The moire topography based on optical logic operation

The optical logic-operated moire,which is proposed on the basis of optical logicoperation,is a new method to obtain specific moire beat pattern.Its advantages lie in the ca-pability to select carrier-free,sharpened fringes with high contrast.The experimental methodand results of the application of the optical logic-operared moire in moire topography are pre-sented in this paper.     

Theoretical and experimental investigation of the linear optical response of YBa2Cu4O8 The relevance of LDA calculations

We report results of ellipsometric measurements of the dielectric tensor of YBa₂Cu₄O₈ as well as calculations employing density functional theory in the local density approximation (LDA). For the computation of the one-electron eigenvalues and states the linear-muffin-tin-orbital method (LMTO) was used. Measured and calculated results show good agreement. In particular, the calculation predicts different band structures for YBa₂Cu₃O₇ and YBa₂Cu₄O₈ in the vicinity of the Fermi energy which lead to significant differences in the optical spectra. One such difference is a region of small ε₂ in the near infrared which is a fingerprint of the high (relative to the top of the highest fully occupied band) Fermi energy as compared to the situation in YBa₂Cu₃O₇. Our experimental results confirm the theoretical findings.

New Ln[B6O9(OH)3] borates (Ln = Sm-Lu): Structure, properties, and structural relation to cationic Li4[B7O12]Cl conductors (Li-Boracites)

Crystals of new rare earth borates of the composition Ln[B₆O₉ (OH)₃] (Ln = Sm-Lu), sp. gr. R3c are synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their crystal structures are determined on single crystals with Ln = Ho, Gd without preliminary determination of their chemical formulas. The polar anionic framework of the crystals consists of BO₃ triangles and BO₄ tetrahedra and has wide channels along the threefold axis of the structure, which are similar to the channels along the a, b, and c axes in cubic Li₄[B₇O₁₂]Cl boracite with Li conductivity. Rare earth atoms are arranged in the structure over the cubic F pseudolattice, whereas the analogous positions in Li boracites are filled with Cl anions. The squared optical nonlinearity of the new crystals is comparable with the nonlinearity of quartz, whereas the electrical conductivity in borates at 300°C exceeds 10⁻⁶ S/cm. __________ Translated from Kristallografiya, Vol. 49, No. 4, 2004, pp. 681–691. 非磁杂质对高Tc超导电性的影响

本文证明了在氧化物高T_c超导体的Anderson晶格模型中,由于序参量是能量的函数,非磁掺杂也具有拆对效应,在稀掺杂情况下,求出了T_c随杂质浓度增加而线性下降的规律,与实验结果相符,文中还计算了掺杂对超导态密度中能隙的影响,结果表明,当非磁掺杂浓度增加时,零温能隙的减小比T_c的下降慢得多,从而在转变为正常态之前可能不出现类似通常BCS超导体磁性掺杂的无能隙区。 关键词：     

Microwave reflection properties of grooved metallic mirrors

Maxwell's equations are solved using finite difference equations to obtain the near and the far field distribution of electromagnetic waves in front of corrugated mirrors. We treat the case of perpendicular incidence to obtain both the phaseshift between TE- and TM-modes in polarisation twisters and mode converters as well as the amplitude of the electromagnetic field.     

GaAs/AlAs超晶格的近共振喇曼散射研究

本文介绍GaAs/AlAs超晶格的室温近共振喇曼散射测量结果。由于超晶格中Fr?hlich相互作用的共振增强效应,GaAs LO声子偶模的散射得到了很大的增强。和前人的结果一样,在偏振谱我们观察到了偶模。但和前人的结果不同,在退偏振谱中我们观察到的是奇模,而不是偶模。从而证明了在近共振条件下LO声子限制模仍遵从与非共振时一样的选择定则。二级喇曼散射实验结果表明,在偏振谱中二级谱是由两个偶模组合而成,而在退偏振谱中的二级谱与前人的结果不同,由一个奇模与一个偶模组合而成。上述结果与最近提出的黄朱模型的预言是一 关键词：     

服装主观热感觉的统计分析

本文用多因子方差分析模型和多重比较分析了服装穿着时的主观热感觉与服装品种、环境条件、穿着者的活动状态与籍贯之间的关系。通过主成分回归建立了用生理指标预测主观热感觉的模型，从而得出一种定量地评价服装属性的方法。
