本文探讨了用ICP-AES雾化法氢化法联合同时测定人血清中三十种元素的方法。本法最低检出量基本满足血清样品的测定要求。方法回收率在95—105%之间,重复测定的相对误差小于5%。对于探索血清元素含量与疾病的关系及临床诊断有一定价值。     

Structure and optical properties of sol–gel derived Gd2O3 waveguide films

Pure and rare earth doped gadolinium oxide (Gd₂O₃) waveguide films were prepared by a simple sol–gel process and dip-coating method. Gd₂O₃ was successfully synthesized by hydrolysis of gadolinium acetate. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) were used to study the thermal chemistry properties of dried gel. Structure of Gd₂O₃ films annealed at different temperature ranging from 400 to 750 °C were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that Gd₂O₃ starts crystallizing at about 400 °C and the crystallite size increases with annealing temperature. Oriented growth of (4 0 0) face of Gd₂O₃ has been observed when the films were deposited on (1 0 0) Si substrate and annealed at 750 °C. The laser beam (λ=632.8 nm) was coupled into the film by a prism coupler and propagation loss of the film measured by scattering-detection method is about 2 dB/cm. Luminescence properties of europium ions doped films were measured and are discussed.

Theoretical analysis of all-optical 2R regeneration in a SOA-based Mach–Zehnder interferometer

All-optical 2R regeneration in a semiconductor optical amplifier-based Mach–Zehnder interferometer is theoretically analyzed. It is shown that the chirp of the regenerated signal is positive, while the input signal has no chirp. The peak extinction ratio (ER) of the regenerated signal is associated with the input wavelength and there exists an input wavelength corresponding to the largest ER of the output signal. The output peak ER is also found influenced by the input power, with lower input power getting higher peak ER.     

在非离子表面活性剂存在下邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯吸光光度法测定微量银

提出了一种测定微量银的吸光光度分析新方法。于硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中(pH 10.5～11.0),在乳化剂OP存在下,Ag(Ⅰ)与邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(OCDAA)形成1:3稳定的红色配合物,其λ_(max)=540nm,对比度△λ=126nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(540)=8.2×10~4。而在pH 10.0～10.6的相同缓冲溶液中,改用Triton X-100,且加入三乙醇胺后,配合物的λ_(max)=546nm,△λ=136nm,ε_(546)=9.9×104。两种显色体系均在Ag(Ⅰ)0～12μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律。研究了显色反应条件和共存离子的影响。在试液中加入浓硫酸后加热处理和EDTA的掩蔽作用下,方法用于定影液的分析,六次测定的相对标准偏差为2.3％,平均回收率为98.3％。     

运动水平的多元分析

对排球运动水平应用多元分析进行总体评价 ,得出运动员的运动水平主要受心理素质 ,生理机能和技术水平发挥三方面共同作用。对因子分析法提出的综合因子作回归分析 ,得出了因子之间的相关性和重要性。最后 ,结合聚类分析给出一个等级的判别方法。     

Densities,excess molar volumes,and partial molar volumes for binary mixtures of water with monoethanolamine,diethanolamine, and triethanolamine from 25 to 80°C

We have measured densities of binary mixtures of water with monoethanolamine (MEA), diethanolamine (DEA), and triethanolamine (TEA) over the full range of compositions and over the temperature range from 25 to 80°C. Results of these measurements have been used in calculating excess molar volumes and partial molar volumes. Knowledge of the volumetric properties of these mixtures is useful in connection with industrial treatment of acidic gases; derived excess molar volumes and partial molar volumes can be used as a basis for understanding some of the molecular interactions in water-organic mixtures.Presented at the Symposium, 76^th CSC Congress, Sherbrooke, Quebec, May 30–June 3, 1993, honoring Professor Donald Patterson on the occasion of his 65^th birthday.
