A new technique is developed to visualize the blood flow map of the human retina using laser speckle phenomena. Despite use of an ordinary CCD camera as the detector, the performance of laser speckle flowgraphy system for the analysis of ocular blood circulation is greatly improved to achieve higher resolution and a wider field of view for blood flow mapping. It is shown that the quality of the blood flow map is influenced by the sampling format of the pixel points in the space- and time-varying speckle field.  相似文献

We report on the formation technique of single-crystalline β-FeSi2 balls (<100 nm) embedded in a Si p–n junction region by Si molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). β-FeSi2 films grown on Si (0 0 1) by reactive deposition epitaxy (RDE) aggregated into islands after annealing at 850°C in ultrahigh vacuum. The islands of β-FeSi2 aggregated further into a ball shape by following the Si MBE overgrowth at 750°C. It was found from X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns that the epitaxial relationship between the two materials, and single-crystalline nature were preserved even after the annealing and the Si overgrowth. Capacitance–voltage (CV) characteristics and transmission electron microscope (TEM) images revealed that a lot of defects were introduced around the embedded β-FeSi2 balls with an increase of embedded β-FeSi2 quantity.  相似文献

Conclusion The potassium ion-sensitive membrane, prepared by the inclusion of valinomycin and plasticizer into the photoresist proved to be a good potassium ion-sensitive membrane for the ISFET. The plasticizer was found to play an important role in the photoresist membrane to obtain potassium ion-sensitivity. The plasticizer photoresist membrane showed not only more sensitivity but also longer term stability than the plasticized PVC membrane. It is concluded that the plasticized photoresist membrane deposited at the gate region of the ISFET works satisfactory for the determination of potassium ion activity in aqueous solution.

Conclusion In this paper three-dimensional Maxwell stress-strain relations were deduced phenomenologically.In the first place we applied the Hamilton's principle to the viscoelastic deformation, and obtained the variational equation with respect to the elastic potential and the dissipation function.Then we assumed that the elastic potential is a function only of the stress, and the dissipation function is a function of stress and rate of stress. By the above variational equation of the virtual stress satisfying the equilibrium equation and the boundary conditions, we obtained the relations to be satisfied by the elastic potential and the dissipation function, and the conditions to be satisfied by the dissipation function.From these relations we obtained the required three-dimensional Maxwell stress-strain relations in viscoelasticity. These relations indicate that the strain is the sum of the internal elastic strain and the internal viscous strain.If a given substance is isotropic with respect to stress, the stress-strain relations are expressed by a linear Maxwell model consisting of Hookian spring in series with a Newtonian dashpot.It is the main result of this paper that the three-dimensional Maxwell stress-strain relations in viscoelasticity are deduced from physically appropriate assumptions.  相似文献

A nonstationary (dynamical) model of the fire-spreading process is proposed in connection with firebreak designs, fire fighting policies and contingency for the people affected. The model is derived as a Stefan problem with the aid of the law of conservation of energy; firebrand-spotting and wind-blown effects are neglected. Also, the numerical examples of a laboratory scale fire are given; the results agree well, in the order of magnitude, with the experimental data reported. The stationary model is also derived from the dynamical model by use of Galilei's transformation and it is shown that a solution of the dynamical model approaches with time to a solution of the stationary model.  相似文献
