沙蚕毒系化合物的结构与生物活性关系

用ＭＮＤＯ－ＰＭ３方法对沙蚕毒系化合物二氢沙蚕毒，硫氰酸酯，巴丹，杀虫单及其异构件的几何构型进行了全自由度优化，并计算了其电子结构，讨论了生物活性与几何构型和电了结构的关系。     

智能性水凝胶

“智能”材料具有传感、处理和执行功能，水凝胶作为智能材料其应用前景良好。本文综述了智能水凝胶的近期研究发展，以Ｆｌｏｒｙ的溶胀理论着重探讨了刺激响应性，并介绍了化学机械现象及凝胶相转变。     

Gear-like array of (H_2O)_(12) as building blocks in one-dimensional supramolecular assembly

The preparation and crystal structure of complex Co(Hsae)_2·2H_2O (1,H_2sae=N-salicylidene-2-iminoethanol) are reported.X- ray analysis revealed that every six Co(Hsae)_2 forms a cyclic chip and every 12 water forms a novel gear-like cluster.Acting as building blocks,the gear-like water cluster and complex chip are connected in A-B fashion and extend into one-dimensional supramolecular chain.Hydrogen bond is the primary bridging force in the formation of supramolecular framework.     

铽与苯乙酮酸、2,2''''-联吡啶、1,10-菲口罗啉、三苯基氧膦铽三元配合物的合成、结构表征及荧光性能的研究

以硝酸铽、苯乙酮酸（HL）, 2, 2＇-联吡啶（dipy）、 1, 10-菲啰啉（phen）和三苯基氧膦（TPPO）合成了TbL3dipy（H2O）2, TbL3phen（H2O）2和TbL2（TPPO）2NO3 3种新型固态配合物. 用元素分析、电导率、红外光谱和核磁共振谱对其进行了表征, 确定了配合物的组成. IR表明, 配合物中羧酸根可能以单齿方式配位. 1HNMR显示, 苯乙酮酸根配位后苯环上5个氢原子的化学位移移向高场. 室温下测定了配合物的荧光激发光谱, TbL3dipy（H2O）2, TbL3phen（H2O）2和TbL2（TPPO）2NO3最佳激发波长分别为361.0, 359.0和367.0 nm;分别以最佳激发波长测定了配合物的发射光谱, 配合物TbL3dipy（H2O）2, TbL3phen（H2O）2 和TbL2（TPPO）2NO3显示Tb3＋离子的特征发射光谱, TbL3dipy（H2O）2和TbL3phen（H2O）2均产生四条谱带, 分别归属于^5D4-^7Fj（j= 6, 5,4,3）能级跃迁（TbL3dipy（H2O）2： 489.0, 545.0, 584.0, 620.0 nm;TbL3phen（H2O）2： 490.0, 544.0, 583.0, 620.0 nm）;但在相同测定条件下, TbL2（TPPO）2NO3仅显示5D4-7F5（544.0 nm）能级跃迁光谱. 3种配合物中TbL3dipy（H2O）2发光强度最高.     

Asymmetric Henry reaction catalyzed by C2-symmetric tridentate bis(oxazoline) and bis(thiazoline) complexes: metal-controlled reversal of enantioselectivity

[reaction: see text] C(2)-symmetric tridentate bis(oxazoline) and bis(thiazoline) ligands with a diphenylamine backbone have been investigated in the catalytic asymmetric Henry reaction of alpha-keto esters with different Lewis acids. Their Cu(OTf)(2) complexes furnished S enantiomers, while Et(2)Zn complexes afforded R enantiomers, both of them with higher enantioselectivities (up to 85% ee). Reversal of enantioselectivity in asymmetric Henry reactions was achieved with the same chiral ligand by changing the Lewis acid center from Cu(II) to Zn(II). The results show that the NH group in C(2)-symmetric tridentate chiral ligands plays a very important role in controlling both the yields and enantiofacial selectivity of the Henry products.     

UV-blocking property of dumbbell-shaped ZnO crystallites on cotton fabrics

A facile process to prepare uniform dumbbell-shaped ZnO crystallites was presented. The evidence in this Article discovered a unique morphological effect on the UV-blocking property. The as-prepared ZnO crystallites were characterized by XRD, HRTEM, FESEM, UV-blocking, and Raman scattering spectra. Our tentative investigation created a breakthrough to both the ultrahigh "Ultraviolet protection factor" (UPF) and the overall-range of complete UV-radiation blocking. Therefore, the as-prepared structural material demonstrated a significant advance in protective functional treatment and provided a potential commercialization.     

Isolation and purification of honokiol and magnolol from cortex Magnoliae officinalis by high-speed counter-current chromatography

High-speed counter-current chromatography was used to isolate and purify honokiol and magnolol from cortex Magnoliae Officinalis (Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.), a plant used in the traditional Chinese medicine. A crude sample, 150 mg, was successfully separated with a two-phase solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (1:0.4:1:0.4, v/v), and the fractions were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. The separation produced 80 and 45 mg of honokiol and magnolol with purities of 99.2 and 98.2%, respectively, in 2.5 h.     

Three New Anthraquinones from Polygonum cillinerve

Three new anthraquinones, emodin-8-β-D-（2＂-O-coumarate）glucoside 1, emodin-8-β-D-（6＇-O-acetyl）glucoside 2 and physicon-8-β-D-（6＇-O-acetyl）glucoside 3, were isolated from the roots of Polygonum cillinerve and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. The biological activity indicated that compound 1 had the scavenging activity on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl （DPPH） radicals （the IC50 = 8.5 μmol/L）, and compound 1-3 showed no activities against HL-60 and BCJC-823 cells by MTT method in vitro.     

Indium (III) Tribromide : An Excellent Catalyst for Biginelli Reaction

A highly efficient catalyst indium (III) tribromide is used to synthesize 5-alkoxy- carbonyl-4-hydrocarbyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones by a three-component coupling of β-keto ester, aldehydes and urea through improved Biginelli reaction.
