Structure and magnetic properties of nanocrystalline ferromagnets (II)

The role of magnetoelastic coupling effects in nanocrystalline ferromagnets is investigated by means of high-field magnetization and Doppler-broadening spectrum measurements. For the nanocrystalline Fe_{73 5}Cu₁Nb₃Si_13.5B₉ alloy, the results show that the pinning effects resulting from the quasidislocation dipole intensely influence the movement of domain wall; by coupling with the magnetostriction the defects-induced stress fields determine the magnetic properties at the early stage of crystallization. In view of the effective anisotropy and magnetoelastic coupling energy the optimal annealing conditions of alloys are discussed.

H2S·HOH or H2O·HSH, which is more stable in the water-hydrogen sulfide complex?

High-level ab initio calculations are carried out to study the relative stability of the two hydrogen bonded structures of water-hydrogen sulfide complex, one with water as the proton donor (A) and the other with hydrogen sulfide as the proton donor (B). The results show that structure A is considerably more stable than B at the correlated level, which is in contrast with previous results obtained from Hartree-Fock calculations.     

Efficient synthesis of an aldehyde‐capped polythiophene containing fluorinated electron‐withdrawing groups

To incorporate an acceptor type polythiophene segment onto a supramolecular block copolymer for potential light harvesting applications, effective synthetic routes for the end‐functionalized and acceptor‐substituted polythiophenes are critical. The Ullmann coupling reaction can be utilized to obtain electron‐deficient polythiophenes and to attach terminal thiophene units that carry functional groups. In this article, the reactions involving a 2,5‐dibromothiophene monomer containing an electron‐withdrawing fluorinated ester and 5‐bromo‐2‐thiophenecarboxaldehyde (the end‐capper) were studied in detail. It was found that the Ullmann coupling reaction of the dibromide is very fast (completed in a few minutes) and the terminal bromine group does not survive long under the reaction condition. These findings lead to the development of an effective procedure for aldehyde end‐capping of electron‐deficient polythiophenes. SWITRIM��������ƺ�ʹ�øſ�

研制出了用于计算氚投料量在FEB聚变堆各个子系统中的分布及其随时间变化的数值模拟程序包SWITRIM。通过近5年的使用，表明其运行良好、计算结果可靠。用SWITRIM数值模拟研究了聚变堆起动过程中的“氚坑深度和氚坑时间”新现象。简单介绍了SWITRIM程序包的组成和用户使用说明以及最新的运用等。     

Effect of C layer on the structures and magnetic properties of (0 0 1)-oriented [C/CoPt]n/Ag films

CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag thin films have been prepared onto the glass substrates by magnetron sputtering. We investigated the evolution of texture and magnetic properties of CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag films. The results show that C-doping plays an important role in improving (0 0 1) texture, improving the order parameter S, reducing the intergrain interactions, and making the magnetization reversal mechanism more close to Stoner-Wolfarth rotational mechanism. The growth mechanism of (0 0 1) texture also seems to be related strongly to the films thickness. Our results show that the highly (0 0 1)-oriented films with ordered fct phase have a significant potential for the perpendicular media of extremely high-density recording.     

Simulation and fabrication of carbon nanotubes field emission pressure sensors

A novel field emission pressure sensor has been achieved utilizing carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as the electron source. The sensor consists of the anode sensing film fabricated by wet etching process and multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) cathode in the micro-vacuum chamber. MWNTs on the silicon substrate were grown by thermal CVD. The prototype pressure sensor has a measured sensitivity of about 0.17-0.77 nA/Pa (101-550 KPa). The work shows the potential use of CNTs-based field-emitter in microsensors, such as accelerometers and tactile sensors.     

准Λ型四能级系统中的超窄谱线的研究

在一般Λ型三能级模型的基础上提出准Λ型四能级系统,并对准Λ型四能级模型的共振荧光谱作了详尽的研究.从上能级向两边下能级辐射的自发辐射谱中产生了三个超窄谱线,且在很大参数范围内光谱具有这一特性.三个超窄谱线的产生是和两个相干驱动场的Rabi频率密切相关,在较大的Rabi频率作用下谱线会变得更窄,而当只有一个驱动场作用时是不会产生谱线变窄效应的.能级间的碰撞弛豫和非相干激发严重地破坏了谱线变窄.这种超窄谱线效应是多通道量子干涉的结果 关键词： 准Λ型四能级系统 超窄谱线 多通道量子干涉
