Stochastic equations indexed by negative integers and taking values in compact groups are studied. Extremal solutions of the equations are characterized in terms of infinite products of independent random variables. The first rotational isomers of stable selenoaldehydes are synthesized by deselenation of cyclic polyselenides having an efficient steric protection group, 2, 4, 6-tris[bis(trimetylsilyl)methyl]phenyl (Tbt). Reactions of these selenoaldehydes with W(CO)5.THF gives the corresponding η1-selenoaldehyde tungsten complexes, the structures of which are established by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A square‐wave voltammetric method for the determination of boric acid in water has been described based on the new understanding of the electrochemical behavior of boric acid‐Azomethine H complexation. Salicylaldehyde and H‐acid were used as the starting materials of boric acid‐Azomethine H complex and their concentrations were optimized for boric acid determination in water. A glassy carbon electrode, instead of a conventional mercury electrode, was used in the measurement. The detection limit of the proposed method was 0.10 mg B dm?3. The proposed method was successfully used for boric acid determination in the water from a seawater desalination RO plant.  相似文献

We have identified novel CE conditions for the separation of 7‐amino‐4‐methylcoumarin‐labeled monosaccharides and oligosaccharides from glycoproteins. Using a neutrally coated capillary and alkaline borate buffer containing hydroxypropylcellulose and ACN, saccharide derivatives form anionic borate complexes, which move from the cathode to the anode in an electric field and are detected near the anodic end. Excess labeling reagents and other fluorescent products remain at the cathodic end. Fluorimetric detection using an LED as a light source enables determination of monosaccharide derivatives with good linearity between at least 0.4 and 400 μM, may correspond to 140 amol to 140 fmol. The lower LOD (S/N = 5) is only 80 nM in the sample solution (ca. 28 amol). The results were comparable to reported values using fluorometric detection LC. The method was also applied to the analysis of oligosaccharides that were enzymatically released from glycoproteins. Fine resolution enables profiling of glycans in glycoproteins. The applicability of the method was examined by applying it to other derivatives labeled with nonacidic tags such as ethyl p‐aminobenzoate‐ and 2‐aminoacridone‐labeled saccharides.  相似文献

Ionic liquid crystals based on ionic complexation of tris(2‐aminoethyl)amine (1) with 3,4,5‐tris(7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,11,11,12,12,12‐tridecafluorododecyloxy)benzoic acid (2) and with 3,4,5‐tris(2‐octyldodecyloxy)benzoic acid (3) were investigated. The ionic complex with the partially fluorinated alkyl chains (1·2) exhibited a morphological transition from a hexagonal columnar mesophase to a Pm3n micellar cubic phase upon increasing the molar ratio of 2 to 1. For the complex with the branched alkyl chains (1·3) a micellar cubic mesophase was exclusively generated at appropriate composite ratios. The generation of the micellar cubic mesophases is attributed to the introduction of the laterally expanded volume of the alkyl chains compared with the corresponding normal dodecyl chains. Their thermal stabilities were most enhanced at a specific molar ratio of 1:5 for 1·2 and 1:4 for 1·3. This result corresponds to the most suitable chain volume for the stable micellar cubic mesophase.  相似文献

Head-to-head-type styrene and substituted styrene dimers bearing two fluoroalkyl end-groups have been efficiently synthesized by a simple reaction of perfluoroalkyl iodide with styrene under radical conditions as a mixture of meso and racemic forms. The meso form obtained from the mixture by recrystallization gave a crystal suitable for X-ray diffraction study and the crystal structure was found to be based on π-stacking of benzene rings and aggregation of fluoroalkyl chains. Dynamic light scattering measurements showed that meso-styrene dimers bearing two fluoroalkyl end-groups can form the nanometer size-controlled self-assemblies through the intermolecular π-stacking of benzene rings and aggregation of end-capped fluoroalkyl groups in methanol.

Persistent carbocations generated by the protonation of hetero‐polycyclic aromatic compounds with oxygen atom(s) were studied by experimental NMR and density function theory calculations. Benzo[kl]xanthene ( 1 ), dibenzo[d,d′]benzo[1,2‐b:4,3‐b′]difuran ( 2 ), and dibenzo[d,d′]benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]difuran ( 3 ) were synthesized by the annulation of arenediazonium salts. Compound 1 in FSO3H‐SbF5 (4:1)/SO2ClF and 3 in FSO3H‐SbF5 (1:1)/SO2ClF ionized to 1aH+ with protonation at C(4) and to 3aH+ with protonation at C(6), and these cations were successfully observed by NMR at low temperatures. The density function theory calculations indicated that 1aH+ and 3aH+ were the most stable protonated carbocations and that 2 should ionize to 2aH+ with protonation at C(6). According to the changes in 13C chemical shifts (Δδ13C), the positive charge was delocalized into the naphthalene unit for 1aH+ , into one benzo[b,d]furan unit for 2aH+ , and into one benzo[b,d]furan unit for 3aH+ .
