The synchrotron radiation (SR) interference phenomenon has been for the first time observed in a strained silicon nanolayer
deposited on a dielectric SiO2 layer (∼150 nm) on Si (100) single crystalline substrates (silicon-on-insulator (SOI) structures). Strong oscillations of
spectra intensity depending on photon energy have been detected in the energy range preceding the elementary silicon Si L
2,3 absorption edge (≤100 eV) at grazing angles of SR smaller than 21° in the X-ray photoeffect quantum yield structure. The
phase of the spectra oscillation structure is reversed for small variations of grazing angle in the 4°–21° range. The silicon
nanolayer thickness (∼180 nm) has been estimated in the three-layer, Si nanolayer-SiO2-Si substrate structure with the use of neighbor maxima positions of ultrasoft X-ray radiation interference in XANES (X-ray
absorption near edge structure) spectra. A decrease in the crystal lattice parameter of a strained silicon layer along the
normal to substrate has been determined by X-ray diffraction. An increase in the Si-Si interatomic distances in the strained
silicon nanolayer lattice of SOI structure has been found using ultrasoft X-ray emission spectroscopy data. 相似文献

Numerical investigation of laminar free convection heat transfer in the vertical parallel plate channel with asymmetric heating
is presented. Both inlet and exit effects are included into the analysis. A numerical solution is obtained for a Prandtl number
of 0.71 and for modified Rayleigh number [`(Ra)]\overline {Ra} = 10−1 ÷ 105, and varying heating ratio TR = 0 ÷ 1 and aspect ratio A = 10. Fully elliptic Navier-Stokes and energy equations are solved using the finite volume techniques with staggered grid
arrangements. The obtained results show a strong influence of the temperature ratio on local and average heat transfer coefficient
on the hot and cold plates. With reduction of TR the heat transfer parameter on the hot wall grows, and on the cold one, on the contrary, it decreases. As a result, the total
heat exchange from two plates depends poorly on the parameter TR. 相似文献

The process of vortex formation in a cavity with inclined walls, which has a moderate aspect ratio, is experimentally studied,
and the distribution of pressure coefficients is measured. The angle of inclination of the side walls ϕ is varied from 30
to 90°. It is found that the flow in the cavity becomes unstable in the range of inclination angles ϕ = 60–70°. Flow reconstruction
occurs, which substantially alters the surface-temperature and static-pressure distributions. Large changes in these characteristics
and their nonuniform distributions for these angles are observed across the cavity on its frontal wall and on the bottom.
For small angles (ϕ = 30 and 45°), the pressure on the rear wall drastically increases, which leads to a small increase in
pressure averaged over the entire cavity surface.

the first invariants of the stress and strain tensors for linearity and to determine strains at which the plastic component
of the first strain invariant can be neglected. It is established that this relationship remains linear within an engineering
plastic-strain tolerance of 0.2% irrespective of the value of strain intensity, which depends on the type of material and
