Dioxygen‐tolerant [NiFe] hydrogenases catalyze not only the conversion of H2 into 2 H+ and 2 e? but also the reduction of O2 to H2O. Chemists have sought to mimic such bifunctional catalysts with structurally simpler compounds to facilitate analysis and improvement. Herein, we report a new [NiFe]‐based catalyst for O2 reduction via an O2 adduct. Structural investigations reveal the first example of a side‐on iron(IV) peroxo complex.  相似文献

Bisporphyrin cleft molecule 1 Zn possessing a guest moiety assembled to form supramolecular polymers through host–guest interactions. Bispyridine cross‐linkers created interchain connections among the supramolecular polymers to form networked polymers in solution. Solution viscometry confirmed that the cross‐linked supramolecular polymers were highly entangled. Frequency‐dependent linear viscoelastic spectroscopy revealed that the supramolecular polymers generated well‐entangled solutions with associating and networking polymers, whereas the solid‐like aggregates moved individually without breaking and reforming structures below the transition temperature of 9.6 °C. Morphological transition of the supramolecular polymers was evidenced by AFM images; the non‐cross‐linked polymer resulted in wide‐spread thin networks, while the cross‐linked networks produced thicker worm‐like nanostructures. The supramolecular networks gelled in 1,1,2,2‐tetrachloroethane, and an elastic free‐standing film was fabricated with a Young’s modulus of 1 GPa.  相似文献

A diastereoselective synthesis of the Leu-Pro type phosphinyl dipeptide isostere in its protected form was achieved from stereodefined α-amino-H-phosphinate. Electrophysiological responses of rat myocardial cells to exogenous photosensitization reactions for a short period of incubation with two photosensitizers, talaporfin sodium or porfimer sodium, were measured in a subsecond time scale. The loading period of the photosensitizer when the photosensitizer might not be taken up by the cells was selected as 15min, which was determined by the fluorescence microscopic observation. We measured the intracellular Ca(2+) concentration ([Ca(2+) ](in) ) by using a fluorescent Ca(2+) indicator, Fluo-4 AM, under a high-speed confocal laser microscope to evaluate the acute electrophysiological cell response to the photosensitization reaction. The measured temporal change in Fluo-4 fluorescence intensity indicated that the response to the photosensitization reaction might be divided into two phases in both photosensitizers. The first phase is acute response: disappearance of Ca(2+) oscillation when irradiation starts, which might be caused by ion channel dysfunction. The second phase is slow response: [Ca(2+) ](in) elevation indicating influx of Ca(2+) due to the concentration gradient. The continuous Ca(2+) influx followed by changes in cell morphology suggested micropore formation on the surface of the cell membrane, resulting in necrotic cell death.  相似文献

To shore up the demand of transparent electrodes for wide applications such as organic light emitting diodes and solar cells, transparent electrodes are required as an alternative for indium tin oxide electrodes. Herein the self-assembly method with a bubble template paves the way for cost-effective fabrication of transparent electrodes with high conductivity and transparency using self-assembly of silver nanowires (AgNWs) in a bubble template. AgNWs were first dispersed in water that was bubbled with a surfactant and a thickening agent. Furthermore, these AgNWs were assembled by lining along the bubble ridges. When the bubbles containing the AgNWs were sandwiched between two glass substrates, the bubble ridges including the AgNWs formed continuous polygonal structures. Mesh structures were formed on both glass substrates after air-drying. The mesh structures evolved into mesh transparent electrodes following heat-treatment. The AgNW mesh structure exhibited a low sheet resistance of 6.2 Ω/square with a transparency of 84% after heat treatment at 200 °C for 20 min. The performance is higher than that of transparent electrodes with random networks of AgNWs. Furthermore, the conductivity and transparency of the mesh transparent electrodes can be adjusted by changing the amount of the AgNW suspension and the space between the two glass substrates.  相似文献

Collision-induced near-IR emission of O(2) a(1)Δ(g) was investigated in O(2)/M (M = Ar, Kr, Xe, N(2), or CO(2)) gas mixtures, where the total pressure ranged from 10 to 100 atm, and gaseous O(2) dimol was excited with a pulsed dye laser at 630 nm through the simultaneous two-electron transition to prepare O(2) in the a(1)Δ(g) state. The a(1)Δ(g) → X(3)Σ(g)(-) emission intensity around 1270 nm increased with the number density of foreign gas (M) under constant O(2) number density. Emission enhancement efficiencies were in the order Xe > CO(2) > O(2) > Kr > N(2) > Ar; they are controlled by collisional enhancement during the near-IR emission at 1270 nm but not during photoabsorption at 630 nm. Efficiencies were converted into bimolecular rate constants to enhance the radiative a → X transition for the added gases. The rate constants were estimated as quadratically dependent on the molar refraction (or polarizability) of collision gas. The self-quenching rate constant was determined from the Stern-Volmer plot of the emission lifetimes measured in pure O(2).  相似文献

In the first half of this paper, we investigate a superspecialty criterion with respect to $\lambda$ for the curve which is a generalization of a theorem for an elliptic curve by Max Deuring (1941). In the last half, we study a criterion with respect to the characteristic $p>0$ of the ground field such that the Picard curve is superspecial or ordinary. In the final section (appendix), we consider another viewpoint of the first result by using a fact that the first curve has a completely decomposable Jacobian.  相似文献

We discuss an ex-situ monitoring technique based on glancing-angle infrared-absorption used to determine small amounts of erbium antimonide (ErSb) deposited on an indium antimonide (InSb) layer epitaxially grown on an InSb (100) substrate by low pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Infrared absorption from the indium–hydrogen (InH) stretching mode at 1754.5 cm? 1 associated with a top most surface of an epitaxial InSb layer was used to compare varying levels of surface coverage with ErSb. Among four samples of varying coverage of ErSb deposition (7.2 to 21.5 monolayers), detected infrared absorption peaks distinct to InH weakened as ErSb surface coverage increased. In the early stage of ErSb deposition, our study suggests that outermost indium atoms in the InSb buffer layer are replaced by Er resulting in increase in absorption associated with the InH mode. Using this simple ex-situ technique, we show that it is possible to calibrate the amount of ErSb deposited atop each individual InSb substrate for depositions of few to tens of monolayers.  相似文献
