Measurements of wall shear-stress streaks of a turbulent boundary layer in the channel flow were carried out using a MEMS-based micro-shear-stress imaging chip, which contains about 100 sensors. The chip is designed and fabricated by surface micromachining technology. One arrray of 25 micro-shear-stress sensors in the chip that covers a length of 7.5 mm is used to measure the instantaneous spanwise distribution of the surface shear stress. The statistics of high shear-stress streaks were established. Based on the measurement, the physical quantities associated with the high shear-stress streaks, such as their length, width and peak shear-stress level, were obtained. We found out that a high correlation exists between the peak shear-stress level and front-end shear-stress slope of a high shear-stress streak. This important property is currently being applied to the deisgn of a real-time flow control logic. 相似文献

本文用13C NMR法系统研究了溶液中顺式二氯二氨合铂与胸苷、胞苷、鸟苷和5'-腺嘌呤单核苷酸的作用,确定了不同条件下形成配合物的组成及其分子申铂原子与配体的成键方式。在中性介质中顺铂分别与胸苷、胞苷作用,生成N3配位的顺-[Pt(NH3)2(ThyH-1)2]和顺-[Pt(NH3)2(Cyt)2]2+;与鸟苷随摩尔比不同相应生成顺-[Pt(NH3)2(N2-Guo)2]2+和[Pt(NH3)2(N2,N1-GuoH-1)]nn+,当pH=3和摩尔比为1时,尚有微量[Pt(NH3)2(N7,O(C6)Guo)]2+生成;在中性介质中顺铂与5'-AMP亦随摩尔比不同,生成顺-[Pt(NH3)2(N7-5'-AMP)2]2-或兼生成顺-[Pt(NH3)2(N7,N1-5'-AMP)]n。根据所得结果讨论了顺铂抗癌作用机制,提出了顺铂可能与DNA同一链上相邻二个鸟嘌呤基上的N7N1键合形成链内交联的新机制。 相似文献

In order to discuss the free radicals formation mechanism of Hypocrellin A(HA)with amino derivatives,the electron-spin resonance( ESR) spectroscopy was adopted to study the photochemistry on HA with dibenzyl amine(DBA)and N-methyl benzyl amine(NMBA),respectively. When HA with DBA or NMBA in chloroform solution was illuminated with visible light,singlet oxygen,semiquinone radical and oxynitride radical were formed depending on the condition of the solvent system containing the amino-substituted and solved oxygen. The signal intensity of oxynitride radical decreased with increasing the illumination time,and the signal intensity of semiquinone radical increased with increasing the illumination time. The oxynitride radical content was in inverse ratio with the semiquinone radical generated by being irradiated. In the aerobic system of chloroform solution containing DBA/HA,smiquinone radical was the main radical irradiated. The results indicated that HA induced amino derivatives into HA semiquinone radical. 相似文献

A new chelating fiber, poly(acrylo‐amidino diethylenediamine), was synthesized based on polyacrylonitrile fibers in diethylenetriamine with the aid of AlCl3. Complex formation with CrO42– was strongly pH‐dependent, as complexes formed only in the presence of NH3+ and NH2+. In the medium pH region, both ionic and hydrogen bonds were formed between poly(acrylo‐amidino diethylenediamine) and the chromate ion, as was confirmed by means of FT‐IR spectroscopy. 相似文献

The aging phenomenon of asymmetric 6FDA‐durene polyimide hollow fibers spun with different shear rates for gas separation has been investigated. The permeances and selectivities of different gases, such as H2, O2, N2, CH4, and CO2, were experimentally determined as a function of time for around five months at room temperature. It was found that the gas permeation fluxes of the uncoated and silicone rubber‐coated hollow fibers decreased significantly during the first 30 days following fabrication and then slightly deteriorated thereafter. In the early stage of aging, because of different molecular orientations and skin morphologies induced by shear rates, the percentage of permeance drop for uncoated fibers increased with increasing shear rates, then decreased with increasing shear rates. The permeance of 6FDA‐durene hollow fibers coated with silicone rubber dropped more significantly than the uncoated fibers, implying that silicone rubber coating did affect the aging behavior. This might be due to the fact that silicone rubber layer hindered the molecular relaxation and tightened interface molecules between the dense selective layer and silicone rubber, thus the selectivity increased with aging. Thermal analysis data suggest two processes occurring simultaneously during the aging: one is the relaxation of shear oriented chains, and the other is the densification of chain packing through the reduction of interstitial space among chains. The former has been confirmed by an increase in CTE, while the latter was confirmed by an increase in the peak of β‐relaxation temperature. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
