异核双金属有机化合物的合成方法与反应性能研究

本文对近年来异核双金属有机化学的发展作了简要的介绍和回顾, 文中对含金属-金属键和不含金属-金属键的d/d和d/f异核双金属有机化合物的合成方法及反应性能作了归纳。

The preparation of nano‐scope chitosan‐oligomer copper complexes and their interaction with DNA

Water‐soluble low molecular weight chitosan of nanometer level and its copper complexes were prepared, and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The modes and mechanism of these copper complexes interaction with DNA were studied by a fluorescent probe method and electrophoresis analysis. It is suggested that there are electrostatic and intercalation modes of copper complexes interacting with DNA. At first, the cationic complex electrostaticly binds to the negatively charged phosphate backbone of DNA, and then a portion of the complex intercalates between the base pairs on the DNA duplex strand. ZnO超微粒子光催化氧化降解n-C7H16的研究

利用ZnO光催化氧化技术对气相n-C7H16进行了降解研究，考察了氧气、水燕气体积分数等因素对n-C7H16光催化氧化的影响，利用气相色谱－质谱联用仪和气相色谱仪对气相光催化反应过程中的气体组成进行了定性分析，并对主要中间产物丙醛进行了定量分析，结果发现，ZnO超微粒子光催化氧化n-C7H16的降解率较高，n-C7H16绝大部分被完全氧化成CO2，探讨了n-C7H16光催化氧化反尖的动力学行为及机理。     

Synthesis of molecular sieve AlPO4-12

A member of the novel family of crystalline microporous aluminophosphates, AlPO₄-12, was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization using different aluminum-containing compounds. Three new crystalline phases were obtained by varying the composition of the reaction mixture. The effect of the synthesis conditions on the hudrothermal process and the kinetics of crystallization are discussed. The apparent activation energies obtained for AlPO₄-12 are 20.9 and 14.6 kcal/mol for nucleation and crystallization, respectively. The adsorption isotherms of one AlPO₄-12 product were measured.     

壳聚糖固体聚合物电池用膜

壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰基的产物，具有良好的成膜性、生物相容性、环保以及价格低廉等特点。作为一种碱性高分子膜材料，近年来已成为聚电解质研究领域中的研究热点。本文综述了壳聚糖固体聚合物电池用膜的研究现状，其改性工艺主要包括共混、化学改性、质子酸掺杂、无机盐掺杂等方法，比较了各种工艺处理后壳聚糖固体聚合物电解质膜的性能差异，并就壳聚糖固体聚合物电解质膜中离子传导机理中有待解决的问题进行探讨，并提出了进一步改进壳聚糖固体聚合物电解质膜性能的研究思路。     

Electrochemical behavior of poly(ferrocenyldimethylsilane-b-dimethylsiloxane) films

The electrochemical behavior of poly(ferrocenyldimethylsilane-b-dimethylsiloxane) (PFDMS-b-PDMS) films deposited on a glassy carbon electrode was investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry (CV). The influences of the solvent, film thickness, temperature, and PDMS block length in PFDMS-b-PDMS on the electrode process were discussed. It was found that in 0.1 M aqueous LiClO(4) the electrochemical processes of the films on a glassy carbon electrode were complex and have a low rate of electron transport and mass diffusion. The kinetic parameters obtained indicated that the electrode process was controlled by both the electrode reaction and mass diffusion.     

α-环糊精对铜-[meso-四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯)卟啉]显色反应增敏作用的研究

本文研究了α-环糊精存在下,铜与meso-四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯)卟啉显色反应的条件,其最大吸收在417nm处,摩尔吸光系数为2.5×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)铜含量在0～2μg/10.75ml内符合比尔定律,并利用此法测定了果树叶和头发中的铜。     

克拉霉素漂浮-生物粘附微囊的制备及性能研究

选用乳化-溶剂挥发法制备乙基纤维素载药微球(EMs), 并通过内部凝胶化法进行包衣制得海藻酸钠-乙基纤维素载药微囊(AEMs), 最后通过离子交联法进一步包衣制得壳聚糖-海藻酸钠-乙基纤维素载药微囊(CAEMs). 研究克拉霉素漂浮\|生物粘附微囊的制备工艺, 并考察微囊的体外漂浮性能、 粘附性能及体内滞留性能. 结果表明, CAEMs球形度较好, 药物包封率为72.3%~78.2%, 载药量为7.1%~12.7%. 在pH=5的醋酸缓冲液中, 6 h时的累积释放率为56.6%~70.6%, 漂浮率大于70%, 4 h时的体内滞留率为60.5%. CAEMs有望通过延长药物胃内滞留时间, 在临床用于根除幽门螺旋杆菌, 从而降低消化道溃疡的复发率.     

1''-苯基-3''-甲基-5''-氧代吡唑-4''-基乙醛酸希土配合物的合成及性质研究

本文采用电导、pH滴定法研究了乙醇-水溶液中希土与1′-苯基-3′-甲基-5′-氧代吡唑-4′-基乙醛酸(简称H₂A)的配位反应.合成了15种新的希土固态配合物.通过元素分析、化学分析、水份分析确定了配合物的化学组成为RE(HA)₃·nH₂O(RE=Ce、Pr、Sm、Tm、Lu、n=1;RE=La、Nd、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Yb、Y,n=1-2).并对配合物的红外光谱、核磁共振谱、热稳定性、紫外光谱、溶解性及摩尔电导进行了测定.
