The influence of anions ClO4 , NO3 , Cl, SO4 2–, and DDS (dodecyl sulfate) on the cyclic voltammetric response of polypyrrole-modified electrodes is studied. The change in the film composition is examined by electron probe microanalysis. It is established that essential changes in the shape of voltammograms take place during cycling if the anions are not sufficiently freely mobile in the polymer film and insertion of cations from the solution is necessary to guarantee electroneutrality of the system. Some differences between the mobility of Cl ions and ClO4 or NO3 ions are in good agreement with the results of semi-empirical quantum chemical calculations showing that the interaction of Cl and Br ions with pyrrole oligomers is stronger than that of NO3 or ClO4 ions. Nevertheless, it is established that the peak current determined from voltammograms increases linearly with the increase of the scan rate with very high correlation coefficient. It means that it is possible to describe the behavior of ClO4 , NO3 and Cl ions in the framework of the model of free ions. The redox behavior of the PPy films doped with anions of low mobility such as SO4 2– and DDS depends essentially on the nature of cations in the test solution. It is found that the mobility of cations increases in the row Li+ < Na+ < K+ < Cs+. The mobility of DDS ions in the PPy in ethanolic solution is significantly higher and their electrochemical properties are quite similar to PPy|Cl or NO3 film in aqueous solution.  相似文献

Sterically demanding cycloheptatrienylium (tropylium) salts of the type (1,3,5-C7H4R3)BF4 [R = t-Bu, (3a)BF4; R = SiMe3, (3b)BF4] have been prepared from the corresponding 1,3,5-trisubstituted benzene derivatives 1 by ring expansion with diazomethane followed by hydride abstraction with triphenylcarbenium tetrafluoroborate, (Ph3C)BF4. Complexation can be achieved by arene exchange and Mo(CO)3 group transfer employing [(eta6-p-xylene)Mo(CO)3] (4) to yield the cationic complexes (5)BF4. In refluxing mesitylene, [(eta7-C7H4t-Bu3)Mo(CO)3]BF4, (5a)BF4, undergoes CO substitution to furnish the mesitylene sandwich complex (6a)BF4. A cyclic voltammetric study reveals that this complex exhibits a reversible one-electron oxidation to the dicationic 17e complex 6a2+, which can also be accessed by chemical oxidation with AgBF4. On the contrary, the reduction of 6a+ is irreversible and does not yield a stable 19e complex 6a. To study the fate of the reduced 19e form, (5a)BF4 was treated with Na2Hg to diastereoselectively afford the C-C coupled bicycloheptatriene complex 7a. Paramagnetic, dinuclear complexes of the type [(eta7-C7H4R3)Mo(mu-Cl)3Mo(eta7-C7H4R3)] (8) have been obtained from the reaction of (5)BF4 with Me3SiCl. These can be regarded as mixed-valence Mo(0)/Mo(+I) compounds with a metal-metal bond order of 0.5. Cyclic voltammetric studies reveal that both complexes 8a and 8b undergo reversible one-electron oxidation as well as reduction. Treatment with one equivalent of ferrocenium hexafluorophosphate leads to removal of the unpaired electron and formation of the diamagnetic complexes (8)PF6. Theoretical DFT calculations have been carried out to further elucidate the bonding in these systems. In addition, the X-ray crystal structures of (5b)BF4, (6a)BF4 x CH2Cl2, (6a)(BF4)2 x (acetone)2, 7a x CH2Cl2, 8a x 0.5C6H14, and (8a)PF6 x Et2O are reported.  相似文献

Experimental and theoretical methods have been used for characterization of the properties of polypyrrole films. The AFM studies show that the morphology of polypyrrole (PPy) films on polycrystalline gold electrodes at the first stages of synthesis depends on the structure of the metal surface. It was established that mobility of anions depends remarkably on the rate of electrodeposition of the polymer film. If PPy film was deposited at relatively low current density, mobility of ClO- 4 anion was not high enough to guarantee electroneutrality during redox cycling and cations take part in this process especially when Li+ cations were replaced by more mobile + cations. Semiempirical (AM1 and PM3) quantum-chemical methods were used for theoretical studies. It was established that different size and charge of the anions together with the variation in doping levels give rise to a different optimal conformation of oligopyrrole cations which, in turn, define the resulting polymer to be either all-anti (common linear chains) or all-syn (formation of helical structures) or a combination of the two.  相似文献

