The superlattice films, which consist of amorphous silicon (a-Si) and amorphous gold (Au), were prepared by ultra-high vacuum evaporation system. The first layer was grown a-Si with a thickness of 4.2 nm and the second layer was grown Au with a thickness of 0.8 nm. Thermal annealing was performed at 473, 673, and 873 K, respectively. The structural properties of the films were investigated using transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Raman scattering spectroscopy. The electrical property was assessed by the temperature dependence of electrical conductivity. A crystallization of Si and a forming of Au nanoparticles were observed in all of the annealing films. The crystalline volume fraction reached 70% by annealing time for 15 min. An average diameter of the Au nanoparticles embedded in Si matrix also increased with increasing the annealing temperature. At annealing temperature above 873 K, Au atoms migrated toward the film surface. It was observed that the electrical conductivity changed in several temperatures.  相似文献

Fungal beauveriolide III (BeauIII, 1b), a cyclodepsipeptide inhibiting acyl-CoA:cholesterol acyltransferase (ACAT) and showing antiatherogenic activity in mouse models, consists of L-Phe, L-Ala, D-allo-Ile, and 3-hydroxy-4-methyloctanoic acid (HMA) moieties, but the stereochemistry of the HMA part has not until now been fully defined. To determine it, four HMA stereoisomers were synthesized and labeled with (S)-(+)-2-(anthracene-2,3-dicarboximido)-1-propyl trifluoromethane sulfonate (AP-OTf), a chiral fluorescent reagent. The derivatives were separated by HPLC and compared with the natural HMA derivative, which was thereby identified as (3S,4S)HMA in BeauIII. Furthermore, the four beauveriolide III isomers ((3S,4S)BeauIII (23a), (3R,4R)BeauIII (23b), (3R,4S)BeauIII (23c), and (3S,4R)BeauIII (23d)) were synthesized, and it was shown that all the spectral data for 23a were identical with those for natural 1b. Isomers 23a and 23d showed potent inhibitory activity of lipid droplet accumulation in macrophages, while the other two isomers caused weak inhibition. Thus, the 3S configuration of BeauIII is important for this activity. Furthermore, 23a and 23d showed rather specific inhibition against the ACAT1 isozyme.  相似文献

Vapor-deposited thin films of a newly developed sulfur-containing heteroarene, 2,7-diphenyl[1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene (DPh-BTBT), were used as an active layer of OFETs, which showed excellent FET characteristics in ambient conditions with mobilities of approximately 2.0 cm2 V-1 s-1 and Ion/Ioff of 107.  相似文献

We have already reported unique compounds containing a N,O-spiro acetal structure as an orally active factor Xa (FXa) inhibitor. This time, we described a N,N-spiro acetal structure as an analogue of the N,O-spiro acetal structure for an orally active FXa inhibitor. The synthesis of these analogues could be achieved in a similar fashion to the N,O-spiro acetal synthesis. Consequently, FXa inhibitory activity was increased and more active compounds could be found (M58163: IC50 = 0.61 nM, M58169: IC50 = 0.58 nM). Additionally, the absolute configuration could be determined by X-ray crystallography analysis (M58169: (R)-config.).  相似文献

Kamlet-Taft solvent parameters, pi*, of high pressure and supercritical water were determined from 16-420 degrees C based on solvatochromic measurements of 4-nitroanisole. For the measurements, an optical cell that could be used at high temperatures and pressures was developed with the specification of minimal dead space. The low dead space cell allowed us to measure the absorption spectra of 4-nitroanisole at high temperature conditions before appreciable decomposition occurred. The behavior of pi* in terms of water density (pi* = 1.77rho- 0.71) was found to be linear, except in the near critical region, in which deviations were observed that could be attributed to local density augmentation. Excess density, which was defined as the difference between local density and bulk density, showed a maximum near the critical density of water. The frequencies of UV-Vis spectra of 4-(dimethylamino)benzonitrile and N,N-dimethyl-4-nitroaniline were correlated with pi* based on a linear solvation energy relationship (LSER) theory. Local density augmentation around 4-nitroanisole and that around 4-(dimethylamino)benzonitrile were similar but the augmentation observed around N,N-dimethyl-4-nitroaniline was larger.  相似文献

This study investigates the use of ultrasonication as a pretreatment process and its effect on the adsorption characteristics of saccharin onto activated carbon (AC). Ultrasonic decomposition of saccharin was performed at a frequency of 500 kHz under argon and O2/N2 (20/80 vol%) atmospheres. Adsorption was carried out using a commercial activated carbon. The behavior of total organic carbon (TOC) during ultrasonication was investigated. Saccharin removal after 180 min of ultrasonication under Ar and O2/N2 atmospheres are 38% and 26%, respectively, while the amount of saccharin removed by activated carbon adsorption without US pretreatment is 40% after 16 h. After 16 h of AC adsorption with 180 min of ultrasonic pretreatment under Ar and O2/N2 atmospheres, both removal ratios increased to 75%. These results indicated that the pretreatment of sonication under O2/N2 leads to the increase in the amount of saccharin adsorbed on AC. On the other hand, the TOC removal by decomposition by ultrasound is not more than 5% in both Ar and O2/N2 atmospheres after 180 min ultrasonication. However, the TOC removal increased to 54% and 69% after 16 h of adsorption of saccharin pretreated by ultrasonication for 180 min under Ar and O2/N2 atmospheres, respectively. About 13% and 16% TOC removal in Ar and in O2/N2, respectively, were achieved due to adsorption of the by-products. It is considered that the improvement in TOC removal is also brought about by the formation of the by-products that were adsorbed onto AC.  相似文献

The novel example of a vinylic hydrogen more reactive than a benzylic hydrogen was found by treatment of a twisted styrene derivative with a strong base followed by D(2)O quenching. In this paper, the full details of the examples of the highly activated vinyl hydrogens in twisted styrene derivatives are described, with a discussion on the correlation between the reactivity of the vinyl hydrogens and the magnitude of the twist. The highly reactive vinyl hydrogens could be rationalized by considering the novel orbital interaction between the pi(*) orbital of the benzene ring and the pi(*) orbital of the vinylic C-H bond in the twisted styrene derivatives.  相似文献
