO2−δ than in LixCoO2−δ.  相似文献

We recently proposed a new hydrogen-accepting scale, S(HA), on the basis of the heat of formation calculated by the conductor-like screening model (COSMO) method. In this work, the same approach was applied to a series of compounds with a common hydrogen-donor group. Thus the S(HA) values for monosubstituted phenols were calculated and used for correlating their log P(oct) values (P(oct): 1-octanol/water partition coefficient) with log P(CL) (P(CL): chloroform/water partition coefficient) and log P(E) (P(E): butyl ether/water partition coefficient). It was demonstrated that the S(HA) parameter works effectively, providing excellent correlations whose physicochemical meanings are well rationalized in terms of hydrogen-bonding characteristics of the substituents.  相似文献

Ultrasonic slurry sampling electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry with a metal tube atomizer has been applied to the determination of lead in Bangladeshi fish samples. The slurry sampling conditions, such as slurry stabilizing agent, slurry concentration, pyrolysis temperature for the slurried fish samples, particle size and ultrasonic agitation time, were optimized for electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry with the Mo tube atomizer. Thiourea was used as the chemical modifier for the interference of matrix elements. The detection limit was 53 fg (3S/N). The determined amount of lead in Bangladeshi fish samples was consistent with those measured in the dissolved acid-digested samples. The advantages of the proposed methods are easy calibration, simplicity, low cost and rapid analysis.  相似文献

He(I) photoelectron spectra are reported for various series of chlorine-substituted compounds: (a) CH3CH3?mClm, (b) CH3?mClmCCl3, (c) CH3?mClmCHO and (d) CH3?mClmCOCl, where m = 1, 2 and 3. In each series it is shown that the total sum of vertical ionization energies over all p-type localized molecular orbitals (LO's) has an excellent linear relationship to the number of substituted chlorine atoms. The differences in the total orbital energy sum by successive chlorine substitutions are found to be 26.7 eV for series a and b and 27.2 eV for series c and d, yielding the corresponding experimental σCCl, energies useful for sum rule considerations. The photoelectron spectra of the chloro compounds studied are interpreted with the help of the sum rule as well as CNDO/2 calculations. Orbital correlation diagrams have been constructed for these compounds.  相似文献

Electron spin resonance experiments at millimeter and submillimeter wavelengths have been performed on the randomly mixed antiferromagnet with competing spin anisotropies, Fe(1?x)CoxBr2. Two antiferromagnetic resonance (AFMR) modes and extra resonances have been observed in the Co-rich concentration region. From the analysis of the AFMR, the anisotropy in the mixtures is shown to become small with concentration. This is a clear evidence for the competition of the anisotropies in these alloys. The extra modes are qualitatively explained as arising from a localized excitation of an Fe2+ spin.  相似文献