The oxidation of C60 and C70 fullerites and C60/C70 mixture is accompanied by the decomposition of the carbon frameworks of the molecules at annealing temperatures of 250 and 445°C. Fourier-IR and HPLC studies show that the oxidation/decomposition of C70 molecules is more active than that of C60. The stages of fullerite interaction with oxygen while heating in air were determined.  相似文献

Trifluoromethylation of a higher fullerene mixture with CF3I was performed in ampoules at 550 °C. HPLC separation followed by crystal growth and X‐ray diffraction study resulted in the structure elucidation of nine CF3 derivatives of D2d‐C84 (isomer 23). The molecular structures of C84(23)(CF3)4, C84(23)(CF3)8, C84(23)(CF3)10, C84(23)(CF3)12, two isomers of C84(23)(CF3)14, two isomers of C84(23)(CF3)16, and C84(23)(CF3)18 were discussed in terms of their addition patterns and the relative formation energies. Extensive theoretical DFT calculations were performed to identify the most stable molecular structures. It was found that the addition of CF3 groups to the C84(23) fullerene is governed by two main rules: no additions in positions of triple hexagon junctions and predominantly para additions in C6(CF3)2 hexagons on the fullerene cage. The only exception with an isolated CF3 group in C84(23)(CF3)12 is discussed in more detail.  相似文献

We developed a novel technique for frequency measurement and synthesis, based on the operation of a femtosecond comb generator as transfer oscillator. The technique can be used to measure frequency ratios of any optical signals throughout the visible and near-infrared part of the spectrum. Relative uncertainties of 10(-18) for averaging times of 100 s are possible. Using a Nd:YAG laser in combination with a nonlinear crystal we measured the frequency ratio of the second harmonic nu(SH) at 532 nm to the fundamental nu(0) at 1064 nm, nu(SH)/nu(0) = 2.000 000 000 000 000 001x (1 +/- 7x10(-19)).  相似文献

Pseudopotential ab initio calculations of several gold carbides, gold nitrides and their third-row analogues have been performed with the goal of finding species which contain triple bonds with gold. Multiple-bond character has been observed for Cl2AuCH and Cl2AuN. Bonding in these and related compounds is analysed and the reasons why gold prefers single bonds are outlined. The octahydroisoindolone moiety related to proxiphomin (1) has been synthesized by condensation of N-benzyloxycarbonyl-protected D, L-phenylalaninal (7) with methyl-(4-methyl-sorbyl)-malonate (11) to yield the branched ethylene derivative 12 . Consecutive intramolecular [2+4]-cycloaddition and lactam ring closure of 12 gave the desired octahydroisoindolone derivative 15 , possessing adaptable functional groups for the attachment of the macrocyclic ring system.  相似文献

Reaction of anhydrous rare earth metal halides MCl(3) with 2 equiv of 1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazolin-2-imine (Im(Dipp)NH) and 2 equiv of trimethylsilylmethyl lithium (Me(3)SiCH(2)Li) in THF furnished the complexes [(Im(Dipp)N)(2)MCl(THF)(n)] (M = Sc, Y, Lu). The molecular structures of all three compounds were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The coordination spheres around the pentacoordinate metal atoms are best described as trigonal bipyramids. Reaction of YbI(2) with 2 equiv of LiCH(2)SiMe(3) and 2 equiv of the imino ligand Im(Dipp)NH in tetrahydrofuran did not result in a divalent complex, but instead the Yb(III) complex [(Im(Dipp)N)(2)YbI(THF)(2)] was obtained and structurally characterized. Treatment of [(Im(Dipp)N)(2)MCl(THF)(n)] with 1 equiv of LiCH(2)SiMe(3) resulted in the formation of [(Im(Dipp)N)(2)M(CH(2)SiMe(3))(THF)(n)]. The coordination arrangement of these compounds in the solid state at the metal atoms is similar to that found for the starting materials, although the introduction of the neosilyl ligand induces a significantly greater distortion from the ideal trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. [(Im(Dipp)N)(2)Y(CH(2)SiMe(3))(THF)(2)] was used as precatalyst in the intramolecular hydroamination/cyclization reaction of various terminal aminoalkenes and of one aminoalkyne. The complex showed high catalytic activity and selectivity. A comparison with the previously reported dialkyl yttrium complex [(Im(Dipp)N)Y(CH(2)SiMe(3))(2)(THF)(3)] showed no clear tendency in terms of activity.  相似文献
