1‐, 2‐, and 6‐(Ferrocenylethynyl)azulene derivatives 10 – 16 have been prepared by palladium‐catalyzed alkynylation of ethynylferrocene with the corresponding haloazulenes under Sonogashira–Hagihara conditions. Compounds 10 – 16 reacted with tetracyanoethylene (TCNE) in a [2+2] cycloaddition–cycloreversion reaction to afford the corresponding 2‐azulenyl‐1,1,4,4,‐tetracyano‐3‐ferrocenyl‐1,3‐butadiene chromophores 17 – 23 in excellent yields. The redox behavior of the novel azulene chromophores 17 – 23 was examined by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), which revealed their multistep electrochemical reduction properties. Moreover, a significant color change was observed by visible spectroscopy under electrochemical reduction conditions.  相似文献

In this study, we synthesized a series of fluorinated and non-fluorinated tolanes, in which one or more fluorine atoms were systematically introduced into one aromatic ring of a tolane scaffold, and systematically evaluated their photophysical properties. All the tolanes with or without fluorine substituents were found to have poor photoluminescence (PL) in tetrahydrofuran (THF) solutions. On the other hand, in the crystalline state, non-fluorinated and fluorinated tolanes with one or four fluorine atoms were less emissive, whereas fluorinated tolanes with three or five fluorine atoms exhibited high PL efficiencies (ФPL) up to 0.51. X-ray crystallographic analyses of the emissive fluorinated tolanes revealed that the position of the fluorine substituent played a key role in achieving a high ФPL. Fluorine substituents at the ortho (2/6) and para (4) positions led to tight and rigid packing due to plural π–π stacking and/or hydrogen bonding interactions, resulting in enhanced ФPL caused by the suppression of non-radiative deactivation. Additionally, fluorinated tolanes with three fluorine atoms exhibited notable aggregation-induced PL emission enhancement in THF/water mixed solvents. This demonstrates that the PL characteristics of small PL materials can be tuned depending on the usage requirements.  相似文献

Five new indole alkaloids, voacalgines A–E (15) consisting of a C-mavacurine type of skeleton with 2,3-dihydroxybenzoate moiety, a macroline-type of skeleton, or a macroline-type of skeleton with C6 unit, were isolated from the bark of Voacanga grandifolia. Their relative structures were determined by means of NMR data. Voacalgine A showed moderate cell growth inhibitory activities against HL-60 and HCT116 cells.  相似文献

A novel alkaloid, cassiarin F (1), which showed potent antiplasmodial activity against Plasmodium falciparum in vitro, was isolated from the flowers of Cassia siamea, and its structure was elucidated on the basis of 2D NMR analyses. A total synthesis of 1 was also achieved by employing the Suzuki coupling constructing biaryl unit, nucleophilic aromatic substitution, and Houben-Hoesch type ring construction as key steps.  相似文献

A flexible and polarizable methanol model has been developed on the basis of charge response kernel (CRK) theory. The present CRK methanol model well reproduces bulk liquid and interfacial properties, including density, enthalpy of vaporization, diffusion coefficient, surface tension, and radial distribution functions. The modeling of intramolecular potential incorporates the anharmonic coupling effects pertinent to the Fermi resonance of stretching and bending overtones, with its effective quantum correction. Therefore, the present methanol model can describe the vibrational spectroscopic features of infrared, Raman, and sum frequency generation spectra of C-H or C-D stretching region of methanol or deuterated methanol on the same footing. This model allows for further detailed analysis of C-H vibrations of alkyl moieties by molecular dynamics simulation.  相似文献

Vibrational spectra of methyl C-H stretching region are notoriously complicated, and thus a theoretical method of systematic assignment is strongly called for in condensed phase. Here we develop a unified analysis method of the vibrational spectra, such as infrared (IR), polarized and depolarized Raman, and ssp polarized sum frequency generation (SFG), by flexible and polarizable molecular dynamics simulation. The molecular model for methanol has been developed by charge response kernel model to allow for analyzing the methyl C-H stretching vibrations. The complicated spectral structure by the Fermi resonance has been unraveled by empirically shifting potential parameters, which provides clear information on the coupling mechanism. The analysis confirmed that for the IR, polarized Raman, and SFG spectra, two-band structure at about 2830 and 2950 cm(-1) results from the Fermi resonance splitting of the methyl C-H symmetric stretching and bending overtones. In the IR spectrum, the latter, higher-frequency band is overlapped with prominent asymmetric C-H stretching bands. In the depolarized Raman spectrum, the high frequency band at about 2980 cm(-1) is assigned to the asymmetric C-H stretching mode. In the SFG spectrum, the two bands of the splitted symmetric C-H stretching mode have negative amplitudes of imaginary nonlinear susceptibility χ(2), while the higher-frequency band is partly cancelled by positive imaginary components of asymmetric C-H stretching modes.  相似文献

Two new indole alkaloids, neolamarckines A and B (1, 2) were isolated from the leaves of Neolamarckia cadamba (Rubiaceae). Structural elucidation of 1 and 2 was performed by combination of 2D-NMR and circular dichroism (CD) spectra, and chemical correlations. Two novel indole alkaloids and new quinazoline alkaloids, namely leucomidines A–C (1–3), were isolated from the barks of Leuconotis griffithii. The structures including the absolute configuration were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, chemical means, and CD calculations. The quinazoline alkaloid, 3, is proposed to be derived from the same biogenetic precursor as the indole alkaloids 1 and 2.  相似文献
