It is shown for the first time that suppressing parasitic oscillations in a piezoelectric resonator with a lateral electric field by applying a damping coating or by spatially separating the HF electric field source from the resonating plate allows us to achieve record-high Q values for parallel and series resonances. The potential to fabricate an array of acoustically decoupled resonators on a single piezoelectric substrate, and to design microdisplacement sensors with temperature compensation, is also demonstrated for the first time. 相似文献

The temperature dependence of the magnetic moments of cobalt and holmium ions in the temperature range of 5–300 K at pressures of P = 0 and 5 kbar was determined based on neutron diffraction data on Ho(Co0.9Ga0.1)2 intermetallide. The temperature dependence of the lattice parameter was established, and the spontaneous bulk magnetostriction was determined. These quantities were calculated using the exchange striction model of a ferrimagnet, and good agreement with the experiment was obtained. The parameters of the exchange interaction between pairs of atoms of this compound and the magnetoelastic coupling constant were estimated. An original interpretation of the nature of the first-order magnetic phase transition in HoCo2 is proposed. 相似文献

The effect of a perfectly elastic nonviscous nonconducting liquid on the characteristics of a zero-order antisymmetric Lamb wave (the A 0 wave) in a 128YX LiNbO3 plate, whose thickness is small compared to the wavelength, is studied both theoretically and experimentally. A method for calculating the velocity and attenuation of this wave depending on the value of the parameter hf (h is the plate thickness and f is the wave frequency) is proposed. In addition, the characteristics of an A 0 wave in a piezoelectric plate that is in contact with two different perfectly elastic nonviscous nonconducting liquids on its two sides are investigated. A possibility for the development of a proximate analyzer of liquids on the basis of such a structure is indicated. 相似文献

Abstract The pressure dependence of the crystal structure of a powder sample of Y2Fe15·3Si1·7 was studied in the pressure range from 0 to 2 GPa, using the D-2 diffractometer with hydrostatic liquid pressure cell at the IVV-2M reactor (Ekaterinburg) and DN-12 time-of-flight diffractometer with a sapphire anvil cell at the IBR-2 pulsed reactor (Dubna). Also the pressure dependence of the Curie temperature Tc (P) of the alloy was studied. The correlation between the decreases of both Tc and Fe-Fe interatomic distances in “dumbbell” site 4f under pressure was obtained. 相似文献

V-substituted LiMnPO4 has been synthesized by the solid state reaction route. Combined Rietveld refinement of neutron and X-ray data revealed that all vanadium ions are located in the same positions as the phosphorus ions. The magnetic structure of LiMnP0.85V0.15O4 was found to be the same as that described for undoped antiferromagnetic LiMnPO4 (TN=34.5 K). DC-magnetization measurements were carried out to study the peculiarities of magnetic ordering in LiMnP0.85V0.15O4. An irreversible behavior of DC magnetization was found at magnetic fields less than ∼2 kOe. It was demonstrated that an increase in the magnitude of the applied field leads to a reduction of the discrepancy between zero-field-cooled and field-cooled processes. These effects were explained by the movement of domain walls and by transition of the system to a monodomain state. The anomaly in the magnetization vs field dependence attributed presumably to the spin-flop transition was observed at ∼40 kOe. The existence of magnetic inhomogeneity in the paramagnetic phase of LiMnP0.85V0.15O4 was proved by the analysis of the χ?T product. It was concluded that the observed changes in χ?T are indicative of a competition between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic correlations at temperatures slightly exceeding TN. 相似文献

The evaluation of gradient vectors of a general operator with one-index, double-one-index, or higher-order one-index transformed integrals is a key operation in multiconfiguration response theory calculations. We describe an integral-driven direct algorithm that carries out this operation efficiently without pretransforming the integrals. A new series of 6,8-dibromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one derivatives VI–XIII were synthesized. Their chemical structures were confirmed by spectral and elemental analysis. The cytotoxic effect of the newly synthesized compounds was tested in vitro against human breast cancer cell line (MCF-7). Most of the tested compounds have shown promising cytotoxic activity. Compounds X and XIIIb exerted a powerful cytotoxic effect against MCF-7 with a very low IC50 (0.0015 and 0.0047 µmol/ml), while compounds VI, VII, VIII, XIIb, XI, XIIIc and IX exerted a moderate cytotoxic effect (IC50 0.01523, 0.0213, 0.031, 0.0478, 0.049, 0.068 and 0.079 µmol/ml respectively), compared to doxorubicin (0.0025 µmol/ml). Exploring their apoptotic effect; interestingly,all compounds activated apoptotic cascade in MCF-7. Compounds VI, XIIIb, XIIb, XI, XIIa, VII, V and VIII showed potent effect even much more than doxorubicin by 12.87–5.91 folds, while compounds XIIIc, IX, XIIIa, XIIc and X showed moderate increase in CASP3 activity by 4.96–3.22 folds relative to untreated cells more or less similar to doxorubicin (5.57 folds). 相似文献

Obliquely propagating altra-low-frequency dust-electromagnetic waves in a self-gravitating, warm, magnetized, two fluid dusty
plasma system have been investigated. Two special cases, namely, dust-Alfvén mode propagating parallel to the external magnetic
field and dustmagnetosonic mode propagating perpendicular to the external magnetic field have also been considered. It has
been shown that effects of self-gravitational field, dust fluid temperature, and obliqueness significantly modify the dispersion
properties of these ultra-low-frequency dust-electromagnetic modes. It is also found that in parallel propagating dust-Alfvén
mode these effects play no role, but in obliquely propagating dust-Alfvén mode or perpendicular propagating dust-magnetosonic
mode the effect of self-gravitational field plays destabilizing role whereas the effect of dust/ion fluid temperature plays

a modulated structure with the wave vector k = [0, 0, τ]. As the concentration x increases, the value of τ increases, while the average magnetic moment of Fe/Mn atoms decreases. A change in the magnitudes
