We obtained the association constants Ka of estrogen (E2) and environmental chemicals by the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) assay using the immobilized mono-6-O-α-maltosyl-β-CD (G2βCD) compared with the immobilized β-CD and the immobilized estrogen receptor (ER). The association behavior of G2βCD was shown as a ER model compound. The calibration curve was determined by the initial rate of association depending on
the various concentrations, and the minimum detectable concentrations in the order of parts per billion were calculated. The
SPR assay has advantages that the pre-treatment of the sample is not necessary and the immobilized ligand is stable and useful

Li5SiN3 crystals are synthesized by direct reaction between Li3N and Si3N4 with the molar ratio Li3N/Si3N4 of 10:1. Reaction is performed at 1073 K for 1 h under a nitrogen atmosphere of 700 Torr. The lattice constant determined by the X-ray powder diffraction method is 4.718 Å. Four broad Raman peaks are observed at 196, 286, 580, and 750 cm?1. By analogy with LiMgN, the broad peak at 580 cm?1 with a half width of 140 cm?1 is attributed to homogenously random distribution of Li and Si atoms. The band gap of Li5SiN3 is found to be a direct gap of about 2.5 eV by optical absorption and photoacoustic spectroscopy methods. Comparison with the conventional cathode materials for lithium ion batteries, this gap value is close to d-d transition energy of Mn in LiMn2O4 (1.63 eV or 2.00 eV) and that of Co in LiCoO2 (2.1 eV), suggesting that Li5SiN3 is a possible cathode material. The 5 × 5 mm2-sized lithium secondary battery of Li5SiN3 cathode/propylene carbonate + LiClO4 electrolyte/Li anode structure shows a discharge capacity of 2.4 μAh cm?2 for a discharge current of 1.0 μA. 相似文献

The photopatternability of various silyl hydride containing organosilicone resins containing the photobase generators N‐methylnifedipine or O‐(2‐nitrobenzyl)‐N‐octyl carbamate have been examined, with the goal of identifying potential photopatternable compositions with high thermal stability after cure. Two different categories of silicone resins have been prepared from combinations of diphenylsiloxane and methyl and hydrogen silsesquioxane units and a combination of phenyl and hydrogen silsesquioxane monomer units. The photobase generators were incorporated into these resins at concentrations up to 10 weight percent. UV‐irradiation of micrometer thick silicone resin‐photobase films through a photomask, under an air atmosphere, yielded micrometer scale features after development. Photopatternable compositions have been identified with photosensitivities of less than 50 mJ/cm2. The photopatterning process is believed to proceed by base‐catalyzed reaction of resin‐based silanol groups with neighboring silyl hydride groups to yield thermally stable siloxane crosslinks. High-resolution solid-state magic angle spinning (73)Ge NMR spectra of some organogermanium compounds were measured. Most tetrasubstituted germanes with identical substituents exhibited signals except for one case. Tetrasubstituted germanes with two kinds of different but somewhat similar substituents exhibited broad peaks. Using a technique of laser flash photolysis coupled with vacuum ultraviolet laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy, the rate coefficients of O(1D) reactions with N2, O2, N2O, and H2O at 295 ± 2 K have been determined to be , kO2=(4.06±0.24)×10-11, kN2O=(1.35±0.08)×10-10 and . The quoted uncertainties include estimated errors and are the 95% confidence level.
